Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is the company's social responsibility and obligations to employees for the guarantee of industrial assets. One physical factor that can be understood and understood is what is asked. Confusion caused by stress on someone who is exposed to an appointment. This study is to make a model for measuring the relationship between work stress and levels stress on the employees of tablets and tablets saluted by PT. Erlimpex Semarang. The type of this research is observational analytic with all the research of all tablets and tablets saluting PT. Erlimpex Semarang. The instrument in this study is an analysis of the assessment of the expectations issued to employees. Data analysis in this study was conducted using doubles linear regression analysis for making a measurement model an influence and levels of influence. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it is expected that the calculation model in calculation representative. "There is a relationship between work stress on the labor of tablets and tablets salute PT. Erlimpex Semarang ", which was obtained using a doubles linear regression test measurement model. Abstract

Scheduling is part of the production process. The scheduling process is done in preparation for the production process. In practice, rescheduling can also be done if there is a change in the production process. The scheduling process is completed for each task which is usually called work on available machine resources. This process determines which work will be done first. Every production process has a purpose. The usual goal taken is the time obtained by the total production process to a minimum or makespan. Another goal is to get late fees (delay) and too fast the work done (beginning), as small as possible. The purpose of production scheduling is so that the production process can be completed optimally, namely with the smallest time and cost. In the end, scheduling includes the NP-hard process in its completion. This process is difficult to do with the usual exact method if you have a large number of jobs. In this case the process will take a very long time. Therefore the scheduling process can only be completed by the meta-heuristic method. In this method, optimal results can be received at the time of receipt that is not too long. One of the meta-heuristic methods used in this study is to use the crow search algorithm (CSA) algorithm. Abstract

Home Gym Palembang is one service company that provides indoor sports facilities. Based on the results of interviews with 10 people found that 40% have complaints againts the services provided, 40% have complaints againts the facility such as beverage facilities, and the rest have complaints against the tools provided by the gym. Use of Service Quality, Kano, and Quality Function Deployment integration methods can help to improve service quality improvement. Based on Service Quality processing, it is found that customer satisfaction is not satisfied. The use of Kano method to help the gym know the attributes that need to get priority improvement where 5 service attributes in one-dimensional category, 3 service attributes in must-be category, and 8 service attribute in attractive category. The next step is integrated into the Quality Function Deployment to translate the customer’s and obtained as many as 16 pieces of technical response to service quality improvement. The average of the gap score before implementation is -1,393 (negative) and the average value of gap score after implementation is 0,176 (positive). The average decrease in gap score before and after the implementation of each service attribute to all service attributes of 3,226% which means the level of service quality at Home Gym increase. The results of the sign test between before and after implementation shows that there is a difference between before and after implementation with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

One way to deal with it is by product development that is to make improvements, improvements or produce new products that are different from existing products. The new Product Development strives to simplify the work in effective and efficient ways. In the process of building a house there is a wall-mounting activity where the bricks are arranged with the help of cement to paste the bricks that are aimed at the brick well-arranged, but in the use of cement often seen the cement used to fall apart to the side of the brick. The process of designing and developing a product is done using a rational method that has several steps. The steps in the rational method are: Clarifying Objectives, Establishing Function, Setting Requirements, Determining Characteristics, Generating Alternatives, Evaluating Altenatives, Improving Details. In this study the authors aim to get the design of bricks spacing tool to improve the performance of artisans and improve the quality of the process that includes the skills of artisans and improve the efficiency of raw materials by testing product design and product development made by the author by comparing the data processing time before and after implementation using the help software SPSS 16.00. Result of t test by using software SPSS 16.00 got result that using tool better design in time and productivity of use of raw materials using tool design increase. Result from before using tool got productivity 40,677 after menggguakan tool got produktiviyas 42,105. Keywords : Product Design and Development, Efficiency, Rational Method.

Abstract

SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti is a micro scale industry engaged in the food and beverage enterprise, which targets the low to middle-class population. Based on the market observation of SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti, it showed that the existing marketing strategy is not befitting with the current marketing trend, thus causing low level of marketing strategy and revenue achieved. The productivity level of its current sales is only as much as 1,39. Therefore, in order to formulate a better marketing strategy, SWOT matrix is essential as a means to determine the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat faced by the SME’s. In addition, the QSPM matrix is also necessary to objectively evaluate the alternative strategic options based on the previously identified internal and external key success factors. For these reasons, SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti has developed a number of improved strategies, such as promotion via social media (Instagram), working together with gojek, make a brand, customer service, and improving the food packaging. The implementation of these strategies has increased both the productivity and revenue levels by 6% and Rp 368.000,00 per day respectively, with the total profit of Rp 134.467,00 per day. Although the increment level is not dramatic since these strategies have only been implemented for one month, the consistent development and efforts of SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti will definitely continue to improve the productivity level in the future.
