Abstract

Lavender as aromatherapy give effect of relaxing and sedation. Research aimed to know the influence of lavender aromatherapy on pain intensity on major surgical post operative patient. This research used pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design form. Sample in this research as many as 10 people by purposive sampling technique and data analysis by paired t-test. Statistical test result obtained p value 0,001. There is seen a significance difference of pain intensity before and after lavender aromatherapy provision. Suggestion for Dustira Hospital Cimahi, research could become input for Hospital to applied lavender aromatherapy provision on post operative patient. Lavender aromatherapy should be taught before surgery, and patients can be applied in patients after surgery.

Abstract

Behavioral disturbances which usual happen on children with autism are social interaction, communication, motor behavior, and emotion disturbances. This research aims to identify and describe the influences of audio therapy with surah Ar-Rahman murrotal in children with autism. The numbers of sample in this study were 18 children selected by purposive sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Instrument which used to measure pretest and posttest was checklist of behavioral in children with autism. The average of pretest and posttest value were 5.06 and 4.06 and total of respondent with behavioral disturbance decreased after got the therapy. The results showed that audio therapy with surah Ar-Rahman murottal decreased behavioral disturbances of the children with autism in social interaction, motor behavior, and emotion aspects. The study can be a reference and consideration for parents and Special Schools to implement the audio therapy with surah Ar-Rahman murottal as a companion therapy that is cheap and does not cause side effects.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh terapi suportif terhadap ansietas siswa dalam menghadapi UN. Menggunakan desain quasi experiment pre-post test with control group. 82 sampel dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner data demografi dan pengukuran skala ansietas yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan independent ttest, dependent t-test dan regresi linier ganda. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan ansietas pada kedua kelompok (p-value 0,000 < α 0,025) dengan selisih score ansietas kelompok intervensi (0,821) dan kelompok kontrol (0,454). Penurunan ansietas dipengaruhi oleh terapi suportif, jenis kelamin dan penghasilan orang tua, dengan peluang perubahan 27,9%. Terapi direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi ansietas pada siswa yang menghadapi UN.

Abstract

This research to find out if the influence of health education against knowledge mother post partum about exclusive breast feed in Melati room 1 Sariningsih Hospital Bandung. This research adopts pre-experimental study with approach one group pretest and posttest design. Instrument in this research used a questionnaire with 20 questions. The technique of data collection used purposive sampling according to criteria inclusion ana exclusion. Population in this research is all mother post partum. The sample in this research as many as 20 respondents. Result of research obtained value mean knowledge before heatth education is 10.59 while the value mean health education is 16.75. The different value is 5.800 with standard deviations 2.668 and seen from the value of p value 0.000. There is can be concluded that health education can affect knowledge mother post partum about exclusive breast feed. Therefore expected the continuity in run the granting health education by the exertion of post partum knowledge about exclusive breastfeed.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the planning process, implementation, and evaluation of coaching the professional attitudes of nurses in nursing service and identifying factors that influence the (un)professional attitude. This study used qualitative approach with a case study design. Subjects were 7 managers, 12 nurses and 8 patients who were recruited purposively. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction. In this hospital, guidance and development of attitudes did not exist but only in form of problems solving or reprimanding nurses only when they committed unprofessional attitudes. There was no standard or procedures for ethical guideline in this hospital. Coaching is generally done only in the form of oral face to face reprimanding. In evaluatif the coaching there was no standard or indicators such as complaints reduction from patients, increased performance, and better work, not repeating the same mistakes, and able to communicate and cooperate well. The identified factors which affected The construction of unprofessional behavior of nurses were the burden of nurses, Works environment, the internal motivation of nursing staff, the readiness of managers to nurture, and support from hospital management, and the welfare of the employees.

Abstract

Pencampuran sediaan parenteral memiliki beberapa kekurangan, salah satunya adalah kemungkinan terjadinya inkompatibilitas farmasetika, farmakokinetika ataupunfarmakodinamika. Pelaksanaan pencampuran sediaan parenteral selama ini masihdilaksanakan oleh perawat yang menangani pasien secara langsung, sehingga perlu adanya edukasi terhadap perawat mengenai pencampuran sediaan parenteral. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional melalui pengumpulan data pretest-postest design dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi apoteker kepada perawat Rumah Sakit Tentara (RST) Wijaya Kusuma memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan sikap dan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pencampuran sediaan parenteral (T=5 < 27-144, CI 99%). Parameter pengetahuan yang meningkat adalah tentang inkompatibilitas obat, pemahaman bahwa tidak semua obat injeksi bisa dicampurkan dengan infus, dan pencampuran sediaan parenteral harus memperhatikan masalah pH, sedangkan semua parameter sikap mengalami peningkatan.
