Abstract

Abstract - Government Resource Management System (GRMS) was established by the Governor of Central Java Province, Ganjar Pranowo through Governor's Decree No. 489 of 2014 which also cooperated with the Government of Surabaya  With the GRMS, Central Java Provincial Government has been able to arrange the budget and see the flow of financial realization of the performance of each SKPD in realtime through the online system. But until now for the system of recording letters both incoming and outgoing mail that is used still manual so ineffective and efficient, the need for a computerized system for the implementation can run as planned to achieve and smooth the objectives that have been set.For that we need a system of recording a letter that can ease the task of the secretarial admin in solving a problem, especially in the processing of incoming mail data that has not been followed up, outgoing mail and drafting a letter. The technologies used include PostgreSQL database, PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language, CSS to enhance the look, Navicat for the creation and management of table structure. With the system of recording letters both the incoming, outgoing and making the website-based draft, admin will be easy to record and can find incoming letters that have been followed up and not followed up and data can be accessed anywhere.Keywords :Incoming & outgoing mail logging,frameworks, systems,postgresql,websiteAbstrak - Government Resource Management System (GRMS) dibentuk oleh Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah yaitu Ganjar Pranowo melalui SK Gubernur No 489 tahun 2014 yang juga berkerja sama dengan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Dengan adanya GRMS ini Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah mampu menyusun anggaran dan melihat alur realisasi keuangan dari kinerja masing – masing SKPD secara realtime melalui system online. Namun sampai saat ini untuk sistem pencatatan surat baik itu surat masuk dan surat keluar yang digunakan masih manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efesien, perlu adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar pelaksanaanya dapat berjalan sesuai  rencana untuk mencapai dan memperlancar tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem pencatatan surat yang dapat meringankan tugas dari admin kesekretariatan dalam memecahkan suatu masalah terutama dalam pengolahan data surat masuk yang belum ditindak lanjuti, surat keluar dan pembuatan draf surat. Teknologi yang digunakan antara lain PostgreSQL database, PHP Framework Codeigniter sebagai Bahasa pemrograman, CSS untuk mempercantik tampilan, Navicat untuk pembuatan dan pengelolaan struktur tabel.Dengan adanya sistem pencatatan surat baik itu surat masuk, keluar serta pembuatan draf berbasis website, admin akan mudah untuk melakukan pencatatan dan dapat mengetahui surat – surat masuk yang sudah ditindak lanjuti dan belum ditindak lanjuti serta data dapat diakses dimana saja.Kata Kunci : Pencatatan surat masuk & keluar, framework, sistem, postgresql, website DAFTAR PUSTAKAAl-Fatta,  Hanif. Abstract

AbstrakPT. Enseval merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang farmasi. Laporan penjualan dari sales PT. Enseval masih menggunakan pelaporan dalam bentuk excel. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat suatu sistem informasi penjualan online sales PT. Enseval yang berisi informasi penjualan yang dibutuhkan oleh PT. Enseval dengan menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. membuat sistem informasi penjualanpenjualan online PT. Enseval berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dan membantu penampilan data penjualan, pencapaian target salesPT Enseval.Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SDLC, perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD, ERD dan implementasi sistem menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan online PT. Enseval berbasis web dapat memudahkan dan membantu penampilan data penjualan, pencapaian target penjualan dari sales PT. Enseval dan peringatan tuliasan berwarna merah jika sales belum mencapat target penjualan. Kata KunciPT. By using the information system, is expected to facilitate and help the appearance of the sales data, Systems development methods used in this study i.e., SDLC, designing system using DFD, ERD and system implementation using PHP and MySQL.The results in this study is the information system online sales PT Enseval. web-based can facilitate and help the appearance of the sales data, sales target achievement of sales of PT Enseval and warning tuliasan is red if sales have not been mencapat sales targets.

Abstract

AbstraksiIndonesia memiliki keanekaragaman budaya, khususnya Jawa Barat yang merupakan provinsi dengan cirri khas yang berbeda dari provinsi lain dibidang pariwista dan kebudayaannya. Perkembangan teknologi masa kini membuat masyarakat khususnya anak-anak mulai terlupa dan memilih bermin game melalui smartphone. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara membuat aplikasi game “Petualangan Cepot” berbasis android dengan desain yang mudah    digunakan dan dapat difungsikan sebagai media edukasi.Metode pembuatan game ini adalah coillision detection dimulai dari analisis perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Model permainan yang disajikan berupa wayang cepot sebagai tokoh utama, dan terdapat 3 level bergenre adventure. Level 1 berupa pertanyaan kuis pilihan ganda, level 2 berupa tebak gambar dan level 3 berupa game puzzle yang berisi foto khas budaya jawa barat.Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi, pengujian 3 perangkat terhadap perangkat android yang berbeda spesifikasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa game “Petualangan Cepot” yang dibuat menggunakan construct 2 dapat dijalankan pada perangkat mobile yang berplatform android dengan mudah oleh para pengguna. Kata kunci : Game, android, Budaya Jawa Barat AbstractIndonesia has a diversity of cultures, especially West Java which is a province with a distinctive cirri different from other provinces in the field of tourism and culture. The development of today's technology makes the community, especially children began to forget and choose the game through the smartphone. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to create an application game "Adventure Cepot" based on android with a design that is easy to use and can function as a media education.The method of making this game is coillision detection starting from the analysis of designing, manufacturing, testing and maintenance. The game model is presented as wayang cepot as the main character, and there are 3 levels of adventure genre. Level 1 in the form of multiple choice quiz questions, level 2 in the form of figure guess and level 3 in the form of puzzle game containing the typical image of west java culture.Tests conducted include, testing 3 devices against different android device specifications. The results show that the game "Cepot Adventure" created using construct 2 can be run on mobile devices with android platform easily by the users. Keywords: Game, android, Culture of West Java

