Abstract

results pyramid training methods singles and doubles against classical force increase in weight lifters. The experimental quantitative research examines differences in the results of independent variables and the method of training a single pyramid gandadengan dependent variable classical force increase in weightlifting. The population is female athlete weightlifting PPLP Central Java. A sample of 5 athletes with total sampling technique. data collection using pretest and posttest, methods of data analysis using SPSS program. The results of the data analysis performed by t test showed pretest data is obtained t = 0.745 with a significance value 0.510> 0.05, posttest data is obtained t = 0.631 with a significance value 0.573> 0.05, an increase of data obtained t = -1.057 with a significance value of 0.368 > 0.05, which means that the average pretest, posttest, and the increase of the two groups were not significantly different. The conclusions of this study was no significant difference in the improvement of the classical force after getting treatment with a single pyramid laden training methods and double. The methods can be used to practice weightlifting.

Abstract

This Research is executed in elementary school of SDN 04 Karangtalun Cilacap by sample of man students, amounting to 16 people. From perception result of performed within three the cycle seen that happened by the uplifting of movement skills, this matter is proven by result analyze the data which have been collected. Movement Skill of cycle I has been improved from 25 % becoming 42%. At cycle of II of movement skill has been improved from 42% becoming 57%. While in cycle III has been improved from 57% becoming 78%. The result indicate that the indicator is reached by 75% students have owned the expected movement skill. Therefore, the improvement skills are able to increase the based movement skills of sepak takraw game in students of elementary school in Cilacap.

Abstract

A regular physical activity has benefits on motor performance among student with cerebral palsy. In this study were investigating the assessment of motorperformance on eye-hand coordination and lower-body coordination between cerebral palsy. A total of 21 male and female students (n = 21) were involved from Penang Spastic Center. The anthropometrics were measured height and weight and two motor performance test were conducted namely target Throwing with Ball in Basket and AAHPERD ball-changing Zigzag Run Test. All the data were analyzed using SPSS and presented as mean of (± SEM). The mean age of all subjects were 18.00 ± 3.61 years old ranging from 12 – 24 years old. The majority of the subjects were Chinese 53%, followed by Malays 33.3% and 14% Indian. The mean value height and weight of all subjects were 150.1± 32.4 m and 59.9 ± 15.51 kg. The mean value for Target Throwing with Ball in Basket 0.90 ± 0.436 and AAHPERD Ball-changing Zigzag Run Test 0:01:22.19 ± 0:00:24.836 minutes. The test shows they are not much difference in upper and lower body coordination. However, on this studies are found people with cerebral palsy were low level on motor performance. Thus, more study on the designing and implementation of physical on motor performance program for people with cerebral palsy should be conducted in order to increase their physical performance level.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of body mass index, percent body fat and nutrient intake degan muscle strength. The method used cross-sectional study. Sample were students in high school basketball athletes Light Nations Semarang 15-18 years old .. weighing as much as 11 weight carried by digital scales, percent body fat measured by bioelectrical impedance analyzer (BIA) brand Corona, muscle strength with dynamometer. Data were analyzed using test and Spearman Person Product Momment. Statistical test results with the results obtained by the average normal BMI (21.6 ± 3.57), percent body fat (15.81 ± 3.63%), the level of energy consumption (54.45 ± 6.77%) and protein (63.93 ± 11.43%) less, the percentage of carbohydrate intake (68.97 ± 6.3%) and the percentage of normal fat intake (29.95 ± 4.88%). There is a relationship percent body fat with muscle strength (r = -0.670, p = 0.024) and protein intake relationship with muscle strength (r = 0.624, p = 0.04).

