Abstract

Currently MomenKita is still in the development stage. MomenKita is an application or service that connects between tourists (clients) who need photographer services with photographers who are ready to capture the best moments of the client. The problem that occurs at this time is the client cannot take the photo by themselves maximally due to the absence of a professional photographer at an affordable price. And for the freelance or professional photographers, they cannot maximize their income due to marketing problem. Currently there are similar applications, but the client cannot choose a photographer who is in accordance with the client budget because the price has been determined by the application provider. The solution to solves these problems is the photography service ordering application that can assist clients in searching for information and ordering services for online photographer. By using the concept of crowdsourcing, giving photographers the freedom to manage the services they offer and clients can choose a photographer that fits their budget. As well as the development using the Scrum framework. The results showed that the application can help clients order photographer services by considering the budget, rating & review, and portfolio. Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to produce a combination of optimal schedule where no severe conflicts and conflicts minimal value by searching the tabu search method and take into account a number of variables such as instructor schedule, the number of students, lectures limited time and space. So that the resulting schedule can help organize the lecture. With the scheduling of lectures using tabu search algorithm can help in pebuatan class schedules, especially in terms of making the course schedule with a minimum value of conflict or absence komflik courses, lecturers and rooms at a time.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is part of Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya. PPTI’s Main Function is to support visions, missions, and goals. To achieving the visions, missions, and goals, PPTI must have a good plan, including the mechanism plan to manage the relations between PPTI it self and with the service user. The Mechanism process will be used by PPTI to fulfill the Stikom Surabaya Information Technology’s needs. to achiveing the goals, PPTI need to do some research that based on Information Technology Infrastructur Library v3 (ITIL v3) standart, which is Service Strategy. Process of making the document refered from Service Strategy process number 5, Business Relationship Management. The result of this research is service portfolio document which contain customer portfolio, socialization’s standart and procedure, training’s standart and procedure, user complaint’s standart and procedure, socialization’s policy, training’s policy, and user’s complaint policy, that will be used by PPTI later.

Abstract

PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (Surabaya Container Terminal/TPS) is one of PT PELINDO III subsidiaries. Its business line is in providing international container terminal facilities for trading in domestic as well as ocean going  trajectoriesin Indonesia. Its motto is  “Reliable Terminal with Service Excellence”. Reliable means responsive, emphaty, learning, innovation, ability, benefit, leading, and effective. One of the motto which supports all business activities in PT TPS is responsive and innovation. It means that all TPS’s services are provised  with fast and up to date computer system and equipment. Based on the identification and interview conducted in PT TPS about document management process, it was recognized that all mail document is still managed manually. It impacts on postponement of information transfer that occur inter and intra department as well as with parties outside from the company. Therefore, several problems isolated from the company’s activities are low speed distribution of mails, difficulties in mail controlling, complexity in acknowledging mail status and disposition, mail identification that needs  1-3 hours, and expansion of mail storage room. Based on those description of problems, the writer suggested a technical solution that is the innovation of website base document management application for PT TPS Surabaya.

Abstract

KAHA Tours & Travel merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pemesanan tiket pesawat hotel dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Pemesanan tiket bisa dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara offline dan online. Dalam pemesanan tiket secara online telah menggunakan website E-Ticketing, namun pemesanan tiket secara online belum banyak diminati pelanggan, selain itu sejak website E-Ticketing diimplementasikan belum pernah dilakukan analisis sehingga Kepala Bagian Layanan Teknologi Informasi selaku pengelola website perlu melakukan analisis dengan melibatkan pelanggan selaku pengguna website.Berdasarkan masalah yang telah dijabarkan, solusi yang diusulkan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode TAM 2 dari Venkatesh dan Davis. TAM 2 merupakan model penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan untuk menilai perilaku pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan sebuah Teknologi Informasi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kegunaan yang dirasakan pengguna terhadap minat pengguna website yang artinya jika manfaat penggunaan aplikasi terus ditingkatkan, maka juga dapat meningkatkan minat pengguna dalam menerima website E-Tiketing KAHA. Oleh karena itu pihak pengelola TI KAHA Tours & Travel harus meningkatkan kualitas website dengan melakukan maintenance sistem, update berita secara real time, dan mendesain website agar mudah digunakan. Sehingga dapat memengaruhi minat pengguna untuk melakukan pemesanan tiket secara online.

