Abstract

Scheduling of production basically resource allocation to finish a group of work to be fulfilling certain criterion. The criterion can in the form of minimum completion of task time, usage of maximal resource, generated total cost minimum and other criterions. There is three important aspect to determine accomplishment of criterion, that is determination of production lot, determination of work sequence and determination of production capacities which is needed. In a industry of manufacture, scheduling needed in operator energy allocation, machine, and equipment of production, process sequence, product type, purchasing of raw material and others. Abstract

This research is nucleus core perceive models application nonlinear to evaluate satisfaction of information system which they use.  This model is wearable as a means of to measure satisfaction of asking for user personate responder to give a value depicting satisfaction store. Response of this attributes is combined linearly is henceforth formed by model which representative in measurement of store; level satisfaction of user to information system which they use. Step is solving of this research need two data aggregate. First is primary data, continued with data of secondary as reinforcement. This data is applied at linear model and five model of[is nonlinear as comparator. Of this result we earn to do anticipation test nonlinear model more effective in predictive mount satisfaction of consumer as a whole relate to information system which they use. Abstract

Lean Manufacturing is an operational strategy oriented toward achieving the shortest possible cycle time by eliminating waste. It is derived from the Toyota Production System and its key thrust is to increase the value-added work by eliminating waste and reducing incidental work. The technique often decreases the time between a customer order and shipment, and it is designed to radically improve profitability, customer satisfaction, throughput time, and employee morale. The benefits generally are lower costs, higher quality, and shorter lead times.  The term "lean manufacturing" is coined to represent half the human effort in the company, half the manufacturing space, half the investment in tools, and half the engineering hours to develop a new product in half the time. Lean Manufacturing incorporates the use of Heijunka, level sequential flow, takt time, the heartbeat or pace of the production system, continuous flow manufacturing, cellular manufacturing, and pull production scheduling techniques such as Kanban.   Keywords: Lean Manufacture, Toyota Production System, Kanban

Abstract

Computerized ordering and scheduling system for manufacturing and fabrication industries, it uses bill of materials data, inventory data, and master production schedule to project what material is required, when, and in what quantity. MRP phases orders for dependent-demand items (such as raw materials, components, parts) over a period to synchronize flow of materials and in in-process inventories with production schedules. It also computes and tracks effect of hundreds of variables such as new orders, changes in various capacities, overloaded production centers, shortages, and delays by suppliers, and feeds financial data into the accounting system. In contrast to just in time inventory (a demand-pull production system), MRP is a plan-push system, and in contrast to advanced planning system (a forward scheduling system) it is a backward-scheduling system. Abstract

Growth of Machine Searcher in this time yield high recall and store; level of precision low. Recall which is high to be interpreted that document which yielded in investigation of document many, while low accuracy store level can be interpreted that expected document can be found a few/little or lower. Solution to overcome the problem of above by making meeting system return information use method of Vector Space Model (VSM). Abstract

PT. Rumpun Sari Medini early represent company which process green tea leaf sprout become dry tea which later then re-sold at company - company of other tea like: Sosro, 2 Forceps, and also PT. Rumpun Sari Medini with the existence of addition of new machine amount  production floor, causing to arrange floor situation produce green tea become less arranged better and cause material of handling required become more, eating expense and time, and also larger ones energy. Evaluated from arranging facility situation produce PT. Rumpun Sari Medini, trouble-shooting here  solving by using method of From Chart to with Facility Location Layout and software running (FLL), in this method determined travelled distance frequency between room, and also determined also degree of contiguity between room by using Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). ResultL of processing with FLL running three measurement of distance method, Rectilinear Distance, Squared Euclidean Distance and of Euclidean Distance seen from best contiguity to entire/all part of production and also possibility do the proposal layout can be applied with condition of which in fact field, got  most minimum contribution value that is Euclidean Distance with contribution value equal to 115.894,32. Here also determined degree of contiguity between room by using Activity Relationship Diagram (ARC). Later;Then from proposal of layout pursuant to result of analysis of ARC and of running FLL with same method, Euclidean Distance transfer 2 department yield smaller contribution value 95.459,72 so that decided layout result of analysis of ARC weared as proposal layout. Abstract

Simulation as mode to yield the condition of from situation with model for study to test or training, and others. Queue arise because of requirement of service will exceed ability (service capacity) or service facility, so that consumer of facility which arrive cannot immediately get service caused workload of service. Many matter, additional service facility can be given to lessen queue or to prevent incidence of queue.
