Abstract

Scientific writing is aimed to know the registration and administration of thetreatment of patients with a way of making the report manually become computerizedpreparation of reports specially programmed with Visual Basic 6.0. This is ascientific research is research with how to obtain data or report results regitrasi andpatient administration. The author obtained these data by conducting interviews withthe Head of Unit (Director) clinics, studying books and literature. Abstract

Creative CV.Cipta Furniture is a store that sells various items of furniture, becausethe process is performed manually in its workmanship is assessed to be ineffectiveand inefficient because of frequent errors caused by human error is neededcomputerization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in company runningspeed. To simplify the work required in terms of sales programs and computerapplications programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, developed from theBasic Language. Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Programming Language which is basedVisual Programming and easy to use in making an application. Microsoft Access2003 as a medium to create the database because of the ease is given, and CrystalReport 8.5 as a medium to make a report.Based on that analysis, the authors make, these business entities in administrativeprocesses in the sales department is still done manually such as creating invoices andcreate reports that support the running of the company.In this case there are multiple ways to solve these problems, including flow of theproposed document, context diagram, diagram of zero, Entity Relationship Diagram,Input Output normalization and design programs that will be created with the supportsoftware Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

The development of computer technology especially very rapidly in recent years. Formerly a large computer, now you are getting physically smaller, but has a very high performance and very compact. Year after year people began to use computers very well known with a personal computer (PC). Origins of personal computers (PCs) are used by each person and stand alone (stand alone). The computers are not connected or another. For stand alone PC, the application program must be loaded onto each PC, and prosesntya must move your PC.Based on this, the author has the idea to combine some of the PC into a simple network of networks known as point to point (point to point), the idea is essentially the use of resources together.