Abstract

The aimed to determine the effect of aerobic exercise run 2.4 km and supplemented honey 50 g of differences HDL cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein). This study is an intervention study with RCTs (randomizedcontrolled clinical trials). A total of 30 male subjects were randomly selected from the Faculty of Sport Science students aged 18-23 years. Subjects were divided into 2 groups, treatment group 1 (n = 15) were given only aerobic exercise running 2.4 km; treatment group 2 (n = 15) were given aerobic exercise running 2.4 km and honey 50 g for 1 month, 3 times / week. To analyze differences in HDL cholesterol changes on two groups of Independent T test analysis was used. Results: There were significant differences in HDL cholesterol difference between the treatment groups (aerobic exercise running 2.4 km and supplemented honey 50 g) in the control group (aerobic training running 2.4 km). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise of running 2.4 km and effect supplemented honey for increasing on HDL cholesterol.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a traditional game development Gobak Sodor ball. The method of this research is the development of research which refers to the model of development of Borg & Gall, namely: (1) to analyze the product to be developed that are obtained from the collection of information, observations and literature review, (2) develop the initial product form (form models traditional games gobak Sodor ball), (3) evaluation of the expert (one Penjas experts and learning experts penjasorkes two elementary schools), as well as small-scale trials (4) a large-scale trial, (5 ) revision of the final product. From the results of a small-scale test data showed that the expert evaluations, expert Penjas 80% (good), learning experts I 81.33% (good), learning experts II 82.67% (good), the results of a small-scale pilot questionnaire mean the average percentage of the appropriate answer choices 94.16% (very good), the average of large-scale trial questionnaire obtained the average percentage of the appropriate answer choices 92.11% (very good). From the available data it can be concluded that the model of the traditional game gobak Sodor this ball can be used for students for elementary school.

Abstract

of exercise Aerobic classes, Body Language and joint exercises between Aerobic classes and body language to decrease body fat percentage. This study populations all participants gymnasium Astuti Studio Dance Semarang, amounting to 22 people. Total sampling sampling techniques namely: 7 aerobic exercise class, 7 and 8 the body language to follow aerobic classes and body language. The variables in this study consisted of a free variable that aerobics class, body language, aerobic classes and body language and the dependent variable is the percentage of body fat. Analysis of data using statistical techniques t-test. Based on the results obtained by t test, a significant decline in the percentage of fat sample after following aerobic gymnastics class (t = 7.49> table = 2.45); gymnastics body language (t = 5.28> table = 2.45); aerobic gymnastics class and body language (t = 7.15> table = 2.36). Conclusion: There is a clas Aerobic exercise effect, exercise body language and joint exercises between Aerobic classes and body language to decrease body fat percentage in the participants gymnasium Astuti Studio Dance Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from flick exercise and drag flick exercise, and to determine witch one more better to shoot in beginner player. This study uses quantitative research using experimental design approach pre test and pos test. Analysis use t test. The result by the everage in eksperiment 1 group are 24,17 and after exercise increaws are 16,67 so value after exercise are 40,83, so there are effect flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. The result by the everage in eksperiment 2 group are 22,50 and after exercise increaws are 23,33 so the value after exercise are 45,83. So there are effect drag flick and flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. Witch one more better between exercise start from flick and drag flick can see the average post test flrom eksperiment 1 and 2, 40,83<45,83 and progress from exercise 16,67<23,33. Conclusion of this study are drag flick and flick exercise more better than flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in amatir player. Given the limited ability, time, effort and the results of this study, should be followed up with a related or similar research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of practice shooting free use size 3 basketball , volleyball , and which one is more influential among free throw shooting drills using 3 size basketball and volleyball on the results of free throw shooting. This research method using the experimental method . The study population was by boys basketball extracurricular participants SMP Negeri 3 Unggaran totaling 16 people . The study design was a pre - test and post-test design . The research instrument used was free throw shooting proficiency test . The amount of validity and reliability in this trial are 0.860 and 0.750 with a significant r - table at 5 % is 0.544 . Since r - count is greater than the r - table then the instrument is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis of data obtained by t-test was 2.411 , while the t - table on db = 7 with a significance level of 0.05 was 2.365 ( t-test = 2.411 > t - table = 2.365 ) , so there is significant relationship between exercise free throw shooting using 3 size basketball and volleyball . Control group mean difference test results obtained at 4.75 , while the mean of the experimental group obtained results 4 , so Me > Mk ( 4.75 > 4 ) .

Abstract

Work performed labor is a type of work that requires only a simple motor skills but should be done continuously for several hours without pause. This condition in the long run potentially detrimental to health. To that end, after a through study kinesiology analysis of the dominant motions performed daily laborers in the work, creates a model of exercises that are intended to be to relax the muscles, stretch the joints, maintains extensive ranges of motion (range of motion), improve blood circulation edge, reduce saturation due to motion routines. Exercise is also designed to provide benefits for work to restore the sensitivity of sensory-motor nerves, reduce fatigue, reduce the possibility of faulty work, restore (recovery) initial fitness level as before the start of work and prevent the occurrence of abnormal posture due to the working position is maintained for a long time.
