Abstract

A lot of people on business community want to get maximal profit but in practice they ignore normative and ethic values. This condition becomes a life style in public and has grown as Al-Khub al-dunya, Al-takatsur, consumerism, and hedonism. The purpose of this research is to describe ethic comprehension of BMI community and its implication to murabahah product marketing. This research uses field research with qualitative approach. The result shows that BMI Malang branch understand to the importance of ethic application on business activity because it can support sustainable and establishment of the business. The implication of ethic comprehension is reflected in service to customer particularly on murabahah transaction. These service are friendly, honest without differentiate customer who comes to BMI Malang.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the fact that service quality plays an important role on determining the difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction customers. The research findings indicate, using discriminant analysis with force method, it shows that significant difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction customers in terms of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty).

Abstract

To the effect of observational it is subject to be to insofar know which income tax planning effectiveness that can be done by firm and to reach efficiency in paying taxes charges that shall pay firm. Base observational result and taxation problem study in particular about tax planning on, therefore writer can glean from that firm has applied effective so corporate tax planning can't economize taxes charges payment it. To economize taxes, expedition company ought to applies tax planning, which is with shift cost that don't be admitted fiskus as accrued expenses fiskus as deducted as productions. In shifts cost, firm shall regard impact of that cost shift. Meanwhile to avoid of corporate maximum tax rate gets to broadcast production as production of some taxpayer, which is with make proprietary branch office as new firm that includes in group firm, then broadcasts proprietary production corporate to that new firm. With that implement, firm can economize taxes who shall be paid to state, and that thrift gets to be utilized to do marketing region extension and for things what do get to increase quality and firm amount.

Abstract

This research observes the consumer behavior toward the usage of GSM card for cellular phone on PT. Telkomsel. Objectives of the research are to find out the consumer interest in using the GSM card on PT. Telkomsel and to find out the proper strategy which will be applied by PT Telkomsel in order to expand its market. The Observation is conducted on three areas: condition of the GSM-premiere card user, satisfaction level of the consumer and loyalty level of the consumer to the company products. This research uses internal and external environmental analysis that applying PLC, SWOT, and BCG analysis techniques. The research recommends that the company should, first, consider the internal as well as external factors which influence the consumer behavior in using the products of PT. Telkomsel Malang. Second, the company should determine the variation strategy in order to achieve optimal level of the consumer satisfaction. Third, it should determine a generic strategy, expansion, in order to achieve a well-known company of GSM card in Malang.

Abstract

Agency Theory say if principal and agent (manager) have different of interest, will make agency conflict Separate of function about owner (shareholder) with manager will make negative effect like management freedom to maximize profit for themselves. This condition will happened caused asymmetry information among management and the other party that have no access information about firm. So there were not enough to oversee behavior of management.This Study intend to know the correlation Good Corporate Governance and ownership structure with company performance. Good corporate governance and ownership structure as independent variable and company performance as dependent variable. We use two pillar of Good Corporate Governance. There are transparency and accountability. Transparency is peroxide by disclosure of financial statement and accountabilities peroxide by accruals. Company performance is peroxide by Tobin's Q.The population are company that list in LQ 45 during 2 semester. The result of this study is: (1) there is no correlation about ownership structure with company performance. (2) There are no correlation about accountability with company performance, (3) there are significant correlation about transparency with company performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the implementation of tanggung renteng system and the role of women at Kopwan Setia Budi Wanita Malang. Tanggung renteng system is a sharing responsibility and implementation of collectivity concept on everyone at cooperation. Descriptive analysis was used to get the answer of the purpose. The results shows, first, the implementation of tanggung renteng system consists of decision making process (acceptance of new member), finansial (loan), risk, and the future of cooperation. The increase in member, asset, omzet, and profit shows the success of implementation of this system. Second, women take a part on cooperation development sinc they can increase family economic and natinal economic in general.

Abstract

Stock Exchange truly is a set of arrangement which enables long-term claim exchange, enables addition of financial assets (and debt) and at the same time, enables investor to always change and adjust his investment portfolio (through secondary market). For people in general, the existence of Stock Exchange can be an alternative choice of In this study, researcher used firm internal fundamental variables to test the relation of some fundamental variables on the price of stock. Internal fundamental variables like Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Operating Profit Margin can be used as fundamental analysis variables that affect changes on stock price. Analysis model used was double regression model using 10 emitted mining companies’ stocks.The results of the study showed the existence of effect either all together or partially on fundamental variable against changes of stock price on go public mining companies in Jakarta Stock exchange (JSC). Of eight variables proposed; Price Earning Ratio, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, and Operating Profit Margin variables are variables that might affect stock price. Independent variables that affect stock price is Operating Profit Margin variables which means that mining sector can be a very prospective sector in the future if it is supported with good performance and good activities as well.

Abstract

This research aims to find out(1) whether Honda motorbike’s attributes involving quality, price, design, and service simultaneously influence consumers’ purchasing decision at PT. Astra International in Makassar, (2) whether Honda motorbike’s attributes consisting of quality, price, design, and service partially influence consumers’ purcahasing decision at PT.Astra Internatonal in Makassar. The sample consisted of 100 respondents as the users of Honda motorbike in Makassar City. The Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that (1)simultaneously, motorbike’s attributes consisting of quality, price, design, and service have a positive and significant influence on consumers’ purchasing decision of Honda motorbike at PT. Astra International in Makassar, (2) partially, quality, price, design, and service attributes have a positive and significant influence on consumers’ purchasing decision of Honda motorbike at PT. Astra International in Makassar.

Abstract

Cooperation is a social enterprise which its existence should be developed in order to create economic democartion. Cooperation has to act as a counterpart to otherside which power is concentrated on certain groups. More over, as a base of national economic, cooperation not only becomes an institution which members are small scale indutries, buat also becomes an absolute economic power in determining national economic’s power and behavior it self. In realizing it, cooperation must have an ability to become an atunomous institution outisde the government. Having a clear “core business”, cooperation will get the benefit by exploiting business power in its scope. If it is reached, cooperation will become one of the independent economic actors. This independence will make the cooperation developes better than ever. On the other side, cooperation must still have bottom-commitment to the society who has it.

Abstract

The aim of this study are to know what factors underlying the industrial success derived from extern and intern environment factors, whether or not the factors found have real influence and which of them that has the strongest influence to the success of the industrial achievement.Population for this study are businessman and craftsman that specialize on ‘kripik tempe’  industry in Sanan district both from small scale and family scale industry. Sampling is taken by applying proportional random sampling for 47 respondents. The amount of research variables are 26 variables related to extern environment factors: buyer, supplier, technology, government, and intern factors: marketing, financial, and production. Success variables are measured in their profitability rate and business growth rate.Result of the study showed that there are 7 factors underlying the success of the industry with determination coefficient of 0.590, means that about 59% of the success of the industry can be explained by buyer, supplier, technology, government, marketing, financial, and production variables, while the remaining (100% - 59%) or 41% are explained by other causes unobserved in the research. There 4 factors including supplier, technology, marketing, and production variables partially have significant influence to the success of the industry, meanwhile buyer, government and financial partially don’t have influence to the success of the industry. Production factor is the most dominant factor among the other factors.
