Price Earning ratio (PER) shows how much investors are willing to pay per rupiah of reported profit. Since a high PER shows that investor think that the firm has good growth opportunity, so factors determining of PER become very important means to investors in making investment decisions. This study examined the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin, dividend payout ratio, and inventory turn over on PER between stock listed in syariah index and common stock of non financial companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples used in this study consisted on 38 companies listed in IDX and 10 of them listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The data was analized using regression model and Chow test. The result showed return on equity has negative influence on the join PER. This coefficient was contrary with the expectation. This might due to the fact that the PER could increase because of decreasing of the profit but not from the increasing of the stock price. Other result is a difference of the regression coefficient between stock listed in syariah index and common stock.

The sampling technique used Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling approach of 66 respondents then processed as research data. The method of analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression to test the hypothesis with the t test and F test. Contribution of the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable uses the Adjusted R coefficient of determination. The results show partially and simultaneously system quality, information quality and service quality have a significant effect on user satisfaction. The quality of information is the dominant variable that affects user satisfaction of the academic information system of STEKOM University lecturers. User satisfaction of 50.3% is influenced by the variables in this study, while 49.7% is influenced by other variables.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a hard time for entrepreneurs because economic activity will undoubtedly suffer. Women entrepreneurs, in particular, are more vulnerable to the pandemic's adverse effects on their businesses due to their dual role as entrepreneurs and housewives, which limits their movements more than men. This study investigates the impact of passion, family life, and government support on the success of women entrepreneurs. As a statistical analysis tool, the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling method was employed. The findings show that passion and government support have a positive impact on the success of female entrepreneurs, whereas family life has no impact on it. The results are expected taken into account by the government so that the programs and systems put in place to support the success of women entrepreneurs can be maintained and improved.

This research examines the potential for leadership development through the creation of comprehensive leadership channels within organizations. By highlighting training elements that focus on the skills required for success in a leadership role) and succession planning (i.e., the creation and implementation of long-term plans that address changes in top leadership roles) as two distinct organizational initiatives. The method in this research is to combine the concept of Real Option Reasoning (ROR) with a skill-based leadership model. An in-depth study of the implementation of Comprehensive Leadership Pipelines (CLP) as an alternative to developing a leadership model is also reviewed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that by adjusting succession planning policies to outreach organizations according to the ROR pillars, it is possible to create CLPs that simultaneously lower turnover, increase the likelihood that employees will be in the right place at the right time, and reduce the risks associated with large investments. on employees. Given the need for organizations and individuals to assist in the selection of employees for appropriate leadership skills-based training, companies can make better and less risky decisions when selecting organizational leaders.
