The behavior of investment decisions began to attract the attention of academics internationally. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of behavioral finance by applied variable overconfidence, representativeness, mental accounting, loss aversion and herding on investment decisions. The total sample collected and used in the study amounted to 203 respondents in Batam City and analyze using multiple linear regression method. The result showed that overconfidence, mental accounting, and herding have a significant positive effect on investment decisions, while the representativeness and loss aversion variables doesn’t affect investment decisions.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The sixth step is Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof product, Preliminary field testing, revision and Main Main product field testing. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the accounting information system at PT. SHIBA AZAKI. The problem in this study is whether this sales information system has an effect on controlling receivables at PT. SHIBA AZAKI. In this study the author uses quantitative research methods, while the type of associative research uses a questionnaire as an instrument used to obtain data. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. SHIBA AZAKI using 36 people as research samples. The result of this research is that there is a positive influence and significant of the sales accounting information system on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable at PT. SHIBA AZAKI

Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.

This study aims to determine the most significant factor statistically influencing customer satisfaction in the purchase transaction process using mobile commerce to test the moderating effect of customization or efforts to adapt m-commerce to consumer desires. Respondents who filled out the survey consisted of 125 respondents, spread over a span of 1 month, for customers who in the last 12 months have used m-commerce for buying and selling transactions. The results of this study are the customer trust factor, the perceived enjoyment factor when using m-commerce, the moderating effect of customization on usage benefits factor, and the customization factor are the 4 factors that most influence customer satisfaction. These findings are useful for M-commerce providers to focus their development on aspects of customer trust, customer enjoyment, and customization.

This study aims to determine the personal selling strategy in increasing sales volume at the DT Group Advertising company. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative and interviews, documentation and information collection through observation as the actual data collection method so as to facilitate the processing of research data. The results of the discussion of personal selling strategies in increasing sales volume at marketing companies are about how to increase sales volume by providing direction to marketing staff and providing material on personal selling, besides that there are steps that marketing staff can take to attract consumers to buy, and giving reawed and punishment for their sales.

Observations that contain the intent to determine how much influence the variable understanding of SIA, compensation, competence, motivation, experience on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The population contained in this study amounted to 70 employees with sample criteria targeting employees who use accounting information systems totaling 42 employees. The tool to analyze the data is multiple regression analysis. With the results of the partial research test where the variables of understanding accounting information systems, compensation, and work experience have no significant effect on employee performance, while competence and work motivation affect employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test of all these variables together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000.
