Abstract

Identification value chain makes it easy to know business processes have been supported by IT services or not supported by IT services. PT Bank Mandiri Taspen subdivision Kediri not all business processes are supported by IT services. This has an impact on decision making to analyze and invest IT services. The technology capabilities cannot work optimally and operational activities cannot excedd the specified goal limits. The result a catalog IT service be required making IT service portfolio documents using Information Technology and Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The preparation stage using service strategy namely define, analyze, approve and charter. Methods to support the preparation of IT service portfolio documents include value chain, balanced scorecard, cost model, return on investment, ranti’s IS/IT generic business value and communication matrix. The results of identification will produce a catalog IT service use service charter in its delivery. The final stage conclusions and suggestions.

Abstract

The institution of SMAS Al-Multazam Mojokerto is an educational institution located in Islamic Education Foundation naunagan Al-Multazam housed in Kepuhanyar Highway No. 24 subdistrict of Mojokerto Mojoanyar. SMAS Al-Multazam in improving service quality of academic, SMAS Al-Multazam issued policies do the migration from manual process becomes a process of tersistem with good match from one of Al-Multazam SMAS mission. The issues facing the SMAS Al-Multazam currently include first, the determination of class time takes a long time because it takes seven days to correct the problem with the entry value. Second, in doing scheduling subjects, often happens to crash on a schedule created. Third, the hardcopy form presence form the crash prone, missing data, error and need a recap of additional fees for doubling documents presensi form. Fourthly, the assessment process be longer when the eleventh semester activities will be performed. Based on some of the problems above, Al-Multazam SMAS requires the presence of the analysis and the design of the academic information system that can do the process of determining the class presensi, data storage, scheduling subjects and calculation value as well as making the report. Academic information system design is done using the stages of the SDLC waterfall method. Analysis and design of information systems academic at Al-Multazam SMAS will produce the document specification of Software Requirements (SKPL) and document design and software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for the development of academic information systems.

Abstract

ALT.Mine.ID is a startup engaged in the field of cryptocurrency, especially in the mining sector. Currency conversion fees that are too large and mining contracts that can be decided at any time by the company when purchasing hashrates using cloud mining abroad are one of the obstacles faced by local miners. In addition, independent miners also complain about the amount of capital that must be spent to start their business. Coupled with maintenance errors and overclocking of hardware that can occur causing damage to mining hardware.The solution based on the above problems is to create a website-based startup application that will be named ALT.Mine.ID to manage the cryptocurrency mining process. Through the ALT.Mine.ID startup application investors and miners can monitor hardware and balance income from mining anytime and anywhere.The results show that this application can cut the conversion costs that must be paid because the payment system uses local bank transfers. Besides that the mining contract will not stop in the middle of the road because maintenance costs are charged at the beginning of the hashrate purchase. Overclocking errors and hadware maintenance will fully be the responsibility of the startup provider so that miners don't need to think about how to do hardware maintenance.

Abstract

Abstract: Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com are companies involved in online markets and malls. To respond to opinions, criticisms and complaints, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com have a website platform that reviews the services and services offered by the three companies. The website platform is named priceprice.com. The type of comment is a large amount of unstructured text. This condition can cause online shopping companies to miss useful information from a collection of text documents.The setimen analysis is specified in this case study to rank the popularity of online shopping sites in Indonesia. In this study only discussed three online shops, namely Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com.This case study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with k-fold cross validation testing to ensure data accuracy. The Naive Bayes method is used because it is more suitable in the operation of sentiment analysis in this study compared to other methods. In this study Lazada is the most popular online shop compared to Bukalapak and Blibli.com. Based on calculation accuracy naïve bayes uses k-fold cross validation for Lazada to have an average 96,5%, Bukalapak 93,9% and Blibli 89,7%. Keywords: Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, Naive Bayes

Abstract

Garbage Bank in Rungkut Lor Gg. III RT. 03 RW.06 Surabaya is an environmental group engaged in environmental health, this activity is carried out by community representatives, and its customers are also local RT community. The garbage bank Rungkut lor Gg. III RT. 03 RW. 06 is carried out once a month in the RW hall to weigh the garbage. The people resulting from the weighing of the residents are only recorded in the passbook and the residents' savings cannot be taken directly. For taking citizens' savings, it can only be done once a year. When taking citizens' savings, the total amount of savings is for 1 year. In processing the bank's trash data, it is still written manually with a document filing system that is not neat and the writing is not clear, finally the data is tucked and lost. So that to find the data needed a long time, it felt less effective and inefficient. Based on the description of the above problems, a web-based garbage bank data processing application was built. This application replaces the process of recording junk data and data of residents who still use books, increase security in the information of citizens' savings, make it easier for residents to see citizens' savings, as well as help waste bank managers in managing the recording of citizens' data and knowing the history of the sale of people's waste and the total proceeds of selling garbage citizens every year.

