Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi perguruan tinggi (PT). Berdasar jumlah pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) perguruan tinggi (PT) dapat dikategorikan sebagai instutisi besar yang memerlukan dukungan Sarana teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) skala besar pula, sehingga pengadaan dan pengelolaannya memerlukan perencanaan yang integral dan matang. Makalah ini membahas Hak Akses (Policy) User Pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang meliputi penerapan permission di file dan folder untuk user, penerapan Organization Unit (OU) di active directory, peng-group-an (member of) untuk user di active directory dan pembatasan account (logon permitted) user saat login ke server di active directory. Abstract

The presence of air quality monitoring in the city was instrumental in the day-to-day human activities which serve to have high mobility. As long as there is still no system that can provide accurate information about the conditions of temperature and air at the site, but this information is needed as a warning and consideration. Although there are tools needed quite complex because it requires a computer server, while the use of server computers are found to be efficient when placed at a location outside the room. Based on the above problems the author to design and create a system of temperature monitoring and web-based air pollution that can be accessed through the medium of computer networks. This web-based monitoring systems embedded in a chip, making it more flexible without needing a computer server. Keyword: Embedded Web Server, Temperature Monitoring, Air Quality Monitoring.

Abstract

Kondisi bumi kita kian lama kian mengenaskan karena tercemarnya lingkungan dari efek rumah kaca (greenhouse effect) yang menyebabkan global warming, hujan asam, rusaknya lapisan ozon hingga hilangnya hutan tropis. Semua jenis polusi itu rata-rata akibat dari penggunaan bahan bakar fosil seperti minyak bumi, uranium, plutonium, batu bara dan lainnya yang tiada hentinya. Padahal kita tahu bahwa bahan bakar dari fosil tidak dapat diperbaharui, tidak seperti bahan bakar non-fosil. Dengan kondisi yang sudah sedemikian memprihatinkan, gerakan hemat energi sudah merupakan keharusan di seluruh dunia. Salah satunya dengan hemat bahan bakar dan menggunakan bahan bakar dari non-fosil yang dapat diperbaharui seperti tenaga angin, tenaga air, energi panas bumi, tenaga matahari, dan lainnya. Duniapun sudah mulai merubah tren produksi dan penggunaan bahan bakarnya, dari bahan bakar fosil beralih ke bahan bakar non-fosil, terutama tenaga surya yang tidak terbatas. Energi yang dihasilkan sel surya untuk pengisian baterai tidak sama setiap waktunya, hal ini tergantung pada intensitas cahaya matahari. Mode pada inverter yang paling optimal untuk pengisian baterai adalah mode charge only, namun pada mode ini tidak dapat menyuplai beban tanpa sumber AC. Mode pada inverter yang paling fleksibel untuk digunakan pada sistem adalah MODE 1 karena pengisian dari sel surya dan PLN. Selain itu, dapat menyuplai beban walaupun saat tidak ada pengisian sekalipun. Penggunaan sistem hybrid PLN dengan sel surya dinilai sangat tepat karena dengan adanya dua sumber dapat menjaga ketersediaan energi baik saat mendung maupun PLN padam. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi disamping memberi manfaat bagi kemaslahatan masyarakat, disisi lain memiliki peluang untuk digunakan sebagai alat untuk melakukan kejahatan. Dengan berkembangnya internet saat ini, membuat banyak pelaku bisnis menggunakan jasa internet sebagai media untuk menjalankan bisnisnya, begitu juga jumlah kasus "cyber crime" atau kejahatan di dunia maya yang terjadi di Indonesia adalah yang tertinggi di dunia antara lain karena banyaknya aktivitas para "hacker" di Tanah Air dibutuhkan suatu data digital forensik tentang keabsahan barang bukti digital. Fungsi data digital forensik adalah membuat suatu perkara menjadi jelas, yaitu dengan mencari dan menemukan kebenaran materiil yang selengkap-lengkapnya tentang suatu perbuatan ataupun tindak pidana yang telah terjadi Terutama untuk mendukung proses forensik IT di Indonesia.. Hal ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem hukum kita agar lebih kuat, transparan, dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat Indonesia. Secara umum metodologi penelitian yang akan diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif. Sejauh mana pihak berwenang menyiapkan data forensik kejahatan (cybercrime) teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi terkait UU ITE sehingga dapat menurunkan kejahatan didunia maya. Hal ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem hukum kita agar lebih kuat, transparan, dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat Indonesia. Keyword: Digital Forensik, Denial of Service

