Abstract

An agency is encouraged to be able to have a good information system for the agency itself. LPPOM MUI Central Java is an institution where in the classification of complaints reports are still carried out manually, there will be the possibility of human error in the classification process of the complaint report. And this will harm all parties involved. automatically and apply the C4.5 Algorithm for analyzing the results of classifying the complaint report data. And from each complaint report will be classified into 3 parts, namely mild, moderate and severe.

Abstract

Documents are securities / important that can be used as evidence of information that is printed or written in nature. The company where the author conducts research is a company engaged in logistics, which certainly has a special document storage room, the Accounting room. The use of plastic folders containing documents and metal cupboards as a place to store important documents and files still has many risks of misuse and loss. The title of this research is the Document Security System Using the Arduino-Based Fingerprint and RFID Module. The purpose of this study is to minimize losses and prevent misuse of documents / files that are inserted into a plastic folder. The security system using Fingerprint and RFID is very good to be applied as a document security because it has multiple security. The system is made using the Fingerprint as a signal breaker or electromagnetic wave RFID Tag attached to the Map containing the documents / important files belonging to the company. This system is also supported by the ArduinoUno kit with the Atmega328 microcontroller as the brain to process data from fingerprint sensors and RFID Readers that function as electromagnetic wave identification systems on the RFID Tag, therefore two hardware devices called Tag and Reader are needed. Apart from the three main components mentioned, there are several other components used in the manufacture of this document security system, namely the micro SD kit, buzzer, push button, servo. Making this system is very important in order to limit the misuse of documents and the risk of losing documents in a company.

Abstract

The current harvesting system of fish is still not optimal and requires a lot of manpower. In every fish culture place, we can see that the fish netting system still uses manual nets, lots of people, and a long time. This affects turnover / income and profit from fish empowerment efforts. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of time, human power, turnover, and profit, this tool becomes a solution for each fish empowerment place. Because this tool is designed with an automatic system with continuous servo motor, proximity sensor HC-SR04, push button, with an arduino mega base. button as an input command, empowerment only needs to input into the button (push button) to start harvesting fish from aquaculture, so that this work becomes more efficient in time, manpower, and affects the increase in turnover and business profit.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the CV. El Rahma Semesta which is engaged in the business of managing and selling headscarves in the city of Semarang. This CV has 3 stores namely Corner Manyaran Jilbab, Hijab Corner Sekaran (UNNES), Malika Jilbab. Based on the results of observations made on the CV. El Rahma Semesta stated that there was instability in sales at several stores, causing many items to be sold and stock buildup and the difficulty in determining the right strategy to overcome sales problems at each store. To make it easier to overcome problems and find a marketing strategy appropriately, a selection of supporting systems for selection strategies in marketing strategies using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Tecnic For Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) can be used as a tool in decision making This is supported by the validation test from experts namely 3.7 which means valid. Because it lies in the validity criteria 2.51 - 3.25. and users namely 3.6 which means it is very valid because it is at a validity interval of 3.26-4.00. So this system can be used to find marketing strategies for each store.

Abstract

In the development of technology and information currently recording inventory is very important for companies, especially those engaged in the distribution of drugs and also inventory information is very important to maintain the health center so that it runs more optimally and also to delay the delivery of drugs from suppliers, this can hamper the service of puskesmas to patients.With this information system, the puskesmas can easily manage previously mixed supplies and use a manual and not yet computerized method which can be very helpful with this program. The focus of the transaction handled is to use the Wegthed Average method is a method used to calculate the value of stock and cost of goods sold to achieve a realistic valuation because the stock is still mixed and still use manual recording. The program will be made web-based as a medium to inform drug supplies, and the expected benefits of making this application are to make it easier for users to get the latest information and get inventory reports in a timely manner and to help control raw materials in order to sanitize inventory and produce more taxes cheap because the value of the final stock is smaller.

