Abstract

The purpose to: (1) to generate a prototype design tools that can be used to swing in swing training for beginner and advanced mens level, (2) to test swing design tools can be effectively used to improve the skills of swing motion. Here are steps of procedure developmet: (1) Potention and problems, (2) Data/information collection, (3) product design, (4) Design validation 2 woodball expert and 2 tools expert, (5) Upgrading design, (6) Product experiment 6 athletes, and (7) Aplication experiment 10 athletes. The result of this research is a product, this final product is a tools swing “swing trainer” which can be used for swing training. The tool’s validation result is obtained from an assessment rubric from woodball expert and tools expert with the score 92 (exact). Meanwhile the efectiveness resulf a tools swing prototype is obtained from an assessment result by woodball expert in small scale experiment and large scale experiment. From those experiments, the average score of athletes can do the whole swing motion and there are 16 athletes clarify that tools swing is an effective tool to be used in swing movement practice.

Abstract

Basketball is a sport that is very complex in his game. There are several factors that can relate to and influence the acquisition of skills in basketball. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and contribution, height and leg muscle power the basketball skills. The method used is the correlation method. The subject of the research: high school basketball extracurricular 2 Bae Kudus son, total 50 people. Assessment of motivation on the subject of the inquiry, the measurement of height and leg muscle power as well as basketball skills. From the results of this study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation, height and leg muscle power on basketball skills with a contribution of 67%.

Abstract

Development is an effort purposed at achieving better conditions. In the sector of sports, development not only based on the medals procuration in the competition multievent, but public paticipation in exercise and also the level of physical fitness is part of the Sport Development Index (SDI). The purpose of this study to determine the level of public participation and the level of physical fitness society of Wonogiri. This study is evaluation sport development by using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative evaluation context. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), and documents. The subject of this study are consisted of the child (7-12 years) 30 people, adolescence (13-17 years) 30 people and adults (18-40 years) 30 people. each age group consisted of 15 men and 15 women. The subjects filled out questionnaires public participation in the sport before Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to measure the level of physical fitness. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that the public participation index of 0, 237 and physical fitness index of 0.315. If the terms of the norm Sport Development Index (SDI) is in the range from 0.000 to 0.499, which means public participation and level of physical fitness society of Wonogiri Regency that are in the low category.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan analisis faktor konfirmatori. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan Program Statistik Komputerisasi dengan sistem SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Versi 23 dan menggunakan uji Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett’s Test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi tenis lapangan FKIP UNS Surakarta yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan atau yang memiliki nilai komponen faktor ≥ │0,5│adalah: kecepatan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,91), daya tahan kardiovaskular dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,79), kordinasi mata tangan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,50), kelincahan dengan nilai komponen faktor sebesar (0,79), Faktor biomotor  dan psikomotor yang kurang dominan penentu kemampuan groundstroke forehand tenis lapangan adalah keseimbangan (0,37). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: faktor psikomotor yang menentukan kemampuan groundstroke forehand yang paling dominan psikomotor adalah kecepatan dengan nilai (0,91).

Abstract

Purposes: (1) To know the difference of influences towards physical fitness between students who were taught using movement education approach with ones who were taught using traditional approach as well as the impacts on high class student groups, low class student groups. (2) To know the interaction ofphysical education learning approach towards physical fitness of student groups. (3) To know which one is the most effective advancement traditional approach or movement education. This research is experimental. The population: students of SD N 01,02,03Kemiri. 160 samples were collected (purposive sampling).  Free variables: traditional approach, movement education approach. Bound variables: physical fitness, and problem solving capabilities.Data collection: randomized group pre-test-post-test designs. Data analysis used (ANAVA). Conclusions: (1) There were different impacts between physical fitnessof  students being taught using movement education approach with students being taught using traditional education with significance value 0.000 is 0.05 of F=1.491 as well as differences of impacts on the high class group and low class group with significance value 0.0000 is = 0.05 F=1.7773 (3) There were interactions of physical education learning approach towards the physical fitness of a group of students. (4) There were differences of impacts on the problem solving capabilities between students being taught using movement education approach and students being taught using traditional approach. (5) There were interactions of physical education learning approach towards problem solving capabilities. Movement education approach student group was more advanced than traditional approach probability 0.002 from the Table of between subjects effects Fhitung.Keywords:physical fitness, problem solving capabilities

