<![CDATA[PT. PEHAESTEX are supplying a variety of products Moslem. Competition in this area is increasing every year and make the sales volume is not stable at PT. PEHAESTEX, especially in products gloves. Problems that occur during this inventory every kind of goods are too little compared to the customer demand that can not meet the demand of customers pelanggan.akibatnya be waiting and customers can switch to another distributor. However, the other type of gloves are also frequent excess stock that made goods become piled up and need a place of their own warehouse for storage. , In the procurement of goods, manager of PT. PEHAESTEX only see the data based on the previous month's demand for goods only. The aim of this thesis was to produce a determination of inventory by forecasting applications meeting the demand of goods with exponential smoothing method winter in PT. PEHAESTEX to help make decisions for supplies after knowing the approximate demand for goods in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandugo 200 is a company that engaged in the sale and purchase of land plots for cash and credit in Surabaya and Sidoarjo with problems 60,62% of uncollected accounts receivable. This is caused of nothing recording recapitulation of due date and many payment record books of the company. Consequently, the procedure to remind the customer to be hampered and the filing of the customer's credit worthiness decision could not be known immediately. In this study, these problems solved by building accounts receivable application at Pandugo 200 usinG Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Accounts receivable applications that has built able to monitor customer accounts receivable as a reminder of the company through the Short Message Service (SMS), presents a recording of integrated payment on each payment book, the payment classification, and a monitoring report each month accounts. Based on the testing system is known that the Account Receivable Application Pandugo 200 Surabaya has been run appropriately. The application is able to send SMS remainder of credit collection and generate accounts receivable credit reports, customer payment reports, the target of accounts receivables, the difference between the amount of revenue target information with payment claims, and track record of customer payments.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Reading and writing in Japanese isn't easy for foreigners especially Indonesian because of its script that were very different from Indonesian that uses latin script. It is said that the Japanese writing system is one of the most complex writing system in the world. Japanese language uses mixed of three script, the hiragana, katakana, and the chinese characters. We don't have a choice what script we wanted to use because each script has their own uses so even in a simple sentence, that three script could appear together. Because of that, in order to be able to read and learn Japanese language, one should learn the three of Japanese script.While Japanese learn these script at school, Indonesian should be helped by good teaching materials and peripherals. One of the peripherals that could aid the Indonesian to learn the script effectively is the touch screen smartphone. Smartphone as an aid peripheral has a benefit because it's cheap, fast, and easy to use. It has a touchscreen to aid the user how to write the script because the way to write the script matters.The evaluation showed that this application could provide convenience and greater good to aid Indonesian to learn the three Japanese scripts. ]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia is manufacturing company that produce chemical materials products. So far, the order that received by PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia was processed only based by order priority that come first without looking the processing time, work time limit, time length to complete the entire order, and waiting time between completed process until the next operation begins. This production method will cause a problem when the numbers of the orders increased because can cause longer production time and causing delay in the production as well as depletion of orders.The production process in PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia needs a right method of production and appropriate solutions in order to minimize the occurring problem Therefore, the application is made that can provide an optimal model of production in order to reach a company target.The efforts to overcome that problem is to provide analysis production queue solutions based by 4 queue methods, that are first come first serve, short processing time, long processing time, and early due date.From this 4 queue methods, the system will choose in accordance with parameters of which desired, and PT. <![CDATA[Promotion to SMA/SMK/MA to interest and attract prospective students continue studying in Stikom Surabaya is the task of the sections Public Relation and Marketing (PRM). In conducting promotional activities needed for these promotional purposes so that the cost can be achieved. However, the total cost of the promotion has been issued every year increase, while the number of new student admissions data in Stikom Surabaya has decreased each year. The cost of the promotion is divided into seven groups of costs relevant to the interest of prospective new students. Therefore there is a need for research of the promotion costs which are the seventh most influential significantly to new student interest.This is done as a consideration of decision-making so that promotional costs can be optimized in the coming year. The evaluation is done by doing a cost analysis and new student interest. The analysis method using multiple linear regression.]]>

