Abstract

Regulatory  changes  on  tin  by  the  central  government  or  the  entrance  slit  for  local governments  to  take  over  the  management  of  tin  strengthened  by  the  release  of  law  on regional  autonomy.  Government  then  uses  its  authority  to  issue  a  local  regulation  that allows the general public to mine tin unconventional. Unconventional means parties other than  the  two  mining  companies,  namely  PT.  Timah  Tbk.  and  PT.  Koba  Tin  has monopolized the management of lead since the Dutch colonial era, and those who become partners of both companies. Law is a legal umbrella for the people from different walks to mine tin  massively without  any consequences to reclaim their  land dug.  The implications of  rising  regulation  of  the  dynamics  of  tin  tin  mining  in  Bangka  Belitung  province, particularly  in  Lampur  village,  Central  Bangka  regency,  then  look  at  the  pattern  of  the relationship  between  the  boss  and  the  tin  men  in  connection  with  the  issuance  of  these regulations on the lives of the miners.Keyword: Regulation, Minners, and Egalitarism

Abstract

Power is everywhere, so is revealed by Foucault. Power possessed by the majority who don’t rarely brought the existence of a conflict with minority parties. Similarly, religion, religions are like two sides of a coin. On the one hand the belief gave way towards peace, but on the other side of religion considered to be a source of division in the community. The religion of the majority religion is considered as a powerful or have power in society even more dominant than countries with other religions are minorities. Religious conflicts have often occurred in different countries and even Indonesia are in fact as a multicultural country in religion. Conflict not only between different faiths, even some internal conflict / co-religionists because of differences in the interpretation of scripture that ultimately led to anarchy. Religious issues will be difficult to overcome if both parties use their eyes in search of the truth. As a multicultural country, should all parties can appreciate and respect each other and understand and understand the Human Rights owned by each individu. Freedom of religion is one of the rights that should be protected. In the cases of minorities in this country, should the state government in this case is able to protect its citizens and uphold human rights in the embrace and believe in a religion. Keywords : Religious Conflict, Ahmadis, and Human Rights

Abstract

Abstract

The most commonly used by various elements in defining Tionghoa identity is by dividing it  into  main  dichotomy,  i.e.  totok  and  peranakan.  Nevertheless,  totok  and  peranakan definition  themselves  have  limits  that  keep  continuously  debated.  Totok  is  generally understood  from  the  side  of  its  birth  and  Tionghoa  Puritanism,  while  peranakan  is comprehended  as  identity  that  mixes  each  other  with  locality.  As  the  time  goes  by,  totok and peranakan dichotomy are not relevant anymore. Recent politic development has led to Tionghoa identity option measured singly by the level of more liquid flexibility.Keyword : Tionghoa, Identity, Totok, and Peranakan

Abstract

This  article  discusses  about  hegemony  and  knowledge  power  (the  authorities)  which created  less  humanization  in  Indonesian education.  This  study  uses  IPS  (social  studies subject matter) as the object of the study. The result of the study shows three causes of less humanization  in  social  sciences  (IPS),  namely:  the  first,  the  historical  background  of Indonesia  is  full  of  political  and  in  doctrinal  nuance.  So  the  orientation  of  Indonesian education  is  automatically  reduced  for  the  authority’s  interests.  Second,  the implementation  of  IPS  teaching  learning  model  is  not  flexible.  It  is  monotones  and homogeny.  It  is  creates  less  critical  thinking  among  students.  The  thirst,  there  was  a symbolical violence in our education because of authorities superiority (teachers, schools) on students.Keyword : Education, Hegemony, and Dehumanization