 Abstract Today the development of information technology and games among children to adulthood is very rapid, so the game not only as entertainment to play, but now the game can train the power of thought and logic.Adventure education game to save Javanese script is a game created using collision detection method, by doing collision detection process between objects in game, collision detection is very important in making this game and if collision detection is not applied, then the game is not working properly.This study produces educational games let learn Javanese script, and develop games that can provide entertainment as well as learning media about the introduction of Javanese script.Keywords: Java Literacy Learning App, Collision Detection, Construct 2, Educational Game, Adventurous Game, Android. Abstrak Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi informasi dan game di kalangan anak-anak sampai dewasa sangat pesat, sehingga game tidak hanya sebagai hiburan bermain, namun sekarang game dapat melatih daya pikir dan logika.Game edukasi petualangan menyelamatkan aksara jawa merupakan game yang dibuat menggunakan metode collision detection, dengan melakukan proses  pendeteksian tabrakan antar objek – objek pada game, collision detection sangat penting dalam pembuatan game ini dan jika collision detection tidak diterapkan, maka game tersebut tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.Penelitian ini menghasilkan game edukasi mari belajar aksara jawa, serta mengembangkan game yang dapat memberikan hiburan sekaligus media pembelajaran tentang pengenalan aksara jawa. Kata Kunci:Aplikasi Belajar Aksara Jawa,Collision Detection, Construct 2, Game Edukasi, Game Petualang, Android

Abstract Employee payroll is a thing done by a company to fulfill its obligation, one of which is the concract employee’s payroll at PT. KIB. As for the background of this writing because at PT. KIB has been competerized but it is still less efective and also for production employees cannot know the details of the payroll. Personnel feel overwhelmed for the payroll process for production employee so that by utilizing the php programming language, html, and the mysql database which is then designed a website-based system can help personnel to process payroll efectively and efficiently and benefit production employees because with this system employees can find out payroll detail.

Abstract

Abstract - Data communication service providers need access networks to connect providers with customers so that data communication services can be used. Access network disruptions result in data communication services not being used by customers. The repair process that cannot be estimated has an impact on the customer's business processes being hampered. As a solution from the provider side, a portable access network is needed to backup customer connections temporarily during the access network repair process. This research designs and builds a portable access network solution by utilizing the cellular data connection and the MikroTik router. EoIP technology is combined with L2TP / IPSec to form a tunnel through the cellular internet network. The test results show, the latency of this portable access network is between 60-100 ms with low packet loss. Throughput is in the range of 2.7 Mbps on the HSPA cellular network. Transparent, able to allow various types of routing protocols. This portable access network is quite feasible to be used as a temporary solution when the main access network is interrupted. So that the service downtime does not too long.

Abstract

Abstract Gramas book rental is a business in the lending of books covering comics and novels. Currently the process undertaken in the lease of the book Gramas has been using the computer but still found obstacles that members dissatisfaction in the process of booking and leasing books. This research aims to create a web-based book rental information system on Gramas book rental which can facilitate member to get information about book rental and ordering online. System development method used is waterfall, system and software design using UML, implementation using PHP and MySQL. This research resulted in a book rental system on Gramas book rentals that gave advantages of facilitating the delivery of information, improving services, and increasing the interest of members to rent books so as to increase revenue.

Abstract

ABSTRAK BMB COSMETIC Shop is a business that is engaged in cosmetic sales. The system in the cosmetic sales shop only uses simple bookkeeping. Here it is said to be simple because the sales or purchase transaction process is still using a manual recording system and in the store sales there is a target of a sale that is still packaged simply. Data collection methods used are methods of observation, interviews and literature study. The system development methodology in this study uses the Prototype methodology. The results in this study are the creation of a web-based item sales dashboard application in Semarang Cosmetic BMB store.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan kartu kredit akan memudahkan dalam bertransaksi, tetapi banyak orang yang salah kaprah dalam pengunaan kartu kredit, tanpa memikirkan jangka waktu dan limit yang diberikan, yang berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran dalam membayar tagihan kredit. inilah inti dari permasalahan kartu kredit yang akan menyebabkan default kartu kredit. Neural Network (NN) adalah jaringan dari sekelompok unit pemroses kecil yang dimodelkan berdasarkan susunan syaraf manusia. digunakan untuk menilai akurasi pemproses data dengan mengunakan confusion matrix dan k-fold cross validation. Dari hasil analisa terdapat 23 variabel terdapat 3 variabel yang paling berpengaruh kredit lancar dan macet nasabah. Jumlah tagihan pada bulan Juli, jumlah yang dibayarkan pada bulan April dan Juli. Tinggkat akurasi RMSE 0.19 dengan mengunakan confusion matrix merupakan akurasi yang sangat baik.

Abstract Horny Cupcakes Store is a shop that sells a variety of clothing products to support your daily appearance. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based clothing sales website mobile. The method used to build the system development is the waterfall method. System design using UML and system implementation using PHP and MySQL. The results of research on the Horny Cupcakes Store can be concluded that with the construction of mobile web sales clothing can help product marketing. And makes it easy for customers to make order transactions, and get information about Horny Cupcakes
