Abstract

Abstract

Transpatindo Abadi Sejahtera (TAS Express) itself is a national private company engaged in shipping services or international courier services that use air transport as a means of freight transportation. As a company which is engaged in service delivery, service is key in keeping customers. Companies are required to provide information and excellent service, fast and accurate. on this occasion the author wants to analyze how the system is running on the customer service in an effort to improve the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

The use of mathematical models of inventory control is very useful for the management of a company producing or trading in saving time and cost when compared with the usual planning or management. The process of finding important variables in the model such as the total purchases of Inventory Control is optimal, the optimal time of purchase and reorder point calculations yield a more rapid, accurate and easy compared with manual calculation.Accuracy of the calculations to help the success in managing and controlling inventories, and ultimately, the proper inventory control will save the company budget.

Abstract

CV. Sadar Gypsum on reservations data recording at each ordering of goods is still done manually resulting in less efficiency of service to consumers. Therefore to improve the quality of service to consumers, the authors try to help CV. Sadar Gypsum in order to improve service quality to consumers with a reservation system dikomputerisasikannya goods. With the computerized system is expected to minimize time and increase service quality to consumers. In this case the authors solve the problem by asking how the proposed procedure along with FOD systems, Diagram Context, Diagram Zero, Entity Relationship Diagram, Normalization, and file structure as well as software by using FoxBase +.

Abstract

Basically every rental is a work unit which has functions to collect, maintain, and utilize the rental car which was then given to service users. One of the factors that influence for an establishment engaged in the rental is the number of cars that want to use. because the number of stock cars that will be rented out, will greatly assist these efforts in meeting the needs of tenants. Another factor that also influences is how or tools that strongly support the speed and processing research data, transactions and the calculation of complex data on these enterprises, given the increasingly sharp competition berkembangan rental car today. Delays in producing reports that are treated, both on the vehicle, the tenant or transaction is the most common problem encountered in the car rental business. damage or loss of a device resulted in changes to the report of a bundle, not in the days of its existence because at some point will be damaged or missing.

Abstract

The purpose of designing the system for receiving orders and sales, which designed the system for receiving and re-sales of existing into a new system using a computer. on the system for receiving orders and sales of long daily activities are still done manually. From the observation that writing done, where orders received by the sales field is then handed goto the administrative orders and sales receipts each day an average sales area to receive one hundred and fifty orders. with the order then there are problems concerning the calculation of inventory, monthly reports and when there are errors in recording it must be doing a fairly complicated repairs. Of the problems that arise that may arise it is advisable to use a computer with a database system. using a computer system reports can be generated sales orders more orderly and timely sales reports every month. report in order items must be returned at anytime if needed and facilitate the recording of sales in support of this it must provide information to customers about the types of goods available and their price and the item code and notify you when you change the codes. in customer ordering code list requisitioned to facilitate data entry order
