Abstract

This article is a summary of several journals that were rereviewed about the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Marketing Strategy. MSMEs are one of the leading driving forces in economic development and play a significant role in the economy. Economic players such as the owners of MSMEs now not only can produce a product, but also must adapt and implement technological developments into their economic activities. So that the marketing strategies of MSME owners become complex and numerous. The purpose of this study is to identify marketing strategies in the development of MSMEs. The data obtained is from the literature studies of existing journals as secondary data. The results obtained show that there are two strategies in the marketing of MSMEs which become priority strategies, namely: (1) The owner of MSMEs applies e-commerce to become a market leader, (2) The owners of MSMEs provide branding to emerge brand image of their products. Abstract

Many theories explain the achievement motivation is influenced by self actualization factor. This research investigates the influence of self actualization to achievement motivation. Data was collected using questionnaires and utilizing purposive non random sampling technique with 56 respondents. Anava Rambang Lugas is used to test the hypothesis. The result shows FoA (6,560) F-tabel 5% (4.03) which means there is significant influence of self actualization to achievement motivation at PT WKS employee.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the distribution of people rubber trading that more efficiency at Desa Panerokan. The place of research at Desa Panerokan, Kecamatan Bajubang, Kabupaten Batang Hari. The sample uses the purposive sample method. Trading margin analysis is used to know the efficiency level of trading distribution. The result of research show there are two trading distribution: 1) KUD/Auction market; 2) traditional trader KUD/Auction market has 60,2% rubber of rubber farmer, mean while, traditional trader has 39,8% rubber of farmer. The price of KUD/Auction market is higher than the traditional trader. Netto income of auction player is Rp. 300 per kg dried rubber, while netto income traditional trader is smaller about Rp. 150 per kg dried rubber

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Camat Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 31 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 1,846 + 0,518X1 + 0,430X2. Pada uji hipotesis secara parsial (Uji t) variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,161 > 2,048) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,874 > 2,048) dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) variabel motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (103,319 > 3,34) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,872, artinya variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan sebesar 87,2% oleh variabel motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, sementara sisanya 12,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Desa Gurun Mudo  Kabupaten sarolangun dan untuk mengetahui Apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat kemiskinan antara sebelum dan sesudah masa Covid 19 di Gurun Mudo  Kabupaten Sarolangun. Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Tingkat Kemiskinan di Desa Gurun Mudo Kabupaten Sarolangun cukup parah apalagi di bagian ekonomi (2) Perbedaan Tingkat Kemiskinan Antara Sebelum dan Sesudah Masa Covid 19 di Desa Gurun Mudo  Kabupaten Sarolangun, kondisi sebelum adanya masa covid 19 di Desa Gurun Mudo. Namun setelah adanya masa Covid 19 di Desa Gurun Mudo, pengangguran semakin meningkat, terlihat banyaknya beberpapa kepala keluarga dna pemuda hanya di rumah dan tidak bekerja seperti biasa, selain itu pula angka kriminalitas meningkat, baik dari pencurian dna juga perkelahian dan berdampak pada meningkatnya angka perceraian dalam keluarga disebabkan ekonomi keluarga yang semakin memburuk hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat kemiskinan yang mencapai 55.07%

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To determine and describe the product quality, promotion and brand image of Good Day Coffee in Jambi City. 2.) To determine the influence of product quality and promotion on the brand image of Good Day Coffee in Jambi City. The type of data required and collected in this research is quantitative data. The object of this research is Good Day Coffee customers in Jambi City. The data source in this research is Good Day Coffee customers in Jambi City who were taken through interviews by distributing questionnaires, the data and information obtained were analyzed descriptively, to analyze customer responses regarding brand image to purchasing decisions using a 5-choice scale. One brand of packaged instant coffee that is being intensively promoted using television media is the "Good Day" product. This Good Day product is produced by PT. Santos Jaya Abadi. Promotions carried out by PT. Santos Jaya Abadi to introduce new products and maintain its existence in the processed coffee industry. Based on the results of the classical assumption test analysis, it can be concluded that the normality test meets the assumptions indicated by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of 0.011 > 0.05. The multicollinearity test did not show a significant effect with a VIF value of 1.070 < 10 and a tolerance value of 0.935 > 0.10. In the heteroscedasticity test, the points on the plot form a pattern, so this shows that each variable contains heteroscedasticity. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that the regression equation Y = 2.638 + 0.150X1 + 0.329X2. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0,213 which means that variations in changes in Y are influenced by changes in X by 21.3%. So the magnitude of the influence of product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on the brand image (Y) of Good Day Coffee in Jambi City is 21.3% while the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research such as purchasing decisions, price, personal factors and so on. There is a significant positive influence between product quality and promotion together (simultaneously) on the Brand Image of Good Day Coffee in Jambi City. Partially there is an influence of product quality on brand image. This is indicated by the tcount value of 4.285 > ttable 1.662. Partially there is an influence of promotion on brand image. This is indicated by the tcount value of 3,333 < ttable 1.662.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of culture, social class and purchasing decisions at Teanol Telanaipura Branch, Jambi City and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of culture and social class on purchasing decisions at Teanol, Telanaipura Branch, Jambi City. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative research. Primary data is specifically collected by researchers to answer research questions collected using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results it is known or obtained that the F count is 83.184 greater than the F table which is 3.09 or the F-sig significance of 0.000 is less than 0.05 which indicates that cultural class and social class jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on decisions purchases at Teanol Telanaipura Branch, Jambi City. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the t count was 3.050, which was greater than the t table, which was 1.660. Then the probability value for the culture class variable is 0.000. with a confidence level (α = 5%), from these calculations it can be seen that the probability value is smaller than alpha (0.003 <0.05) meaning that cultural class has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Teanol Telanaipura Branch, Jambi City. Furthermore, it is obtained that t count is 6.335 which is greater than t table which is 1.660. Then the probability value for the social class variable is 0.000. with a confidence level (α = 5%), from these calculations it can be seen that the probability value is greater than alpha (0.000 <0.05, meaning that social class has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Teanol Telanaipura Branch, Jambi City.