Abstract

Beberapa konsep laboratorium konvensional hanya memadukan peran kurikulum yang memberikan amanat sinkronisasi teori di kelas dan di laboratorium. Seiring kemajuan teknologi, peran manusia semakin ditingkatkan untuk mendukung terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang kondusif, kreatif, inovatif dan bermanfaat untuk lingkungan sekitarnya. Konsep laboratorium kontrol dengan redlion sebagai network Integrasi merupakan harapan untuk mewujudkan proses pembelajran tersebut. Beberapa pengendalian yang didapat dari penerapan laboratorium kontrol HMI adalah memantau dan mengendalikan berbagai kegiatan lain yang dapat dintegrasikan dalam kendali Redlion antara lain: Kegiatan belajar mengajar, kegiatan akademik, Kegiatan Parkir, pemantauan Suhu, Banjir dan kegiatan securiti. Kata Kunci: Jaringan Terpadu, Kontrol HMI,Laboratorium terpadu Some concepts just combine the role of conventional laboratory curriculum that provides synchronization mandate theory in the classroom and in the laboratory. As technology advances, the role of the human being enhanced to support the creation of a conducive learning process, creative, innovative and beneficial to the surrounding environment. Redlion control laboratory concept as network integration with a hope to realize the pembelajran process. Abstract

Sistem seluler dewasa ini berkembang cukup pesat. Sistem seluler yang dipakai saat ini antara lain: AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone Service) di amerika utara, MCS (Mobile Communications system) di Jepang, TACS (Total Access Communications System), GSM (Group Special Mobile), Spread-Spectrum CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access). Namun bila dilihat dari metoda akses yang digunakan, padadasarnya ado 3 sistem seluler, yaitu: sistem seluler yang menggunakan metoda akses FDMA (Frequency Division Mulltiple Access), metoda akses TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access), dan metoda akses CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) (Jerry D. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to develop a piconet pervasive system by performing the optimization and analysis of video streaming on the network by utilizing the bluetooth cell phones and computers media in an condition which have Wi-Fi or do not have Wi-Fi. Stages of research include : analysis of bluetooth network system, design a prototype system, audio video compression, hint track, optimization, system testing, performance measurement, and analysis of measurement results. The results obtained from measurements of packet loss value for all video compression on a client-server distance of 10 m has been fulfilling the Cisco standard of QoS video streaming, where the smallest value obtained at 8 kbps data rate of 4.38% packet loss  to an condition that does not have Wi-Fi, and a distance of client - server 10 m. In condition that have Wi-Fi signal strength of -78 dBm, the smallest value obtained of 4.64% packet loss. Throughput and delay parameters of the video compression meets the QoS of video streaming in which the delay have values ranged from 0.62 - 1.81 milliseconds, while the standard of maximum delay for QoS video streaming is 5 seconds. The results  showed a video streaming system that meets the Cisco standard for QoS video streaming value of the throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss. An election is an simple example of a scenario where security and confidentiality of data between partiesis critical. General election system that used in Indonesia as it long still use conventional trick thatevokes a lot of problem as elector of double, voice distension and another fault and also long time forvote count. This conventional trick also require big costs and resources. To settle that thing, one ofsolution which can be done is use electronic voting ( e-voting ) with arrange general election systemonline that building to use a safe protocol.System that is made has default pock secure votingreguirements to get settles and secure security each threat which will happen. Router merupakan salah satu komponen hardware pembentuk jaringan baik peer to peer maupun clientserver, bila router bermasalah atau mengalami kerusakan maka semua kegiatan yang berhubungandengan jaringan atau network pada satu jaringan local (LAN) akan terputus dan berhenti total, Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah mendeteksi dan mengecek kondisi router yang bermasalah pada satu jaringanlocal (LAN). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kwalitatif dengan melakukan pengetesan koneksijaringan baik antar PC atau dari PC ke router dan menguji koneksi dari jaringan local ke ISP (InternetService Provider) yang dilakukan pada ruang server Universitas Krisna Dwipayana Jatiwaringin JakartaTimur.Kata Kunci: Router, Koneksi, Jaringan Local
