Kindergarten has an important role, because one of their main principle is to prioritize the child needs to develop and maximaze their growth and development. Kindergarten need to use the correct learning soit will appropriate with the child needs. This activity can be done with a play activity, because with playing can teach the child in many aspect, cognitive, motoric, language, and social emotion. This research want to see the learning materials related the cognitive, language, motoric and social emotion and want to see the application of play activity in the lesson process. The subject in this research is 1 teacher from non-private kindergarten and 2 teachers from private kindergarten at Surabaya. The data will be analize on descriptive from the observation and interview data. The result show that the teachers already understand about the important of applying the development aspect at the kindergarten. But, from the observation shows that mostly the given lesson material still focus only at the cognitive and soft motoric aspect, while the language, rough motoric and the social emotion not really seen. The material mostly using the paper and pecil. The teachers already know the important of playing activity but the implementation are not look dominantly. The dominant play activity are the constructive play activity.

In the world of education, at every level of education, whether at elementary school (SD), Junior High School (SMP), Senior High School (SMA) and a College (PT), academic achievement is a measure of the achievement of the learning outcomes. At the college level, academic achievement demonstrated by achievement index (IP). GPA is a number that indicates a persons achievement in learning or work. High academic achievement is the expectation of all students, but in reality not all students have high academic achievement. The phenomenon of low academic achievement occurs in some students of the Faculty of Psychology at University of Surabaya. These results because their lack of ability to manage their time for study and they also have belief that they are less capable to cope with the difficulties that they found in terms of achievement at future. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning with academic achievement. The population of this research is the students of the Faculty of Psychology at University of Surabaya grade 2012. Samples who join this research at least 80 students selected by incidental sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire self-efficacy, self-regulated learning, and uses the average value of achivement index (GPA) of students. The research hypothesis is tested using Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed no relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement (r = 0.234, p = 0.036 < 0.05), and there also no relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement (r = 0.072, p = 0.526 > 0.05). From these results it can be concluded that self-efficacy is more having a relationship with academic achievement compared with self-regulated learning. Self-efficacy of 5.4% contributed to academic achievement.

Kualitas produk yang terjaga dan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen akan membuat konsumen merasa puas dan menerima suatu produk bahkan menjadi loyal terhadap produk. Pelanggan yang setia atau loyal terhadap satu merek akan memberikan banyak keuntungan dan efisiensi untuk perusahaan. sebuah perusahaan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dari 25% sampai 85% yakni dengan cara mengurangi 5% kehilangan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara variabel, (a) kualitas produk dengan loyalitas merek merek pada pengguna produk The Body Shop Surabaya dan (b) harga dengan loyalitas merek merek pada pengguna produk The Body Shop Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk The Body Shop dengan rentang usia 18-32 tahun yang berdomisili di Surabaya sebanyak 300 subyek. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yang berarti, (a) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas produk dengan loyalitas merek The Body Shop yang ada di wilayah Surabaya sebesar r= 0.518 : sig (0.000 < 0.005), (b) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara harga dengan loyalitas merek pada pengguna produk The Body Shop yang ada di wilayah Surabaya sebesar r= 0.225 : sig (0.000 < 0.005). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian korelasi terendah pada variabel kualitas produk ( aspek durrability r= 0.231), disarankan agar pihak The Body Shop lebih memperhatikan daya tahan produk.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang baik dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada diri karyawan. Munculnya kepuasan kerja dapat membuat meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini akan menguji aspek dalam kepuasan kerja manakah yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan bagian produksi PT. X di Pasuruan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. X di Pasuruan. Data kinerja diperoleh dari penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak PT. X, sedangkan data kepuasan kerja diperoleh menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi non-parametrik yaitu korelasi Spearmanâs, distribusi frekuensi, dan tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT. X (r = 0,293; sig = 0,019). Aspek kepuasan kerja yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja karyawan adalah prestasi, pekerjaan itu sendiri, berkembang, kebijakan perusahaan, hubungan dengan supervisor, dan gaji. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah sebaiknya menggunakan alat ukur berupa angket yang dibuat oleh peneliti sendiri untuk mencari data kinerja karyawan. Agar hasil yang didapatkan bisa terlihat dengan jelas apakah antara kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan ataukah tidak.

