Abstract

This paper contains the diversification of production that influences the social differentiation processes in rural community. Every society have different life strategies that is different from another, including village forestry society. Besides directly use the forest product, they also work in agriculture, palm sugar economic, coffee plantation, and animal husbandry. Interestingly, each of these economic resources have different role in the household economic. It's also affects to make economic class formation in rural society. I use the mode of production analysis to make it ease to understand the individual ownership that determine the level of rural economic class.

Abstract

For the agenda of generalization of local development and districtexpansion which is aimed to improvement of human resource creativity and levying of supporting facilities for requirement of public, the extension of Klepu district Semarang Regency is donewith Government Regulation of Republik Indonesia number 48 year of 1996 about forming of Pringapus district in Semarang Regency Central Java Province area. The purposes of this research are: to know and describe theimplementation process of Law Number 25 year of 2009, the factors or the resistances arising in implementation process of Law Number 25 year of 2009, and the efforts which are done by Head or officer of Bergas District Semarang Regency in maximizing the implementation process of Law Number 25 year of 2009.To reach the purposes, this research used qualitativedescriptive research method. That the public service in Bergas District office have been as according to Law number 25 year of 2009 and Government Regulation number 96 year of 2012. The factors or resistances for example policy of implementation regulation and technical regulation with tempo ± 3 yearsperiod (in policy side).The limitation of good human resource as according to activity type of publicservice; supporting facilities, infrastructure and publication/socialization of implementation program of public service. The effort of District government officer with all the limitations is keep implementthe Law number 25 year of 2009 with result of assessment of service performance in same category between service implementer and receiver.Researchersuggests service standard and service communiqué must be publicizedto public as service receiver, place the service implementer officer must have behavior and settlement of service counter space in level ofsub-district must be equalized and also coordination and communication need to be improved the implementation, so that public service can be enjoyed by service receiver.

Abstract

The research about bureaucratic neutrality is feasible, considering that as a merit system bureaucracy, it is often found that a political bureaucracy (not neutral). This research was conducted in government bureaucracy of Semarang city. This is about; how bureaucratic neutrality of Semarang can be implemented on legislative and presidential elections in 2014? And if found non-neutrality of bureaucracy Semarang, what factors influence the attitudes and behavior of bureaucrats Semarang? The research was conducted with a qualitative approach to investigate PNS (civil servants) at the Department of Education of Semarang and in the District of Gunungpati. The data showed that the neutrality of Semarang bureaucracy is not good. In the legislative elections in the city of Semarang still found a violation of MenPAN Circular No 07 of 2009 and Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 about discipline PNS. Neutrality of Semarang bureaucratsinfluenced byinternalfactorsandexternalfactors.

Abstract

he aims of this research method used is quasi-experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. Research population is 272 of teen grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Rembang in 2013/2014 academic year; he research sample taken is 152 student, which is detailed into 76 students for experiment class. Samples were taken by random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are documentation and test. The techniques of data analysis used, is two way varian analysis (ANAVA) at significance level = 0.05. The analysis shows that : (1) There is differences between the use of problem   based   instruction   and   lecturing   method   on   the  student's achievement at economy subject of the teen grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Rembang in 2013/2014 academic year, the result can be shown Fcount>Ftable or 41.707>3.84 at significant level 5% with db=1. (2) There is differences between students students who have high critical thinking and low critical thinking on the student's achievement at economy subject of the teen grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Rembang in 2013/2014 academic year the tested truth can be shown Fcount>Ftable or 18.117>3.84 at significant level 5% with db=1. (3) There is influence interaction on the use of problem based instruction on the student's achievement at economy subject of the teen grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Rembang in 2013/2014 academic year, the tested truth can be shown Fcount>Ftable or 9.500> 3.84 at significant level db=1. The result of the scheffe test shows a various average among the students who have a high critical thinking get a higher learning achievement than students who have a low critical thinking.

Abstract

The results of self-evaluation Geography Unnes shows that theaverage duration of the study undergraduate Education Studies Geography is more than 4 years. The main causative factor lies in the preparation of the thesis that the time average of more than 12 months. Difficulty in writing his thesis student allegedly because they are not used to working scientific. The concept or practice of law that have been described in the classroom, it seems less able to develop the ability to work ilmiah.Penelitian is done in theDepartment of Geography at the subject of research students department of Geography. Types of research in the form of class action with some procedures or steps to be carried out. These stages are planning, action, observation / evaluation and ends with reflections. The results show the value than lab report results indicate that by using CTL there is an increasein student how scientific work. This is demonstrated by the increasing number of students who are able to work and make a map of rainfall at each cycle a cycle first, 56. 7 still confusion make maps of rainfall with nets Thiesen, only 43.3% were understand and be able to create a map of rainfall is in the second cycle, students are able to create and draw a map of rainfall with jarinng-nets models Thiesen increased to 83.3%. This result has met the completeness criteria that researchers set that is equal to 75% of the total sample / students. This shows that the models and approaches, students CTL capable and able to work scientifically in solving a particular problem in the lecture.

