Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a huge effect on the economy and empowerment of labor in Indonesia. This is proven by the number of GDP produced by 56.5 % and labor absorption up to 97 % (Yoga; 2011). Nevertheless, the development of SMEs is still hampered by the lack of market knowledge and information. Currently, the information obtained was limited to the number of SME’s sales and earnings based on recap of transactions. SMEs can’t get information about sales trend to find out the products being in demand, current stock information to determine reorder time to supplier, transaction history of customers and suppliers to find out their main customer and supplier. This information is needed by management to make a business decision. From all problems above, the authors will make a sales information system to record sales transactions and generate reports of sales trends, current stock and transaction history of customers and suppliers. The sales information system use cloud computing technology so that SMEs do not have to provide a huge investment to purchase their own infrastructure and maintenance costs. The system can also be accessed anytime and anywhere through the internet. Thus, the management can get sales information wherever they are, and decision making can be helped by current information produced by the system. Abstract

Distribution are economic activity that bridge between production and consumption activity. In order to keep soft drink stock in each outlets, PT. Coca Cola Amatil Surabaya Branch Office do checking and adding stock in each outlets once a week.All this time, distribution officer often to bring back the load to distributor because of amount that they bring are exceed the outlet needs, or the types of goods offered was not fit with outlets needs. Moreover, issue will appear due to track choosing that innefective did by the distribution officer. Evenmore, with chose wrong track, there are possibility that few outles will be missed.One solution to overcome those obstacles are to make web based distribution application for Coca Cola. This web application will be build using PHP language. Through those application, admin can easily monitor distribution process and transaction did every single day. Abstract

Abstract: In managing a food court generally apply the concept of self-service to the customer, that is order and pay over the counter or cashier. For booth renters, income calculations performed every day manually when the food court closed. It takes a long time and caused frequent occurrence of miscalculation that led to losses and a decrease in turnover for managers and tenants outlets. Facing these problems, food court manager making design and implementation an information systems of the food court at the shopping center smart Surabaya. The food court will apply the touch-screen technology and a smart card in the application to facilitate buyer transactions. For a rent system, food court manager will apply the accounting system every day. Tenants pay rent in accordance with the revenue received each day. With the application of information systems food court at a shopping mall Smart Surabaya has to be used in accordance with management's desire food court manager. The use of touch screen technology and a smart card has been successful in an application. Besides the need for management information and reporting food court have been met. Key words: Smart Card, Food Court, Touch Screen, Rent.

Abstract

Today, the development of investment on financial assets have been so rapidly in Indonesia, marked by the number of transactions, companies that go-public, investors and other capital market participants continue to grow. Growth prospects in the Indonesian capital market so rapidly that it was encouraged by the interest of foreign investors coming into the Indonesian capital market. With the stock market, investors can invest in many investment choices, in accordance with the courage to take risks where the investors will always maximize the return that is combined with certain risk in any investment decision. In this undergraduate thesis,we built an application that is expected to investors and prospective investors to make decisions to sell or buy stocks. The purpose of this application is to make the determination of decision support systems to sell or buy portfolios using technical and fundamental analysis. Based on Blackbox testing and evaluation of the application user respondents, it was found that the application or system that has been made to and able to give the final result of the decision to find out which portfolio to be bought or sold. Abstract

Abstract: Effort estimation using Use Case Point (UCP) method obtained from the multiplication of the UCP with the Effort Rate (ER). Some studies conclude that there is some value of ER used in the calculation of effort estimation. However, the most often used is the ER with value 20 man-hours given by Karner. Disputes about the research that is ER by Karner occurred in 1993, so it is possible that the ER by Karner not suitable when applied in the calculation of effort estimation for the project worked on in 2013 and the years to come. This study used 8 data of governance website software development projects. The data is used to calculate actual effort, making use case diagrams, and calculations UCP estimation. Further level of analysis that is performed correlation and regression equations for actual effort and the UCP estimation. Based on the regression equation then performed calculations tangent ? to produce the ER. From this research produced the ER as big as 5,178 man-hours. The ER is much smaller than the value given by Karner ER. Case is possible for several reasons, among others: 1) Enginering software technology that is growing rapidly. 2) Manufacturing website using components. 3) Source of the internet so complete.
