Abstract

PT. Indo jaya adalah perusahaan manufacture yaitu mengolah bahan baku menjadi barang jadi, pengolahan data hasil produksi menjadi salah satu kendala kelancaran persediaan barang jadi baik gudang pusat maupun gudang cabang karena pengolahan data masih menggunakan cara manual. Hal ini membuat kinerja admin produksi Kesulitan untuk mengetahui sisa stok pemakaian BOM (Bill Of Material) dalam setiap kali produksi. Transaksi transfer barang antar gudang tidak bisa terkontrol, tidak bisa melacak apabila terjadi kesalahan sehingga data setiap gudang tidak bisa valid Menggunakan database SQL Server. menggunakan software Hamachi untuk mendukung aplikasi pengolahan data multi warehouse dari bahan baku menjadi barang jadi berbasis VPN sehingga dapat diakses oleh semua karyawan PT. Abstract

PT Herculon Carpet yang mempunyai 420 karyawan yang terdiri dari berbagai jabatan. Sistem penilaian masih bersifat manual dengan pendataan penilaian karyawan menggunakan formulir penulisan tercetak dan rekap menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Data evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang tersimpan di masing-masing bagian dan belum terpusat dibagian HRD (Human Resources Development) menyebabkan kurang efisiensinya laporan kinerja karyawan. Sistem pendukung menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah kriteria yang kompleks dalam berbagi alternatif dan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem baru yang efektif dan efisien. Sistem pendukung keputusan membutuhkan input data, memberikan antar muka antara pengguna dengan mudah dan dapat menggambungkan pemikiran para pimpinan bagian. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menentukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang valid untuk usulan gaji dan promosi jabatan di PT Herculon Carpet. Kata Kunci: SPK, Evaluasi, Jabatan, Gaji, R & D dan AHP

Abstract

Pemilihan karyawan berprestasi di SPBU COCO Semarang harus dilakukan dengan metode yang baik dan tepat, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam penilaian. Hasil penilaian yang dilakukan harus dapat menjamin perlakuan yang adil serta memuaskan bagi para karyawan yang dinilai. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk melakukan proses pemilihan karyawan dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu Kedisiplinan kerja, Kehadiran karyawan, Ketaatan, Kerjasama tim, Masa kerja, Semangat kerja, Kualitas kerja dan Usia karyawan. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan berbasis web dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe produk aplikasi yang telah diuji di lapangan serta dinyatakan memenuhi tujuan yang diharapkan sebagai pendukung keputusan. Abstract

PT. Windika Utama Semarang has a problem that is all activities related to employee absence and payroll is not computerized properly, therefore a system is needed fully automated and managed by a computer by integrating the RFID system in it so leaders can monitor attendance and payroll with realtime per branch. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method through the stages of study introduction, planning, product development, product design trials, product revisions, and product trials. Systembcreated using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Ms. database. Access, Report Data Environment and RFID reader with tags as a tool for employee attendance.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 2 Vocational School does the teaching and learning process in Boja, besides it requires communication between the school with parents / guardians of students regarding information on student grades, tuition payments and student attendance still using conventional methods. This study aims to create an Academic Information System based on SMS Gateway based RFID. Academic Information System with RFID based SMS Gateway can monitor student academic activities at school and makes the delivery of academic information easier and more transparent.

Abstract

Problems that occur in students will be able to affect student learning processes. Even more problems that deviate from the prevailing social norms that can jeopardize the establishment of the system social. The design of this expert consulting system for problem students is based on the website using the method forward chaining with the aim to help analyze the causes of problems of students and subsequently the teacher counseling guidance to follow up on the results of student consultations. This expert system uses the Depth First Search (DFS) search technique and forward chaining as the inference method. The results of alpha and betha testing on the expert system indicate the expert system is feasible based on a questionnaire on alpha and betha testing.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Kendal uses a payment system that still uses a manual system, i.e inputting payment data using excel file and payment data through recording in the entry book daily so the Administrative Section of Urs. Finance is having difficulty recapitalizing income and making reports due to the calculation of invalid data and services that require a long time. Researchers use the Research and Development (R&D) method in developing payment systems SPI, Extracurricular and School Fees through the manufacture of final products using Visual Foxpro 9.0 and technology client-based barcode server. The results of testing by experts concluded that the payment system was declared valid.

Abstract

MTs Negeri Brangsong assesses teacher performance in learning in support of creation effective educational process in building disciplined attitudes and student learning outcomes. Good teacher performance wil produce good student learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system for teacher performance appraisal in MTs Brangsong Country. The method used by the author is the profile matching method, because the method is very suitable for use in decision support systems for teacher performance evaluation with profile standards. Software that is used are Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL database and Crystal Report as report generation software. The results of the teacher performance appraisal decision support system are data input, data search, value processing and reporting will be easier and data security more secure.

Abstract

The application of information technology to support business and various service activities cannot be avoided in the banking industry. The application of e-business in the current era of technology can provide increased profits in transaction services or marketing of banking products, but on the other hand the application of e-business tends to provide losses due to the high cost requirements to operationalize technology. The purpose of this research is to try to do an analysis of the application of e-business in one of the banking industries, namely Bank BTPN, Tbk.The results of the analysis of the application of e-business at Bank BTPN, Tbk is that the application provides many benefits to stakeholders and management. Stakeholders from the customer can easily obtain information and services without having to meet face to face, while the company's internal parties facilitate the company's operational activities, accelerate service and synergize products to increase profits and can continue to be competitive in the midst of the intense competition in the banking business today. In addition to financial benefits, the bank's good image is useful for increasing public trust.

Abstract

The problem of repetitive work done by the homeroom teacher when processing grades around becomes a major problem experienced by every homeroom teacher in school. A good academic system is needed because it can minimize the work of homeroom teacher. MTs Negeri 2 Semarang in the processing of reporting value data is still using the conventional way by filling in the value legers. The teaching teacher fills in the value data to grade according to subjects. Then the homeroom teacher is reported in the form of grades per subject. Then from the value data per subject the homeroom teacher must reprocess it into grades per student and print it. This will be a repetitive job if the homeroom teacher also serves as a teacher. Reporting is still using copy paste from flash to flash which is very risky of losing data. This is compounded by the school building which is divided into two buildings with a considerable distance between the old building and the new building that makes teachers feel reluctant to report grades. To solve the existing problems, the authors propose a web-based value data administration system in MTs Negeri 2 Semarang that will facilitate teachers in processing and reporting value data. The program is expected to be able to deal with existing problems and ease the work of homeroom teachers.