Abstract

The course Curriculum and History Textbooks generally less desirableand students tend to be passive in following the lecture. Cooperative learning is an appropriate method to help increase interest, activities and understanding of student learning. This method can be applied both to the student cognitive style FI and FD. With the expected student learning groups capable and aware that he has the potential to be developed. With a group learning activities students are required to take an active role and discipline so as to create a dynamic learning conditions which in turn students' understanding of the learning materials increased.Having applied the method cooprative learning increases studentactiveness STAD model. At baseline 77.5% still have a low interest in cycle 1 student interest increased to 69.91% higher, and in cycle 2 to 24.9% and 60% very high high. Similarly, students also increased the activity of completely inactive following the lecture on pre-cycle becomes active (62.5%) and very active (12.5%) in cycle 1 and cycle 2 increased to aktof (52.5% ) and very active (47.5%). To increase student understanding of the FI there is an increasing understanding of 49.33% in the pre cycles to 72.86% in cycle 1, and increased to 81.90% in cycle 2. As for the FD students there is an increasing understanding of 47, 00% on pre-cycle into 67.14% in cycle 1, and increased to 78.86% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant differences in Citizenship learning result among students who were taught with TGT learning model by snakes and ladders games versus the students taught conventionally in first grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Semarang in academic year 2013/2014. This study was action research class. The population in this study was the first grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, with 470 students. The sample in this study were 39 students, which consisted was X MIA 2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. Data collection was done by the testing method. At the first cycle, the brave of students increase 15,22 %. The mean of activity those are not relevant decrease at the second cycle at 12.01%. The score of students in material Human Rights is good. It proves that the application of TGT learning model by snakes and ladder games make the influence of Citizenship learning result of the fisrt grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang in academic year 2013/2014.

Abstract

Social science plays an important roles in the development ofIndonesian educational system. It supports the students to gain the competency of well human being and citizenship.The reconstruction of the curriculum for several times makes the teacher of social science studiesthink an alternative methodology of teaching. This alternative methodology shoul be constructive and critical. To stimulate the students learning interest, they are needed to be brought closer to the social issues around their environtment. It is expected to construct their critical awareness to their communities. They are not longer dominated by the teacher in the learning process. The teacher just provides the discourse and facilitates them to have some critical pedagogy activities.The aim of this article is togive an overview of Social Science learning process based on theconstructivism model. Abstract

Political law is very interesting to be learnt because of the political law describes how the changes to be made in the applicable law in order to meet the needs of the community, to discuss the process off ormation of is constitutumius constituendumin the face of changes in people's lives, as wellas legal changes resulting product which sets the frame work and direction of development law. As reviewed in this article include: (1) How does them history of the development of legislation to era dicate corruption in Indonesia, and (2) How is the political assessment of the law against the law to eradicate corruption in the development of legislation Indonesia. Thehistory of corruption begins with the background to the rules of military ruler on April 9, 1957. The Eradication corruption. In reformation era the subtitute of legislation of the new ordere merging Act No. 31 of 1999 which then under goes refinement by Act No. 20 of 2001. political Studies Law Law corruption eradication in terms of philosophical, pragmatic and sosiologis. Abstract

The aim of this study : (1) to determine the teacher competence in analizing Silabus that contain the point of multicultural; (2) to determine the teacher competence in order to make a Lesson Plan in multicultural basic; and (3) to determine the teacher competence in learning of sociology in multicultural basic. The result of this study showed: (1) The teacher is still analizing the basic competence and learning the point of multicultural, (2) The teacher is still difficult to make a Lesson Plan in multicultural basic; and (3) The multicultural basic made it difficult for teacher to learning and doing by themself. From this study finding that professional competence learning in sociology based on multicultural is still relatively low, so we can derive the suggestions as follows: (1) analize basic competence and learning education training which containing the point of multicultural; (2) training how to make the Lesson Plan in multicultural basic, especially inhow to find the purpose of the learning, how to choose and organize the point of the learning, how to choose the effective source for the learning, approximation methode for the learning and the final evaluation from the learning methode; and (3) training methode sociology in how to planing, doing, and evaluation in based on multicultural learning.
