Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) is pemultiplekan hierarchy based on synchronous transmission that has been defined by CCITT (ITU-T). In the world of telecommunications, pemultiplekan series of signals in the transmission problem in terms of branching and insertion (drop and insert) that is not easy, and limitations to monitor and control the transmission network. SDH has two main advantages: the high flexibility in terms of channel configurations on network nodes and improve network management capabilities for both its payload Traffic and network elements.

Disadvantagesinclude the ineffectiveness of the time used in making the loan payment calculation reports ofcustomers, it is disturbing performance in the billing clerk.Micro-services information system design of the proposed implementation will be realizedbyusing a computer. This system can provide advantages such as speed up the preparation ofreports and data storage more reliable, so it can provide accurate and reliable information thatwill ultimately produce an effective performance and efficient performance in supporting thedecision making process for its users

Data communication can be developed through the propagation of radio waves. Datacommunication via radio is able to overcome the problem of limited telecommunicationfacilities in remote areas who have limited means of communication. In general, datacommunication can be said as the process of sending data or information which have beenmodified in a certain code (convert it into electrical signals) and data is transmitted.Transmission medium can be via satellite (VSAT-Very Small apertures Terminal), telephonecable, or via radio waves (HF / VHF / UHF).