<![CDATA[The diseases around the woman's uterus is a fatal disease and causing death. But a lot of people underestimate the symptoms. The type of disease around the woman’s uterus have similar symptoms, it is difficult to know the type of disease that patients suffered. Therefore, patients need a doctor to consult about the disease around the woman's uterus. However, Patients often have trouble to consult a doctor because of limited working hours and cost limitations. In order to provide convenience consultation process, in this work, we build an expert system for diagnosing diseases around woman’s uterus using the certainty factor metho. The expert systems will diagnose any symptoms by providing certainty factor values at each symptom and the certainty factor value of answers. The new system will produce diagnosed diseases based on the some facts given by a user. The trial results showed that the system give accuracy diagnosis of 90%. It is examined by employing ten patients. This system also provide treatment advice based on the type of disease that suffered. However, the expert system for diagnosis of disease the woman's uterus can be accessed anytime and anywhere via website. ]]>

<![CDATA[The Library and Archives of East Java Province aims to provide the collections as a material to be read, heard and watched by library users who come to the library. The problem faced is in giving the collection to meet the needs of library users is very slow because the selection process is still done manually.
To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications the selection of library materials that can accelerate the selection process of library materials. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model.
Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate procurement proposals as guidance in the purchase of library materials. This application can help agencies, especially the selection team to meet the needs of library users.

<![CDATA[ Setiap tahun Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya melakukan proses penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai, namun masih terdapat permasalahan pada proses penilaian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara, permasalahan yang sering dihadapi yaitu jangka waktu proses penilaian hingga pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang memakan waktu 3 - 4 minggu. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu saat proses pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang tidak bisa dilakukan dengan cepat karena kepala bagian kepegawaian harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai negeri sipil berbasis web yang mampu membantu Disperdagin Kota Surabaya dalam melakukan penilaian prestasi kerja hingga proses pembuatan laporan penilaian.Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini, aplikasi sudah dapat mempercepat proses penilaian hingga 5 hari. Adanya fitur upload dokumen dan penggunaan dokumen digital sangat membantu pada saat pengumpulan dokumen dan pada saat proses penilaian. Laporan hasil penilaian dapat diakses pada saat itu juga tanpa harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul. Aplikasi penilaian dapat diakses oleh pengguna melalui laptop atau smartphone.]]>

<![CDATA[Material of construction is one of the limited resources in a construction project and also one of the main functions of construction activities whose value is between 25-40% can even reach 60% of the project budget. Therefore, material control process should be conducted in line with the implementation of the project. Control is done in order to keep the project running within the time limit, cost, and performance that specified in the plan. Good plan without accompanied with very good control may not produce a good output of the project in terms of cost, schedule and performance.To control the project material procurement, Procurement Division at TJ Construction & Engineering have difficulty to controlling material procurement planning in accordance with the conditions that exist in the project. In addition, procurement of material handling control system which is still to be checked one by one for each type of material raises new issues, namely the difficulty of determining the type and amount of material to be submitted to the procurement process as well as the difficulty of monitoring the status of the supply and use of the material during the implementation process the project.Material procurement control information system web-based project will be able to support the decision makers in TJ Construction & Engineering to address the problems that exist in the material procurement process. With more controlled material procurement, the goals and objectives of the final project has been set previously will be achieved as planned.]]>

<![CDATA[Medical records are factual documents which related to patient condition, past and present treatment which is written by a doctor who treat the patient. (Huffman, 1999).RSAM have a diffcult situation to search, provide, and study patient medical records at Outpatient Unit because all of them are still in document format in archive room which could make it take a long time to deliver it to the admin room.To help solve this difficulty, therefore the hospital needs a medical records application at outake patient unit. This application is made to help doctors to decide what action to the patient so it will produce accurate and easy to search medical records. With the help of this application in Outpatient Unit, so Outpatient Unit at RSAM will become better and faster to give a service to the patient according to hospital service standard.With design and development of medical records application at outpatient unit in RSAM will produce a report and also medical record information about patient visitation, medical record registration, and income. This system is used by doctor to consider what action should be taken and trail access of patient medical records.]]>