Abstract

The Arabic language, particularly naḥw (syntax), is considered highly important to the Malay people, including those in Jambi. However, the study of naḥw in the manuscripts available in Jambi remains very limited. This article explores the study of naḥw in Jambi by mapping naḥw manuscripts housed in the Siginjei Museum and the Gentala Arsy Museum in Jambi. This research employs a facsimile text edition approach to the naḥw manuscripts with registration numbers 2505, 2539, 2514, 2540, and 2160. The findings reveal that the naḥw manuscripts in the collections of the Siginjei and Gentala Arsy Museums in Jambi have a strong connection with naḥw studies in the Middle East. The naḥw manuscripts in Jambi are not works of Jambi scholars (ulama), but were brought by ulama from outside Jambi, especially from Mecca, such as Sayyid ‘Abdullāh Dahlān who arrived in 1923, Shaykh Sa‘īd Yamanī in 1924, and others who taught at Madrasah Nurul Iman. Additionally, there are manuscripts that were brought from Palembang to Jambi. The naḥw manuscripts in Jambi generally contain and record the content of al-‘Awāmil al-Mi’ah by ‘Abd al-Qāhir al-Jurjānī. However, the book is not used as a naḥw textbook in the pesantren in Jambi. Ilmu bahasa Arab, naḥw khususnya, dianggap sangat penting bagi orang Melayu, termasuk Jambi. Namun kajian ilmu nahwu dalam manuskrip yang ada di Jambi masih sangat minim. Artikel ini menelusuri kajian naḥw di Jambi melalui pemetaan manuskrip Nahwu yang ada di Museum Siginjei dan Museum Gentala Arsy Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan edisi teks faksimili terhadap manuskrip naḥw dengan nomor registrasi 2505, 2539, 2514, 2540, and 2160 dan melakukan wawancara dengan sejumlah pengurus pondok pesantren. Dari hasil penelusuran diketahui bahwa manuskrip naḥw koleksi Museum Siginjei dan Gentala Arsy Jambi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kajian naḥw Timur Tengah. Manuskrip naḥw yang ada di Jambi bukan merupakan karya ulama Jambi, melainkan dibawa oleh ulama dari luar Jambi, khususnya dari Mekkah, seperti Sayyid ‘Abdullāh Dahlān yang datang pada tahun 1923, Shaykh Sa‘īd Yamanī pada tahun 1924, dan lainnya yang mengajar di Madrasah Nurul Iman. Selain itu, ada juga manuskrip yang dibawa dari Palembang ke Jambi. Manuskrip naḥw di Jambi umumnya banyak memuat dan mencatatkan isi dari kitab al-‘Awāmil al-Mi’ah karya ‘Abd al-Qāhir al-Jurjānī. Namun, kitab tersebut tidak digunakan sebagai kitab nahwu di pesantren-pesantren yang ada di Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan majelis ta’lim ummahatul mukminin mumtaz pada masa pilkada 2024 dikota medan. Adapun permasalahannya berkaitan dengan isu isu yang terjadi ketika pilkada 2024, dan majelis ta’lim harus menjaga netralitasnya di masyarakat ketika berceramah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif, melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Perkembangan majelis ta’lim pada masa pilkada, Dinamika dan Tantangannya serta Dampak dan solusinya ketika masa pilkada 2024. Dimana Majelis ta’lim sangat menjaga Netralitas nya ketika melakukan rutin ceramah tiap bulan nya.

Abstract

The growth and development of technology plays a major role in people's lives in this modern era. The growth and development of technology are utilized by the business world as a means of product promotion and sales. Consumers utilize this technology by buying or selling goods or services online. To answer the research objectives, the author uses a theoretical study related to the research variables, namely brand image, promotion, trust and purchasing decisions. In addition, the author also looked for relevant previous research in the form of journals/articles and previous theses to support this research. This study used 100 respondents with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The type of data used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Regression aims to test the relationship of the influence of one variable, the variable that is influenced is called the dependent variable, while the variable that influences is called the independent variable. The object of this research is Tokopedia. Tokopedia is one of the largest digital-based shopping companies in Indonesia. Since its official launch, Tokopedia has succeeded in becoming one of Indonesia's internet companies with rapid growth. By carrying the marketplace and online mall business model, Tokopedia allows every individual, small shop, or brand to open and manage an online shop. From the results of data processing, the regression equation Y = 0.933 + 0.135X1 + 0.291X2 + 0.299X3. Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing conducted, the results of the study showed that brand image, promotion and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially. The results of the research, data analysis and discussion in this study can be concluded that brand image, promotion, trust and purchasing decisions on Tokopedia are in very good condition. The influence of brand image, promotion and trust on purchasing decisions is 48.80%
