Abstract

Design of inventory information systems of raw materials needed to assist in planning the warehouse to accurately the amount of raw material inventory so there is no shortage or surplus raw materials. This means that it can be quickly and precisely calculate the amount of raw material inventory in the warehouse, when to order raw materials to suppliers, and when suppliers send the raw material. This will result in companies no shortage of raw material and never will store excess inventory of raw materials, so that inventory costs can be minimized. Abstract

Telecommunications services activities to be very important, because it is one business that provides a range of facilities that can be used by consumers. This is because the higher level of competition, the level of complexity of care resulted in telecommunications services activities need to be managed professionally. The purpose is to measure customer satisfaction on service quality customer service which provide fast, precise and accurately related to service quality customer service, via the website. Measuring service quality customer service consisting of: five (5) Physical appearance factor (Tangible), Reliability (Reliability), response (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empathy) to customer satisfaction. In research there are 2 (two) variables are represented by the letters X and Y, where X is the level of performance that gives satisfaction and customer service performance Y is the level of interest / expectations of customer service. Abstract

Warehouse layout is how to set up industrial facilities to support the smooth production process. Good warehouse layout is essential that the role of a activity inside the process to run smoothly. In order warehouse layout planning includes planning and organizing warehouse layout, equipment, material flow and the people who work at each work station. If prepared properly, then the work operations to be more effective and efficient. Conditions warehouse layout are unfounded a comprehensive layout design can lead to inefficiencies that led to the time period of the material in the material handling by the operator due to time constraints. Share storage method is the method used to set the storage to be more effective. The frequency shift of fast-moving material is stored in a warehouse that is closer to the process and the frequency shift slow-moving material is stored in a warehouse away from the process. Based on data obtained from the research at PT. Bitratex Industries Semarang for designing warehouse layout assembling parts with shared storage method and the results obtained within a more efficient switching time is 40.74 m. Abstract

Graphic is one of the most important industries in the world and also in Indonesia. Most of entire human life cannot be separated from graphic product. Newspaper, books, invitation, etc. are the part of it. But for the graphic industrial, graphic process still must be managed well for efficiency and effectively in order to decrease cost. For handling that problem we must develop good procedure, control the production and develop an information system based on computer to manage it. Abstract

Storage in the manufacturing industry is an important role, it may not yield immediate distribution to all its customers. This leads to the need for warehouse and storage system is good. Warehouse is either not large in size should be supported because if good storage system and a good inventory warehouse use will be maximized. The problems faced by the plastics factory occurred in the warehouse of raw materials and finished products. Less favorable arrangement of goods in the warehouse procedures cause problems in the warehouse, so the barn seem cramped and poorly organized. Conditions warehouse layout that is not based on a comprehensive layout design can lead to inefficiencies in time retrieval and storage of materials and material handling operators difficult due to limited warehouse. The process of product placement on shared storage method is to construct storage areas based on the extensive Lantau warehouse, and then sorted the area closest to the area farthest from the doorway I/O, so the placement of the items will be sent immediately placed on the most close and so on. Shared storage is a method of setting the layout of the warehouse using the principle of FIFO (First In First Out) where the goods were quickly dispatched placed in the storage area closest to the entrance-exit (I/O). Methods would be better spent on the kind of plant which has the same size or product dimensions are not much different. Abstract

PT. Umbul is a company that has a business renting out vehicles that haul trucks. PT. Dolog is one of the companies that use the services of PT. Umbul is using his truck to transport rice from Warehouse to Warehouse Rice Rice one another in Central Java. PT. Umbul had 5 trucks with a total of 54 trucks. The selection of trucks that will be used by PT. Umbul to transport rice-optimal (selected exceeds the capacity of the truck that transported rice, so many empty trucks). To solve this optimization problem, the method used Integer Linear Programming. Decision variables for this problem are the number of truck type i for transporting rice to Rice Warehouse (GB) or j Xij. Objective function is to minimize the cost of shipping the rice. As for the limiting, the demand of rice for each Warehouse Rice (GB) and hours of operation of the truck. On 4 April 2011, to send rice to GB1 used trailer used by 1 unit, the GB2 is used as one single unit trucks, used trucks to GB3 trailer regular increments of 1 unit, the GB4 use regular trailer 2 units to GB5 used trailer 2 units to be used GB6 trailer trailer 1 unit, and the little ankle GB7 used truck 1 unit and trailer 1 unit.