A growing industry canât be separated from the role of Health and Safety. In Fact, they are found unsafe behavior in a company engaged in the production of food, such efforts neglect of work instruction, reluctance to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with procedures, and do not obey the rules that have been listed in the company. Based on the above results, there is a presumption that there is a relationship between the initial climate and perceived safety barrier with unsafe behavior on the production employees of PT X Pasuruan, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between climate and perceived safety barrier with unsafe behavior. The subject of research is the production employees of PT X Pasuruan, Indonesia (N = 41). This study uses incidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique using Spearman correlation test. The test results showed that the relationship is a significant negative correlation between safety climate and unsafe behavior (r = -.680 and p (0.000) <0.05), and there is a significant positive relationship between perceived barriers and unsafe behavior (r = .704 and p ( 0.000) <0.05). Based on this research, the company needs to open up insights on employees by emphasizing safety as the highest basis for creating a safe and comfortable working environment

In the implementation of the lecture is not only determined the success of the role of faculty and students only. But employees also have pernaan important in the ongoing success of the learning process indirectly. Conditions of employees becomes very important, it is necessary to do the job conducive conditions. Job stress is a phenomenon that is common in todays working life. Job stress is itself a response to a stimulus that appeared with the pressure and demands of the environment that exceeds the capacity of the individual as an employee. Job stress can impact both physically and psychologically. The workload is one of the factors that affect the appearance of job stress. If the workload exceeds the capacity of the workers it will affect a persons ability to increased work stress on the individual. This study aimed to determine the relationship of the workload with work stress on university administration employees X. The method used in the present study using quantitative methods. Subject selection techniques using the total population, in which the amount of the whole subject as many as 62 people of all employee population. Data were collected using three questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale, namely a questionnaire containing about workload and job stress. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job stress in university administration employees X (r = 0.268; p = 0.018). The researchers also looked at the effect of each aspect workload and job stress effect on each of its aspects. It is important for research subjects to be having a positive stress transfer by using meditation and can set the time in the execution of tasks. suggestions for research subjects is important to have a positive stress transfer by not leaving the job. In addition, it is important to set the time on the task at hand.

Many business cafe in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya makes the number of competition. Population on this research is the consumers that had visited one of Coffee Toffeeâs outlets in Surabaya. Samples are chosen with incidental sampling method. The result of this research: 1) shows the correlation between service quality and CoffeeToffee consumer satisfaction (r=0,664, p=0,000); 2) correlation between price and Coffee Toffee consumer satisfaction (r=0,486; p=0,000).

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between perceived risk and self concept with brand loyalty in consumer cosmetic products. The subject in this study is 307 college student at the University of Surabaya from 18 to 25 years in accordance with the period development of emerging adults. Result in the study show there is a relationship between perceived risk and self concept together with the brand loyalty of cosmetic product (F= 111,21; p 0,05),there is a relationship between perceived risk with brand loyalty (r = -0,633; p< 0,05), there is a relationship between self concept with brand loyalty (r= 0,339; p=<0,05). Based on the study, an increase of brand loyalty can occur when consumers cosmetic products have low perceived risk an their self concept is high. To increase brand loyalty, manufacturers must consider the perceived risk and self concept of their consumer because brand loyalty is one way to keep and maintain customer.

Performance is an important factor in an organization or company, because the state can be determined through performance and skill regularly and encourage the achievement of a healthy mutual relationship between superiors and subordinates. In the regiment, members can be said to have a good performance during an assignment if no violation of the rules, so it gets a good judgment of his superiors. In the execution of the entire ordinance will be associated with the performance of the members of the regiment. To realize a good performance and OCB members must have Trustworthiness. This study aims to determine the relationship between OCB and performance of members of the regiment Trustwhorthiness University of Surabaya. Researchers took the subject of study by 25 members of the regiment Univeritas Surabaya. Performance data collection variable, OCB, and Trustworthiness was obtained through a questionnaire. Based on the results obtained, Value koefisian correlation with the performance of OCB has a significance <0.05 is 0.001 and r value of 0.602. The results stated that there is a positive relationship between OCB performance. Trustworthiness of the performance has significance> 0.05 is 0.827 and r value of 0.034 so that there is no positive relationship between Trustworthiness with performance.

 The aim of this study was to determine the trustworthiness of therelationship between turnover intention. The population of this research is the agent AJB Bumiputera Satellite Darmo Surabaya branch, Wonocolo, and Wonokromo. Subjects of this study (N = 90) were taken from the population by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using the questionnaire enclosed with 5 scale questionnaire answers and open. Data were tested using non-parametric correlation techniques, namely Spearman. From this research, found a negative correlation between turnover intention trustworthiness with AJB Bumiputera agents Satellite Darmo Surabaya branch, Wonocolo, and Wonokromo (r = -0.396; p = 0.000). Another factor which affects of cross tabulation known factors associated with turnover intention is the last age and education. In this study suggested that the supervisor can perform a self-evaluation related to forming ability, benevolence, and integrity of trust in the agent.
