Abstract

PT Herculon Carpet yang mempunyai 420 karyawan yang terdiri dari berbagai jabatan. Sistem penilaian masih bersifat manual dengan pendataan penilaian karyawan menggunakan formulir penulisan tercetak dan rekap menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Data evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang tersimpan di masing-masing bagian dan belum terpusat dibagian HRD (Human Resources Development) menyebabkan kurang efisiensinya laporan kinerja karyawan. Sistem pendukung menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah kriteria yang kompleks dalam berbagi alternatif dan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem baru yang efektif dan efisien. Sistem pendukung keputusan membutuhkan input data, memberikan antar muka antara pengguna dengan mudah dan dapat menggambungkan pemikiran para pimpinan bagian. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menentukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang valid untuk usulan gaji dan promosi jabatan di PT Herculon Carpet. Kata Kunci: SPK, Evaluasi, Jabatan, Gaji, R & D dan AHP

Abstract

Information technology can improve the quality of work in industry. One of them is about monitoring temperature and humidity in non-sterile drug production rooms. This temperature and humidity is monitored by the QA (Quality Assurance) department, which is used to see if the temperature and humidity of the non-sterile drug production room is well conditioned. From the existing problems, it is necessary to have an intelligent system that can monitor temperature and humidity appropriately and periodically. One of them is the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) for Simulation of Temperature and Humidity in a Non-Sterile Drug Production Room using a Temperature Sensor (LM35) and an Arduino and Web-Based Humidity Sensor (DHT 22). This tool will detect the temperature and humidity in each non-sterile drug production room periodically, if the temperature exceeds the maximum limit in the non-sterile drug production room, the fan will turn on releasing hot air inside. From all the data that has been collected, it will be processed by the Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller and will be displayed on the website as an interface, for early detection on the website, a DC Fan appears which rotates when the temperature exceeds the maximum limit. Data transmission uses ESP8266 as a wireless module.

Abstract

The heart is a vital human organ that has an important role. Human heart rate is also an important factor in determining a person's level of health. A slow or fast heart rate will have a negative impact on a person's health. To find out if the heart rate is still beating normally or not, then measurements are taken, both measurements with experts and with heart rate measuring instruments. The adult heart rate ranges from 60-100 bpm. Through technological developments in telecommunications systems, users can obtain the desired information. One of these technological developments is the use of a microcontroller that can control or send data via sensors. From the above background, the author makes a system or tool that can monitor the heart rate to detect the level of health. This system utilizes a wemos microcontroller and a pulse sensor that will read the heart rate beats per minute.

Abstract

Customer service is a routine work done by a business entity in the process of goods supply and sale. Effective and valid service for consumers is the dream of all companies to generate greater profits. But, the service of information to the consumers as the main link to the consumer sometimes gets the difficulty in fulfilling the demand for information from each consumer. This is due to various reasons, because the data has not been updated, not. integrated about the latest promo information, the difficulty in memorizing the existing product specifications, up-to-date price changes and complex goods ordering system. The existence of the above problems becomes the basis for researchers to conduct the research based on online web-based technology and SMS GATEWAY communication technology. System which is built will offer the solution of the information service`s problem fot the consumers and cistomers. This research is conducted in UD Usaha Makmur environment which is located at Jl MT Haryono 63 Semarang Central Java. This research discusses about how to conduct auto response information service system which is based on store and forward and its efficient and effective implementation.The purpose of this study is to build a software about information service system that apply, and its implementation is effective. While the long term purpose of this research is to built a standard information service system that can be used and achieved by the societies. The scope of this research is to discuss the correct procedure of auto response service and GATEWAY SMS implementation as media for the recipient and the sender of information for its validity review. Abstract

SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue. Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file. The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Almost every house already uses a Wifi network as internet access. With the help of this Wifi network, it is used as Middleware that can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. This study engineered data packet traffic using the ESP8266 wifi module on the Middleware device network to find out how fast the data packet capture time using wifi can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. Based on the analysis, the measurement results on the IoT device network to find out how fast the data time using wifi it reaches 2.95 kbps to 7.4 kbps.

Abstract

Abstract The try out process is an exam simulation exercise every year before the National Examination conducted by school institutions. The main objective of this exercise is as an effort of school institutions to prepare students to get maximum scores on the National Examination. Madrasah Working Group (KKM) of MTs 2 Demak is a body within the Ministry of Religion which fosters coordinative cooperative relations between Demak MTs 2 and private Madrasahs in the area of Demak 2 MTs. So far the Try Out system at the KKM level still uses manual procedures and is still off line using paper. As a result of this system, there are still delays in the distribution of questions and reports at the central level. In making Try Out questions, randomization of questions only uses the package method questions A, B and C, so there are still students who give each other answers. LCM (linear congruent method) is a method of generating random numbers on the Try Out. The principle of this method is where the form of the LCM number as the scrambler of the question, including increament (c), modulus (m), multiplier (a), and initial value (Z0), which has provisions: c = 0 ≤ c <m, m = 0 <m, a = 0 <a <m, and Z0 = 0 ≤ Z0 <m. Making this application using the PHP programming language and database used is MySql with the R & D system development method according to Borg and Gall, including: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Main field testing , Operational product revision, Operational field testing, Final product revision, Dissemination and implementation. Madrasah Working Group (KKM) Demak MTs 2 in conducting a try out system still uses the manual offline method and the problem scrambler is only limited to packages A, B, and C, then with the Try Out Information System the web-based KKM level is expected to facilitate parties KKM and tighten students to avoid fraud.

Abstract

Laporan Pemeliharaan Elektronik berfungsi sebagai monitoring kondisi barang elektronik yang di RS BHAYANGKARA PROF. AWALOEDIN DJAMIN Semarang. Namun proses pencatatan pemeliharaan elektronik masih konvensional atau masih berbasis kertas. Kemudian diketik ulang ke excel untuk menjadi sebuah laporan proses tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk pencarian data , mencatat dan membuat laporan pemeriksaan. Kelemahan tersebut dapat diperbaiki dengan penerapan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Apabila sistem informasi direncanakan /dibuat dengan baik,sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang lebih aman. Model yang akan dikembangkan mengacu pada model Research and Developmen (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Sedangkan Implementasi pembuatan web pemeliharaan dilakukan dengan pemrograman berbasis web PHP dan basisdata mengunakan MySQL.

Abstract

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.
