Abstract

The  model  of  this  research  used  classroom  action  research  (CAR).  The  results  showed  (1)  The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle to obtain the value of classical completeness was 69.44%,  while  the  second  cycle  obtained  by  classical  completeness  was  88.88%,  and  the  third cycle obtained  by  classical  completeness  was  97.22%.  (2) Activities of  teachers  in  implementing cooperative learning model type with the media photos Number Head Together in 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle  performed  in  good  criteria.  (3)  Activities  of  students  during  cooperative  learning  Number Head Together media types are classified on the criteria of good photos. (4) The response of students to the type of cooperative learning Number Head Together media photos showed that students were motivated to participate in learning IPS Economy (5) All obstacles which appear in Cooperative Learning Number Head Together types with media images can be resolved.Key Words: Number Head Together,  Photo, learning outcomes.

Abstract

This  classroom  action  research  aims  at  investigating  wheather  direct  teaching  by  using  problem posing  can  enhanced  teacher’s  activities,  students’  activities,  students’  comprehension,  and  how they respond to the teaching. Data were gathered by using observation sheet, questionnaire, and comprehension test. Teacher’s activities were gathered by using observation list; students’ activities were gathered by using observation sheet and questionnaire; whereas the students’ comprehension was measured by using comprehension test. The level of both teacher and studnets’ activeness is catergorized into Very Good (4 or 75% -100%), Good (3 or 51%-75%), Fair (2 or 30%-50%), Poor (1 or less than 30%). The level of comprehension is considered accomplished if more than 85% of the students achieve more or equal to 75. The findings show that direct teaching by using problem posing approach can increase the teacher’s activity within Very Good criteria and average increase equals to 2.95%. It also increases students’ activity up to Very Good category and average increase equals to 4.86%. In addition, it also increases students’ comprehension up to 89.29% accomplishment above the minimum criterion which is 85%. The average increase is 19,6%. Eventually, most of the students claimed that they can understand better the topic of state income during direct teaching using problem posing approach. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the teacher’s activity, student’s activity, student learning’s outcomes, as well as the constraints by application of Contextual Teaching and Learning models with Problem Solving’s method. The Subjects were 23 students of class X TKJ SMK Muhammadiyah 5  Kalitidu.  Research  results  showed  that  teacher’s  activity  at  1st  cycle  was  74.8%,  2nd  cycle  was 84,5% and 3rd cycle was 93.5%. 1st cycle of student’s activity was 51.5%, 2nd cycle was 79.23% and 3rd cycle was 90.8%. Student learning’s outcomes 1st cycle was 65.2%, 2nd cycle was 82.6% and 3rd cycle was 86.95%. Conclusion by applying Contextual Teaching and Learning model with Problem Solving method can increase teacher‘s activity, student activities, and student learning outcomes. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know  the  the teacher’s activity, student’s activity, student learning’s outcomes, student’s respons, excellences and constraints after applying learning by visual media and cooperative learning model by Think Pair Share type in  basic accounting equation in SMA Negeri 22 Surabaya. This type of research is used classroom action research (CAR), Learning process of this research was done in three cycle. Every cycle has four research step that is : planning, acting and observing, reflecting and revising. He results of revision in the form of evaluation is a reference for the implementation of the next round. The  research  results  show  that  application  of  cooperative  learning  model  TPS  type  with  visual media which apply to student of XI IPS 2 SMA negeri 22 Surabaya effectively enough. Teacher’s activity result show that there have been increase.  It was showed from student activity while learning activity having change from activeless to be active and more focus to matery.  Exhaustiveness of student learning’s outcomes can be seen from the test results, in the first cycle the student’s average value 66, 88 in cycle II 77, 0 and the third cycle the average value of 86.89. Responses of students in the use of visual media more attractive for students. And excellence of this learning is students more active in participating of learning activities. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know  the  increasing of  learning outcomes in petty cash counting, to know the activity of  teacher and student by applying direct learning model with problem approach of class X accounting 2 in SMK Negeri 1 Tarakan, second semester of academic year 2013/2014. This type of research is classified in classroom action research (CAR) by applying direct learning model with problem posing approach. The instrument for collect data consist of observation, documentation and test. Data analysis use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis consist of analysis items, analysis of teacher’s activity, student’s activity analysis and outcomes learning’s analysis.  The result of analysis showed fluctuating in good category , observation of teacher activity in cycle 1 was 3.8% , cycle 2 was 3.7% , cycle 3 was  3.9 %  while in observation of student activity in cycle 1 was 3.8% , cycle 2 was 3.7% and cycle 3 was  3.9%.  Classical completeness in cycle 1 was 94 % , cycle 2 was 88%  and cycle 3 was 97 %.  Based on the result of this research is concluded that, the direct learning model by problem posing approach eligible to improvement of student learning outcomes in petty cash counting . Abstract

This study aimed to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes dealt with Demand and  supply  and  market  prices  material  that  uses  character  based  learning,.  This  study  aimed  to know the students and teacher activities by using cooperative learning model with TGT type that is collaborated with media card.  This study is a classroom action research that done in three cycles. The subjects of this research are the students of VIII-A class of SMP Negeri 2 Kediri.   The result of the study shows that the students and teacher’s learning activities are good and the student learning mastery increases in three cycles.   Key  words:    Learning  Outcomes,  TGT,  Media  Cards,  demand  and  supply  and  market prices material
