<![CDATA[Pos Indonesia in increasing the marketing of its products by innovating with its products, especially in the digital market sector. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product strategy has on product marketing. This study uses a quantitative calculation method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 32 people. The technique of taking sample members in this study is done by saturation sampling technique that is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples, because the total population is equal to the number of samples, the number of sample members is 32 people. The results of this study have a significant effect between product strategy on product marketing at PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Tuhemberua, North Nias Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth of financial technology is filled by digital wallet competition in the industry, one of the most known digital payment in Indonesia is OVO. Even so, the obstacles that OVO has can make users switch to another mobile payment provider. This research aims to analyze the impact on continuance usage intention by customers’ trust, and examine factors that influence trust in terms of gender moderation, the theories developed in this study are Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust Building Framework. The method used to process data in this study are SEM and PLS. The findings of this research state that continuance usage intention is positively influenced by trust. Trust is significantly influenced by reputation, followed by customization, security, and mobility.]]>

X received a job application file sent to the office of PT. X, after that applicants await calls from PT. X work for the interview. Such conditions make the performance of PT. X work is considered ineffective and inefficient. Therefore we need a web-based employee recruitment system that can solve this problem. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 < = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 < = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows β2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline. <![CDATA[Measurement results of load cell sensors sometimes has a significant difference even have the same weight, this is usually caused by several factors that affect the difference in the measured value, therefore on In this research, an analysis of the measurement results of a load will be carried out with the measuring object, namely rice, package and fruit. This analysis is carried out to determine the load which object is more efficient and accurate in do some weight calculation. The process of measuring weight using a load cell sensor is carried out based on Arduino device. After the measurement results are obtained then they are analyzed and compared between the measurement results of rice, package and fruit to determine the level of efficiency of the load cell sensor. Based on the experimental results of fruit, the measurement between the results to the real value is 4%. The measurement results of fruit have the efficiency of the load cell sensor]]>

In the process of working, BPR Arta Makmur has served Savings and Credit Savings for the people. In recent times the process of applying for Credit Loans for people who do not have a business has increased, and the company has become quite inconvenient in processing loan applications submitted by prospective BPR customers because they have to select one by one based on the requirements set by the company. With so many credit applicants entering the credit department, it makes the credit department a hassle to decide the results of the application. So that the researcher decided to provide a solution for the Credit Decision Support System using the SAW method with existing criteria in BPR, namely; 1. Required documents, Applicant Status (Employee, Entrepreneur, Civil Servant, etc.), Creditor Capability, Home Ownership, Creditor Capital. By creating a Decision Support System this can help and facilitate BPR in making decisions whether the credit applicant is approved or not in a short time.]]>

<![CDATA[Perwujudan otonomi masyarakat dalam suatu desa merupakan proses peningkatan kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi pasif dan aktif yang berjangka panjang perlu dicapai adalah 1. peningkatan pemanfataan teknologi informasi yang bernuangsa pada system inovasi desa dan daerah, 2. Menyumbangkan ide dan pemikiran yang logis dalam merumusakan peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, 3. melakukan perencanaan dan perumusan suatu strategi untuk memperkuat system inovasi desa dan daearah yang berbasis teknologi informasi SDM. Adapun pencapaian target yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. memberikan pelatihan SDM untuk dapat merealisasi anggaran dana desa dalam bentuk format yang mudah dipahami, 2. keterbukaan pemerintah daerah dalam penggunaan dana desa secara transparansi berbasis teknologi informasi, 3. tata kelola keuangan desa maupun daearah secara efektif dan efesien dalam aplikasi yang dapat dimengerti. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai penelitian ini berupa 1. menganalisis sejauh mana transparansi penyaluran dan pengelolaan dana des melaluli data sekunder, hasil analisi ini dapat dijadikan acuan inovasi teknologi informasi yang actual, 2. mempersiapkan roadmap aplikasi berinovasi melalui perkembangan teknologi informasi. Adapun acuan kegiatan kerja yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini berupa 1. Agar pemerintah kabupaten sorong harus membuat pembaharuan yang berinovasi pada system teknologi informasi yang actual, 2. transparansi pemakaian dana desa yang dapat bisa diakses secara mudah dan pahami. 3. agar pemerintah daerah dapat mengembangkan inovasi teknologi yang dapat membantu mengawasi penyerapan anggaran dana desa yang transparansi, 4. membuat pelatihan SDM bagi setiap aparatur desa oleh pemerintah kabupaten sorong agar potensi kerja di desa dapat tercapai. Dalam penelitian ini data juga diperoleh dan didapatkan dari informan – informan melalui wawancara dengan responden dan dibuat dalam skema transkripsi wawancara yang actual sehingga mempermudah dalam melakaukan mengelolah data penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi pemerintah daerah kabupaten Sorong maupun desa sebagai penerimaan dana desa sebab semua ini untuk diperuntukkan bagi masayakarat Papua. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.]]>