Abstract

The purpose of this final project besides fulfilling one of the requirements for completing undergraduate education at the Electronic and Computer High School (STEKOM) is also to facilitate the recording and processing of report cards with computer applications at the Nurul Ulum Middle School Semarang. So it has benefits for managers, namely improving report card processing to be faster and improve work efficiency. Formulation of the problem of how to overcome inaccuracy in the processing of student grades at SMP Nurul Ulum and how to design information systems that can be processed together in entering grades in one computer database.The research used observation, interview and literature study methods. In preparing the report using several designs: context diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), normalization, entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and program implementation.The results of the analysis of making value administration information systems can reduce the problems that exist in Nurul Ulum Junior High School Semarang and provide easy value information services for teachers and create a database that is generated can be archived safely. Software used: in the preparation of this thesis the author uses Visual Basic 6.0 programming with MYSQL database.

Abstract

Banking companies engaged in deposits in the form of time deposits, savings, and other forms equivalent to that and funds channeling funds as BPR businesses. As a finance company, it is demanded to be able to meet the needs of its customers, especially in providing credit or financing loans. PT Bank Rakyat Syariah Syariah Suriyah is seen experiencing an increase in loans or financing, but it is also followed by a decrease in the value of accounts receivable turnover, so that the efficiency of receivables collection is increasingly reduced. This will certainly be better if the company can reduce its receivables until the accounts receivable turnover can rise. PT Bank Rakyat Syariah Syariah Suriyah in managing the recording of accounts receivable is still done manually has not been automated so that with this system the recording of accounts receivable takes a long time because it still uses books - especially to record receivables when they occur, the numbers recorded are sometimes wrong. The availability of a computer has not been used optimally because the application used for accounts receivable problems is currently only an office application where there is no integration between one data with another data, especially for managing accounts receivable and the application used is Microsoft Office Excel. To resolve the existing problems, the authors propose an accounting system for accounts receivable loss with the method of age of accounts receivable and analysis of accounts receivable turnover at BPR Suriyah which will facilitate the management of accounts receivable data. The program is expected to be able to deal with existing problems.

Abstract

Vehicle movements that occur have begun and ended in the parking lot. Such conditions will certainly require adequate parking spaces, but the availability of parking spaces in the city center is usually very limited, a problem that often arises when looking for an empty parking location is that we must surround a very large and limited parking space to find a parking location that is still empty, and of course causing less efficiency of time wasted just to find a parking location that is still empty The information system in this study serves to display parking location availability information to parking users. By designing a prototype for parking monitoring using (a) LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) and (b) Infrared sensors as input, (c) arduino uno as a microcontroller and interface for visual-based monitoring and using a counter system at the entrance and exit side to count the number of cars inside a parking lot. The availability of this information system aims to notify vehicle users about the availability of parking locations so that users can decide whether to enter the parking building or look for another parking building. The results achieved are a prototype information system for parking location availability that can display information on a monitor screen. Abstract

Merchandise inventory is the most important asset in the survival of a trading business or shop. Toko Kudus Jaya is a retail trading business that sells hundreds of types of nuts and bolts of various types and sizes. The problem is that this shop still uses manual records to record the inventory of merchandise. This is considered vulnerable to various kinds of recording errors such as excess or lack of inventory and also considered less effective because it takes a lot of time in the recording process. The next problem is the procedure of ordering goods that only rely on estimates of sales and are only done when the inventory has run out without taking into account other costs at the time of ordering. To solve these problems, the authors use Research And Development (R&D) as a research and product development method and the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method used to calculate the optimal order amount by calculating the cost of storing and ordering costs. The author designed a prototype of a web-based merchandise inventory management information system with the EOQ method, the PHP programming language, MySQL as the Database and the bootstrap framework as the user interface. The application of web-based technology with the EOQ method is expected to help the store in its work activities so that it gets integrated data in one database and can determine the number of orders so that it can save costs incurred when making an order.

Abstract

The system is a framework of procedures that have one or more goals to carry out an activity or main function of the company. Computer-based information systems have now become a primary thing for information needs. Many fields have utilized computer-based information systems as a means to facilitate work. Make an accounting information system design for preparing cash flow statements so that the recording and calculation process in the company becomes computerized properly so that no errors occur. The resulting output consists of the process of cash receipts and disbursements to the preparation of financial statements. In this research, a Multiuser Based Financial Statement Information System was developed with a case study on Kator Notary-PPAT Dina Ismawati, SH.MM, where in developing this system the system development tools used are Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Contex Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Flowchart and using the Microsoft Viisual Basic 6.0 programming language and Ms.Sql server as the database.
