Abstract

Abstract: Department of revenue and financial management is a place for a company or organization to perform licensing the installation of billboards . Each billboard that has been given permission and posted by the Department of revenue and financial management have a status update. The current system for status of the billboard still require operator assistance so that it allows for some error in update the status of any billboard. Researcher provide solutions for Department of revenue and financial management through the advertising monitoring applications. By using this application the Department of revenue and financial management can monitor and obtain reports on the condition or status of the current advertisement and also through reports generated by applications that can facilitate the process of the registration section, determination section and data collection section. Besides being able to display the status of each advertisement, the application can perform calculations automatically advertisement tax number and validation process that is used to help each section to perform the filter on taxpayers who are less worthy. The results of the evaluation applications for users who have been tested on 8 respondents indicate the number of respondents who say that this application is in accordance with the needs and wishes of users is equal to 92 % .

Abstract

Abstract: Telkomvision is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia which engaged business on pre-paid TV subscription and has some branch office called RO. At this time the size of sales performance measurement is shown by using table which is difficult to read and couldn’t see more detail number of subscriber achievement to general manager so that when it is forwarded to the subordinates there could have been errors. Problems on Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra can be handled by visualization information sales achievement of pay TV using dashboard system. Dashboard can give an easy look to general manager nor sales manager regarding company condition so that can help them to make a decision. Based on application trial using customer data, sales achievement information could be shown more simple and suitable with key performance indicator. The result shows that information visualization which made can help Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra on performance monitoring and making decision to achieve sales target.

Abstract

Abstract: IT Marketing & Trading (M&T) PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya is part of the operational functions of the Corporate Shared Services (CSS) PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the field of Information Technology (IT). Based on the survey results of the services performed by CSS PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the business units and subsidiaries in 2012, primarily for IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya showed a gap between the perceived to the service user expectations with the value -0.73 and -0.68 in the 1st and 2nd semester of 2012. The survey results showed that the quality of IT service management is sufficient but necessary anticipatory efforts to prevent a worse condition.To identify the factors contributing to the gap between perceived services to the user expectations of IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya, it is necessary to audit the management of IT services based on ITSM standard, namely the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Results of IT service management audits that have been conducted show that the cause of the gap is the management has not fully ensure compliance with service management procedures established by the company. The findings and recommendations of the audit can be used to improve the operational performance of service.

Abstract

Abstract: SDN Gading 1 in learning system conducted by face-to-face between the teacher and the students where the teacher in providing the material simply by using the lecture method, yet maximize media that there are good, so that less students understand the material being taught by the teacher. In addition, the calculation of the value of the subjects reported a student computer is still in the form of a manual. The process of calculating the value recap subjects the students into the old computer so that students can not see the value directly. Solutions to help computer learning problems in SDN Gading 1 is the use of computer learning media applications. This application is also equipped with calculation and reporting value for students. This application is made by a method comprising SDLC waterfall model of the stages of identifying problems, analyzing and designing systems, building systems, and system testing. The results showed that the application is successfully assist teachers in providing the materials and see the reporting of students' grades and students can understand the material and see the value directly. In addition, this application is in conformity with the needs of the user. This is evident from the value of 3.5 on a scale questionnaire 1-4 which shows the results of the application is good. Suggestion that the development of these applications there is a matter of duty, UTS, and UAS so that students can work directly through the medium of computer learning. Keyword: Learning Media, Computer Course, Practical Assessment.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. SUCOFINDO need to perform asset management computers and peripherals to support the operations of the company. Problems faced today, there is no maintenance scheduling, asset registries are still using Microsoft Excel and are not archived properly. The other problem is the removal of assets not managed properly, the process of calculating and reporting improper asset asset slow. So that difficult to know who will be an asset and has passed its economic life. One solution to solve the problem is with the desktop application asset management computers and peripherals. This application is used to manage, plan, and monitor assets and computer peripherals, ranging from the procurement, receipt, maintenance, removal, shrinkage, until removal. Asset depreciation method used is straight-line method. From the implementation and subsequent evaluation has been done, the system has been created to have a maintenance schedule. In addition, removal of the item can be properly managed and asset depreciation calculation process can be done properly, and can provide asset reports quickly and accurately, which can be used by decision makers to plan the provision of an asset in the future of computers and peripherals. Abstract

CV. Agung Jaya Branch Customs is a distributor of office stationery and various plastics. In the determination of inventory, the company is not using the method. The number of competition raises the sales volume is not stable, especially a variety of plastic products. Result in the accumulation of stock in warehouse and other stocks due to insufficient, thus making customers switch to other distributors.Winters exponential smoothing method is used as a forecasting method, is based on the analysis of the data pattern of plastic products that contain the data pattern trend and seasonal elements. MAPE is used to measure the degree of forecasting error. The author uses the method of PRS (Periodic Review System) to determine the order quantity 1 month to come based on forecasting data, review stock last and maximum inventory.Applications are designed and built to help the general manager CV. Agung Jaya Customs branch in decision support for inventory after knowing the sales forecast in the future. Abstract

Abstract: The prominent responsibilities of police are to taking care and serving society, thus the working sphere become a common job done by personnel of police. Each of personnel has rights and responsibilities that is clearly managed, including the schedule management of their duties. However, from this point forward, the personnel job is less in getting the monitor from the leader or the officer. This case causes an obstacle of the institution, in which it is the lack of communication of personnel in doing the coordination of serving the society and the occurring of personnel indiscipline that leaves the duty location. Solution to fill the above requirement is the development of system an Android Personnel Monitoring Location in Police Institution of Web-Based. This system consists of android mobile application and the website that are connected to the same database. This system can be worth for monitoring and finding the place of every personnel in real time, so that it can be easily to coordinate the personnel as well.

Abstract: Warehouse in CV.  Cahaya Karya Tehnik have problems in controlling the supply of raw materials because it is still done by manual. This results in the process of reporting for incoming raw material,  raw material, inventory mutations the raw material, and reorder filing supplies raw materials takes time which tend to be longer.    Because of that is required application control the supply of raw materials that can be used to take note of raw materials in, mutations raw materials, and the submission of reserving reexamined raw materials, so that the supply of raw materials at warehouse CV. Cahaya Karya Tehnik can run well and no vacant supplies. System also can print form mutation raw material that can be used as an archive warehouse. With the implementation of this system, the warehouse is no longer experiencing the emptiness of supplies of raw materials. The resulting system is expected to address the existing problems so far, and the resulting information will be more accurate. Besides that part of the barn is CV.
