Abstract

Distribution are economic activity that bridge between production and consumption activity. In order to keep soft drink stock in each outlets, PT. Coca Cola Amatil Surabaya Branch Office do checking and adding stock in each outlets once a week.All this time, distribution officer often to bring back the load to distributor because of amount that they bring are exceed the outlet needs, or the types of goods offered was not fit with outlets needs. Moreover, issue will appear due to track choosing that innefective did by the distribution officer. Evenmore, with chose wrong track, there are possibility that few outles will be missed.One solution to overcome those obstacles are to make web based distribution application for Coca Cola. This web application will be build using PHP language. Through those application, admin can easily monitor distribution process and transaction did every single day. Abstract

When the practice process begins, practitioner are able to access the PDC-Labkom system. But, at the same time, one computer can be used by the other practices. Problems that come on the surface are one computer can be worn  for multiple accounts when accessing domain controller and there is no login managemet recording to actuate the practician’s history. Single sign on is a technology that granted the user’s network for accessing rescources inside using one single account. They only need to authenticate once and then granted to access all the services on the network. For application services, the system is using web-service. Web-service is a bunch of logics application providing data and services for the application which used by it. From that existing problems, the system have been bulit using web-service and SSO method as an integrated authentification at domain controller and application server on the practice system Labkom Stikom Surabaya. This SSO is a technology using the user and the password taken from login domain. And it can handle multi account security on the practice process. Furthermore, Labkom are able to record practitioner’ histroy or mutli account for cheating history and login management safety. Keywords : Practicum, Login, Single Sign-On

Abstract

Student administration academic information system on web based can provide periodic reports of students´ online activity, whether it be information on grades, attendance, and scores of students who are concerned violations. Yapi is one institution that requires the dormitory system to each student who was educated there. Along with the increased number of students from year to year, Yapi has difficulty in terms of making periodic reports of students. One solution of the problem is the construction of an student administration academic information system that can help Yapi in the process of making periodic reports of students. This system was built on web based using HTML programming language, PHP and Javascript and uses MySQL for the database. This application can help the academics functions in terms of student data storage until the making of periodic reports for students and their parents. This system was built as a means of improving the quality of education in schools as well as easy solutions for the Yapi This system can perform maintenance and management of process data into useful information in making the report periodic students. Abstract

Livestock is one of the aspects that play a role in increasing state revenues. One of the animals are very much in breeding cows are animals. Because the cow has the benefit that pretty much started from the skin, meat and milk. In maintaining the cattle, the disease is one of the risks that must be faced. Just as a cow is suffering from certain diseases that can damage the quality of cow milk production. There is also a disease that can lead to miscarriage and even death in cattle, especially infectious disease. Cow disease was not a little, there is caused by bacteria, parasites and fungi. Of course this can not be allowed because it can be very detrimental to cattle owners. For it is necessary to act quickly and appropriately to the sick cow. Solutions to overcome the above problems is to use an expert system application in determining the type of the disease in cattle. By using the expert system application we can know the type of the disease quickly through existing symptoms in cattle and provide appropriate measures to mitigate them. Thus another disease affecting cattle can be controlled and not to spread and cause death in cattle. Keyword: System Administration, patient service, drug stocks

Abstract

Computer ownership is increasing makes users more or less will affect the number of users who interact with it. Based on the results of research conducted National Center Education Statistics (NCES, 2003). Segmentation of Internet use in adolescents in this age range as much as 42 use it to complete school assignments, while 38 percent use email or chat facilities which includes playing games online, and 22 percent subsequently use the internet for browsing and searching for information. But not all the content containing educational information, and also a lot of negative information that is not compliant accessible to children. To solve this problem it created a system that can monitor the activities of users such as children when accessing the computer in realtime using the Cloud To Device Messaging Service (C2DM) on Android smartphones by parents. Given the android smartphone is also a handset that is able to always connect to the Internet for realtime data synchronization is different from ordinary mobile phones to be done manually. Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has been a big influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in the medical record is called the electronic medical record. Basically the electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods for collecting, storing, processing, and accessing patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various sources of medical data. Often problems arise no link between their respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Though patients may have a medical examination at health care providers vary at any given time. It leads to the same checks occur repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. From some of the problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates one patient´s medical record in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records are stored in a single database storage. So if one day patients already enrolled in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the region, the data can be viewed and accessed on the basis of data from hospitals or health care providers who have joined in this system. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. East Regional to perform monitoring and continuous measurement of the performance of its partners to ensure achievement of established goals. Manager performance during this monitoring by requesting a report to the data center that handles the data speedy partners. Then the data center will conduct a search (query) data into a form to present a report to the manager. It is difficult for managers to monitor performance of the partners speedy sale. Because it takes a relatively long time. and lack of specific information can slow the speedy performance of partners in decision-making process because the people who are not managers can monitor the level of performance at any time. Abstract

Nutrition is an important factor in human life. At the age of children, adolescents and adults, good nutrition is needed for growth, health and optimal stamina. Good nutrition can be obtained by consuming foods that are nutritionally balanced. But in times of growth and development, nutrition and food intake can not always be done perfectly, so the impact on excess weight and underweight. Therefore needed an application that can make an assessment of nutritional status and determination of food menu for children, adolescents and adults. Application assessment of the nutritional status and determination of food menu can make an assessment of nutritional status and determine food menu for children, adolescents and adults according to the daily calorie needs. With the weight input, height, age, gender, activity level and number of hours of sleep, a person can know the status of nutrition, ideal weight, daily calorie needs and menu suggestions which suit to the needs of daily calories. Assessment of nutritional status performed by using the Body Mass Index formula, while the calculation of caloric needs of adults carried out by using the method of Krause. The consultation result report contains the nutritional status, daily menu suggestions and shopping lists. Abstract

Today, the development of investment on financial assets have been so rapidly in Indonesia, marked by the number of transactions, companies that go-public, investors and other capital market participants continue to grow. Growth prospects in the Indonesian capital market so rapidly that it was encouraged by the interest of foreign investors coming into the Indonesian capital market. With the stock market, investors can invest in many investment choices, in accordance with the courage to take risks where the investors will always maximize the return that is combined with certain risk in any investment decision. In this undergraduate thesis,we built an application that is expected to investors and prospective investors to make decisions to sell or buy stocks. The purpose of this application is to make the determination of decision support systems to sell or buy portfolios using technical and fundamental analysis. Based on Blackbox testing and evaluation of the application user respondents, it was found that the application or system that has been made to and able to give the final result of the decision to find out which portfolio to be bought or sold. Abstract

Information security management is extremely important for the head office of PT. BPR JATIM, since all report originating from branch offices throughout East Java will be sent to the center every day and network security in data transmission allows the risk of loss of confidential company data. Core Banking System operates online using the server at the vendor. However the central office still get regular reports from the branches that still have to have a data server backup and recovery. Given the importance of information, the information security police should include procedures for asset management, human resources management, physical and environmental security, logical security, operational security and information technology in information security incident handling. To find out how security information is in progress at the company, the need for security audit information system at PT. BPR JATIM to ensure that information security is implemented in accordance with the procedure. The standards used are ISO 27001 is selected because is very flexible depending on the needs of the organization developed and focused on information security management system.The result of the audit of the maturity level of the overall value of 2,90 which means that security controls are located on level 2 planned and tracked, but has approached the level 3 well defined which is the level expected by company, necessitating increased security controls that have been recommended.Keywords: audit, information security, ISO 27001, maturity level.