Abstract

PT Nusa Tenggara is one of shipping company deals with sea shipment for delivering goods in entire Indonesia region. So far, determination of the fast fee is only based on its mileage therefore all ships with the same route have the same fast fee. Meanwhile each ship has different operational cost though they are in the same route. This situation influences to the income of each ship. Based on the data of  ship income in 2013, it shows that the income can not cover operational cost of each ship. The offering solution is information system for determining fast fee by using variable costing methode and web based that can be able to determine fast fee or ship charter fee based on routes and ship used by the buyer. It has some main processes such as adding pre-operational ship data, counting the main cost of ship production, counting percentage of ROI per mile, counting percentage of markup per mile, and counting fast fee. After being tested, this application is able to help operational director giving information dealing with determining process of fast fee. Furthermore, it is also able to make bargaining process between director and agent charter faster so it can produce fast fee based on charter party.

Based on the problems that occur for example at SMAN 2 CITY MOJOKERTO, where many cases of both the part of teachers, students and outsiders who struggle to get vital information from SMAN 2 CITY MOJOKERTO. Because of this, they invented www.sman2mojokerto.com website, where students as consumers can get the information that is accessible online anytime and anywhere. Then made a website as a means of delivering information that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. But the website has been built yet meet the needs of visitors. Based on data collection on the number of total required number of visits, the website is not in accordance with the amount included in the visit. In this case the user factors play an important role over the use and utilization of information technology. To determine the level of success of a technology implementation, the extent to which users can accept and understand that technology is an important thing to be able to assess the success of the implementation. Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya within the scope of Kopertis VII. The problems focus in Stikom Surabaya is on Technical Implementing Units (UPT) that responsible in serving the practical work. Currently, the existing system has not run well, so that information is not conveyed to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer can’t monitor the progress of student who do practical work. Students of practical work who is too long in the implementation so that when they parents ask about the workmanship to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer, they can’t said about the truth with the existing practical work . Mentoring schedule of apprenticesjip supervisor is not easy to be known by students so they have to meet apprenticeship supervisor for asking about the schedule. The students do not always write down the due date and the description of mentoring process directly on mentoring form. The problem above has been solved by creating analysis and design of monitoring application of work guidance at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya. This application has the required data function, generating information and reports related to practical work. The application provides notifications by e-mail to students, academic advisor, apprenticeship supervisor, and PPKP staff. Based on testing results, analysis and deseign of the application, the resulting report is the progress development practical work, progress of the extention students, and practical work guidance card. Application also produce information related to practical work.

Abstract

The process of Goods management process that includes record incoming goods, recorded goods out and the procurement of goods on division of goods PT. Krian Indah not computerized. The existing problems which is the first the manufacture of a report still comparing data recording goods in and freight out. The second is the in preparing event that is to be held had difficulty to the required because data statement goods late submitted. The third is The incompatibility the number of an inventory of goods who recorded with the amount of goods that is in a warehouse. Fourth is Demand goods by division who runs the event still use the small notes so easy to missing.            The A solution to solve the problem is application that can be records the transactions of goods in and freight out. So that transactions goods in and freight out can regular. System can figure out the points order repeated goods ( reorder point ) that would give information a time warning and the number of order repeated goods. System can also pathetic form demand goods substitute notes small that division goods although the data shaped archive also has data on a database .Based on the results of the tryouts that has been done , this system able to meet a need to division warehouse pt .Krian beautiful jaya in management process of goods , the preparation of reports on goods , stocks report , report rop goods . Keywords: Goods Management, Reorder Point, Web Based Application.

Abstract

Abstract:PT CMSS is a company that operates as a distributor of building materials. Mitra 10 has an assortment of products by category and type complete with a comfortable place. The booking process sales that occurred customers come to the store to make a reservation.The problem that occurs is when customers come to view and select items. When the desired item is not available then the customer will be disappointed. The Company does not have an online booking system that can simplify the customer. To overcome the problems above, the author made design sales online ordering application to facilitate customers. Researcher using Waterfall SDLC model that worked in gradually. In this application has 3 user is a customer, admin and manager.Applications have been made to fix the sales order problem. It can simplify the ordering process online sales.
