Abstract

PT Grasfindo is developing its business in the field of general trading (procurement office), which at this company processes transaction data of suppliers and information on the procurement of goods are still processed manually in the input, editing, printing to produce a report. Application programming using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 forms in form, would simplify the operational or administrative staff to do the inputting editing, printing, either from a data supplier data and transaction data, and assisted with Microsoft Access 2000 database applications to store recod- records and fields - field data .. Implementation of the program application of procurement processes in PT Grasfindo quite good and satisfactory in terms of receiving information quickly and accurately in order for decision making by the leadership.

Abstract

Department of public works planning and supervision of the project jakarta technique and its surrounding roads, in managing the stationery supply system uses a special section that is part of the household and equipment / IKMN that examine below the head of administrative affairs. Office stationery supply system managed by the household and equipment / IKMN help each unit in the office to meet the needs of office stationery. but the supply of stationery system is experiencing problems in checking the inventory of ATK still using the cards so that stuff takes a long time and a big risk if the card is lost, and deer, as well as in preparing reports. to overcome these problems, you can use the system via FOD, Diagram Context, Diagram Zero, ERD and Normalization. With a computerized inventory system, design of stationery is expected to assist the household and equipment / IKMN in managing inventories of stationery in the office.

In this system the author uses Visual Basic 6.0 nMicrosoft. by using a computerized system of cash sales in a bed at UD Tip Top Furniture Expo, has advantages such as speed of obtaining the information, accuracy of data in the sense that there are no data that overlap and can reduce errors that occur in the sales process until the publication of the report.
