Abstract

Scientific Writing this, discussing about how to create an expert system application using Ms Visual FoxPro 9.0. Expert systems can be interpreted as a computer software which has a base of knowledge for specific domains and uses inference reasoning resembles an expert in memecahakan a problem. Where an expert system if it is related to the ability to diagnose early doctors in the patient's health condition, can be created by a computer system that served to identify and analyze patients' symptoms and then provide a direct instigation of such pesien. Scientific writing is also discussed on how to create a model of expert systems (in particular vitamin deficiency). Models made in expert system implemented in an application program. This application was made aiming to assist us in diagnosing early vitamin deficiency. And to make it easier to serve our patients without the patient must leave the house, which in addition to consuming time, effort and cost but also very concerned about his patient's condition. With this program can reduce the duty of a doctor and are not directly replace the absence of a doctor.

Abstract

One method of manufacture that can be practically effective in the process of understanding the basic game of badminton is to use multimedia methods, because this method has the ability to  be able to show a combination of text, images, animation, sound, graphics, and interactivity. With this method Badminton lovers can learn how to play badminton from a multimedia application which is the intermediary of the science presented. Multimedia application made by the author with a theme of Association  -  Badminton Games Association, and is expected to provide an alternative learning activities, especially regarding badminton. By making an application that uses the computer media and multimedia methods. It is expected that the information and images displayed can be more dynamic, more interesting and more interactive.

Abstract

On the application of sales and sales reports provide convenience to the user to input the data and then process them and produce desired outputs. In the implementation of data processing using computer applications using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0. The sales process is still manual UD.Anniezh previously experienced many difficulties in implementing the sales process, especially in making sales report that is less accurate, effective and efficient. Therefore,  the authors tried to make an application program on UD.Anniezh sales system by utilizing the facilities available in Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to make the sales process and simplify the checkout in the preparation of reports to be submitted to the leaders.

Abstract

There are two things that must and should be considered in building an application, namely "How to create an application / program is running correctly (in accordance with our desires / our clients)" and "How to create the user interface of our application to be interesting, easy to use and beautiful as possible ". Why should an application look beautiful and attractive? This can be analogous to the case when you come to the store to buy dress shirts, all the clothes in the store of the same function, which is a cloth that covers your body. However, you certainly will not choose arbitrarily clothes (although all dress the same function), you would likely choose the clothes with the best of form and appearance and even the latest models. The same is also felt by your clients, they not only requires you to make a program that runs in accordance with their desired, but also applications that have attractive appearance and easy to use. They're not going to accept the application with a bad view, although the program has been running as they wish. Therefore, the authors create a writing entitled "Developing Applications Super Beautiful and Full Animation With Borland Delphi 7 which in scientific writing, the writer outlines the steps to build an interesting application using Borland Delphi 7 programming language with object-oriented and visual.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, especially computers, have now entered a wide range of existing activities, advantages of the use of computer technology is characterized by speed, precision, and accuracy, as well as ensuring that data will be stored. The author conducted a study on investment trading system that is used in PT Jalen, diamana in its data processing still using manual system. This system has the disadvantage of consuming much time and energy making it less effective. From these circumstances, the authors intend to provide an alternative in the processing of customer data, traders, and investment is no longer manually but with the aim of facilitate the computerized administrator and trader in performing its duties, and also speed up customer service. Storage of all data related to the investment trading system are stored in a database that is well designed so that it can provide the required information accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the performance of queuing systems, to determine the cause of the queuing system performance barriers, and to find solutions to overcome obstacles in the queue on transaction processing performance at PT.  Branch Bank Melawai, South Jakarta. In analyzing the performance of the queue on the transaction process as well as the problem and the solution the author uses the model of a queuing system or a dual path Quiuery Multiple Channel System. Use of this queuing system models based on the number of tellers at Bank Mandiri Branch Melawai, South Jakarta is one of five people with stage lines of service. The outcome of the double lane queuing system model is obtained that the work rush hour Teller is at 14:00 to 15:00 hours, at which period the average time that customers wait as much as two people. Therefore, according to author queuing system performance problems at Bank Mandiri Branch Melawai is on the large number of customers who queue to get service, and the  cause of this problem are due to imbalance in the capacity in which the amount is not in accordance with the capacity Teller customers who come in busy periods. Reducing the number of customers who queue up in the process of increasing the number of transactions conducted through Teller. Author's calculations results by adding one person Teller obtained decrease in the number of customers waiting in line as much as a person (being a person). However, according to the author in regulating the addition amount of Teller, PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Melawai need to consider the busyness of the work unit level. In order for the operational performance of the Bank Mandiri Branch Melawai not disturbed the overall transaction process can be optimized and then the addition of a teller can be taken from the work unit that is not too busy.

Abstract

Advances in technology increasingly fast computers that have a positive impact in various fields of work. Work processes that still use the manual process can be computerized so that the deficiencies  and weaknesses that occurred in the manual process can be minimized. Writing this research study about borrowing procedures and library book return on STI & K. STMIK JAKARTA This application is expected to optimize library services and provision of information, especially on the lending transaction and return books. This application can mengotrol borrow and return books, providing convenience in the calculation of penalties if the borrower's late return of books and provides printing transaction reports loaning and book return.