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh latihan berbeban  Squats terhadap  prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Perbedaan   prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan, besar, sedang dan kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan factorial 1 X 3. Sempel penelitian adalah mahasiswa putra Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Variable bebas dalam peneltian ini adalah : (1) metode latihan sebagai variable manipulatif, yaitu latihan  berbeban latihan berbeban squats (2) rasio panjang telapak kaki dan  tinggi badan besar, sedang, dan kecil. Variable terikat dalam peneltian ini adalah prestasi lompat jangkit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Variansi dua jalur dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji-t metode LSD (Least Significant Difference), pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α=0,05). Komputasi pada Analisis Varians menggunakan bantuan program statistik SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian adalah :(1) Ada pengaruh metode latihan berbeban terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. Metode latihan berbeban Squat memberikan pengaruh peningkatan sebesar 3% terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori besar, sedang, dan kecil. 0,083 > 0.05. Kelompok mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori kecil dengan perlakuan metode latihan berbeban squat memiliki prestasi lompat jangkit paling baik di antara delapan kelompok lainnya, dengan rata-rata prestasi sebesar 1100 cm.

Abstract

Bolabasket merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang sangat kompleks dalam permainannya. Terdapat berbagai macam faktor yang dapat berhubungan dan mempengarui dalam penguasaan keterampilan bolabasket.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan serta kontribusi antara motivasi, tinggi badan dan power otot tungkai terhadap keterampilan bolabasket.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Subyek penelitian: peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMA 2 Bae Kudus putra, jumlah 50 orang. Dilakukan penilaian motivasi terhadap subyek dengan angket,  pengukuran tinggi badan dan power otot tungkai serta keterampilan bolabasket. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi, tinggi badan dan power otot tungkai terhadap keterampilan bolabasket dengan kontribusi sebesar 67%.Basketball is a sport that is very complex in his game. Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan suatu upaya yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik. Dalam bidang keolahragaan, pembangunan tidak hanya berdasarkan perolehan medali di pertandingan multievent, melainkan kontribusi masyarakat dalam berolahraga dan juga tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang merupakan bagian dari Sport Development Index (SDI). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi dan kebugaran jasmani masyarakat Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini adalah studi evalusi tentang pembangunan olahraga dengan menggunakan metode campuran antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam konteks evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), dan dokumen. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari usia anak – anak (7-12 tahun) 30 orang, usia remaja (13-17 tahun) 30 orang dan usia dewasa (18-40 tahun) 30 orang yang masing – masing kelompok usia terdiri dari 15 orang laki – laki dan 15 orang perempuan. Subyek mengisi kuesioner partisipasi masyarakat terhadap olahraga sebelum melakukan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk mengukur tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 0, 237 dan indeks kebugaran jasmani sebesar 0,315. Jika ditinjau dari norma Sport Development Index (SDI) berada pada rentang 0,000 – 0,499 yang berarti partisipasi masyarakat dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani masyarakat Kabupaten Wonogiri berada pada kategori rendah. Development is an effort purposed at achieving better conditions. This research method is using a quantitative approach and confirmatory factor analysis design. The data collected will be processed and analyzed using Statistical Program Computerized system with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 23 and try-out Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett’s Test. The population in this study was 40 students of coaching achievement tennis FKIP UNS Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were used test and measurement. The results of this study were as follows: biomotor and psychomotor factors which determines the tennis ability of forehand groundstrokes that have components value factor ≥ │0,5│ is: speed with the factors  component value of (0.91), cardiovascular endurance the factors  component value of (0.79),  hand-eye coordination with the factors  component value of (0.50), agility with the factors  component value of  (0.79). The conclusions of this study were as follows: psychomotor was the most dominant factors determining the ability of the forehand groundstrokes. psychomotorfactor wass the speed with the value (0.91).

Abstract

Tujuan : (1) Mengetahui perbedaan pengaruhterhadap kesegaran jasmani antara siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan pendidikan gerak dengan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan tradisional serta pengaruhnya kepada kelompok siswa kelas tinggi,kelompok siswa kelas rendah.(2) Mengetahui interaksi pendekatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani terhadap kesegaran jasmanikelompok siswa. (3) Mengetahui yang lebih efektif  memberikan kemajuanpendekatan tradisional atau pendidikan gerak.Penelitian ini eksperimental. Populasinya : siswa SD N 01,02 dan 03 Kemiri.160 sampel yang diambil (purposive sampling).Variabel bebas : Pendekatan tradisional,pendekatan pendidikan gerak. Variabel terikatnya :Kesegaran jasmani, dan memecahkan masalah.Pengumpulan data : Randomized group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan(ANAVA).
