As for this study reached is to know the performance of the company retail trade in BEI. The contribution of the time period in the study to provide information will be the performance of the company retail trade useful for the investors. Methods used in this study is the documentation the research using the data collection to see its financial report. This study tries to identify financial statements by looking at the performance of retailtrade companies through financial ratios of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profi tability ratios and activity ratios. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio of financial position of retail trade companies in very good condition. The solvency ratio shows that the ratio of this ratio indicates a decrease caused by the company being fi nanced almost with part of the debt. The provitability ratio that is represented by the ROA indicator shows that the profit margin obtained by the company looks quite good. While the ratio of activity shows that the average company in the retail trade produces good corporate value. However, the results of the resulting sales have not obtained optimal results

This study aimed to analyze the eï¬ ect of commitment and motivation on the performance of health cadres in the village Sidomoyo, Godean, Sleman. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method. Data collected by providing a list of questions to respondents on aï¬ ective commitment, commitment to sustainability, normative commitment, motivation and performance of health cadres. The results obtained indicate that all the variables committed no signiï¬ cant eï¬ ect on performance. Only the motivation variable that has signiï¬ cant impact on the performance of cadres Yandu.

Economic growth is an eï¬ ort to accelerate the pace of development due to the acceleration of economic growth will be able to push the performance of the sectors there are other more eï¬ cient and productive. High economic growth would create a larger distribution of income and improve public welfare. Investment growth plays an important role in economic growth, because investment is a signiï¬ cant component of expenditure that will aï¬ ect demand and also aï¬ ect employment opportunities. This study aims to determine the eï¬ ect of private investment, public investment on economic growth and employment as well as the livelihoods of the urban districts in East Java province. Variables used in this study is composed of exogenous variables private investment and government investment; endogenous variables, namely the welfare of society; intervening variable of economic growth and man power absorption. The data used are time coherent data covering the period 2003-2008 in 38 districts / municipalities in East Java province.

Due to the competitiveness in business world has been rising rapidly; the company must be able to enhance its performance in order to compete with other competitors. In measuring the performance, company should have a good performance measurement system that can assess the companyâs performance comprehensively and appropriately. Balanced scorecard assessed to become a comprehensive and appropriate performance measurement systems that help the organization not only measure the performance but also manage the strategies. In this research, the researchers aim to analyze the current performance measurement systems applied in PT. Yokatta Indonesia as a sample. The type of research method is qualitative research and uses descriptive qualitative. Questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability by using SPSS for Windows Release 19.0. Data analysis is used triangulation in combining several qualitative and quantitative data. From the results, performance measurement system balanced scorecard is being implemented in PT. Yokatta Indonesia not appropriately with considering some factors related with management style, additional costs, and also company infrastructures.

The population growth of a region and its adjacent areas will create new needs. These needs are created by the advancement of culture and the increasing complexity of population activity. The emerging needs give rise to the consequent increase in infrastructure provision. The availability of adequate municipal infrastructure is believed to be one of the factors driving the cityâs development as reflected in the hierarchy of the city.Central Java province has 35 districts adjacent and interact with each other.Each of these districts has a population that changes with time. City residents are considered as a society that has high economic activity that will spur revenue growth region.The development of urban infrastructure is likely to result in the development of the urban population which ultimately increases the hierarchy of the city. This study intends to see whether infrastructure developments in districts in Central Java will result in an increase in urban population in the region which further impacts on changes in the hierarchy of cities. The results show that population growth has resultedin increased population activity, transportation and technology systems along with the times. In the long run, this leads to a change of urban hierarchy. This is also because the adjacent districts will be connected and infl uenced. Changes in the hierarchy of cities that occurred in the years 1990-2010 in the district in Central Java province showed that the highest hierarchy position occupied by Semarang City. This is driven by the rapid development of infrastructure and technology in Semarang City. The rapiddevelopment of infrastructure and technology of Semarang City become a big enough attraction for residents of the surrounding area to move to Semarang City

The Purpose of this research is to be achieved is to determine the most dominant inï¬uence between current ratio, debt to assets ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity to food and beverage companies on the stock exchange Indonesia. In the study to provide information will be the dominant inï¬uence between current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover to return on equity useful for investor. And in the research the dominant inï¬ uence is total asset turnover.

The cigarette industry in Indonesia continues to advance and evolve, it is supported by high demand by the public. PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. is one of the companies that are already publicly traded in IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The cigarette companyâs stock price tends to go up and make the tobacco companies have good potential in investing. This study uses time series analysis to forecast the stock price of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Historical data is obtained from the stock price www. ï¬ nanceyahoo.com published by the Jakarta Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that the daily stock price data of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. during the period of 2010-2015 is the data that is contained heteroscedasticity and asymmetric shocks, so that we need the necessary variation model of ARCH / GARCH, Threshold GARCH (TGARCH) to produce accurate forecasting results. Results forecasting models indicate that the model TGARCH (1.1) is quite accurate in forecasting with a mean absolute percentage error of 4%.

This study has the main purpose to test and explore the role of knowledge creation activities as mediation on the inï¬ uence of transformational leadership style to organizations of innovation in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) production sector in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research using a survey method. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The unit of analysis used in this study is an organization that is represented by the owners or managers of SMEs in the production sector of Yogyakarta. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 40, the questionnaire is not returned and not in accordance with the criteria of as much as 6 SME production sector. So that the number of respondents who used as many as 34 respondents in 34 SMEs production sector. Testing transformational leadership style on organizational innovation mediated by the activity of knowledge creation is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Due to the use of mediation, the mediation testing using Baron and Kenny (1986). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using Baron and Kenny (1986), then the results are as follows: transformational leadership style positive and signiï¬ cant impact on organizational innovation, knowledge creation activity while not mediate the eï¬ ect of transformational leadership style to organizational innovation.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the regional minimum wage, the number of industrial and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on employment in Ngawi year period 1987-2015. This research is explanatory because it is used in testing hypotheses.The unit of analysis in this study is data on the regional minimum wage, the number of industrial and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment opportunities in Ngawi-year period from 1987 to 2015 were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of East Java Province. Data were analyzed using Error Correction Model (ECM). The study found that: regional minimum wage, the number of industrial and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) a positive role in promoting employment in Ngawi-year period 1987-2015