Abstract

Bangkalan Middle School 4 is an educational institution that was established in 1979 and is one of the public schools. During this time, Bangkalan 4 Public Middle School recorded and carried out the assessment process using paper, where the recording of values and presence carried out on paper sometimes suffered loss or damage to the paper and in the process of calculating the value is still done manually which results in miscalculation or typing in the delivery of information about the school's academic activities is not good enough, delivered at the end of the semester. To overcome this problem, 4 Bangkalan Middle School requires the School Academic Information System to be related to student attendance, student assessment and attendance information, grades and student ranking. So that the school can provide academic information to students and parents of students. Based on the results of the analysis, system design, and making that has been done, it can be concluded that the design of academic information systems can record the presence of students by homeroom and can be seen directly by students without having to wait at the end of the semester. a matter of minutes without having to count the grades of students one by one. The system will calculate the value automatically and can be directly seen by homerooms and students without having to wait 1 week to 1 month. Students can also find out student grade ranking information.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) is company that active in a maritime logistics, therefore its vessels idle time during maintenance become a crucial aspects for PTK because it affect their core business activity directly. To support every maintenance agenda, PTK develop a computerized maintenance management system (Planned Maintenance System) that help maintaining every detail of the vessels. In its implementation, User Interface Design is an important aspect since UI bridge the interaction between human and the system built. A system implementation without considering interaction between user and the system will result in a difficult interaction between user and the system. By evaluating user interface’s usability, It’s expected that the UI recommendations will be developed in accordance with the problems faced by the users. The evaluation is held before and after the design process which use Design Sprint Method. The proposed design final evaluation conclude that there was a 24.13% increase in score, leveraging the average score from 2.50 to 3.29.

Abstract

Online shop is a trend in the current era because customers can easily and easily buy the desired product, including the Al-Veera store in Jember. Because of their short operating hours and the small area of their marketing. Besides that they need applications that can provide product recommendations. Product recommendation applications using the Apriori Algorithm can be a solution to this problem. The Priori algorithm is a logic calculation which combines a particular product with other products through transaction history data. Based on the results of testing the Apriori Algorithm on Product Recommendation Applications, which were carried out in 5 stages in a priori the results showed that the Priori Algorithm runs according to the scenario generated from manual calculations. Thus it can be said that the application made is able to help Al-Veera stores in promoting their products

Abstract

CV Tirto Ardhi is a private company engaged in building services that has several services in the field of building services, namely building renovation, building services, interior / exterior design consultants, as well as rental of artisan and porters. The obstacle experienced by CV Tirto Ardhi is a service process that is less effective because it is manual. In service payment transactions are still manual so that when serving the buyer slowly and the report recap is still not neat in conveying data and information to the leadership, ordering is still difficult for customers outside the city. The solution designed is to make a building service application. This application can make building service payment transactions, can convey information through notification of web-based building service applications, and make building service transaction reports in a certain period in a system. The method used in the design is Waterfall (System Development Life Cycle). The stages used are planning, needs analysis, system design and programming, system implementation, and application testing. With the construction of the application services, CV Tirto Ardhi is able to manage payment services for building services and Company Profiles effectively. As well as companies can serve customers easily using the application, to process customer service building orders.

Abstract

PT. Gojek Indonesia is one of the nation's startups that is successful and has an impact on the economy in Indonesia today. In its business the company is engaged in online transportation services by disseminating its business concepts to the wider community by utilizing information technology called the crowdsourcing model concept. By disseminating the work it will have many drivers that are managed to be prone to cause problems of job dissatisfaction, among others, the use of illegal applications to do work, select incoming orders, not friendly and impolite in serving customers, drivers using fake GPS applications. The impact if the driver's job dissatisfaction is allowed to drag on is to damage Gojek's service image, customers turn to other competitors, and dissatisfied drivers will switch to other online transportation applications. In overcoming the problem, it is necessary to hold a research that discusses the current problems by using the concept of crowdsourcing on job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of drivers, knowing satisfaction with the application, and providing application recommendations for the future.
