Abstract

Visum Et Repertum is an description made by a doctor at the request of official investigator about the results of medical examination on human, whether alive or dead, or which suspected as part of.human’s body. Based on medical sciences and under the oath for the sake of judiciary. The increasing of rape cases are related to the socio-cultural aspect. The culture is increasingly open, he way woman’s dress also more tempting than before, and sometimes with variety of expensive jewelry, the habit to traveling alone are dominant fctor that affect the high frequency of rape cases. The purpose of this research is to find out the results of visum et repertum on rape victims period july 2015 – juny 2016 at bhayangkaramanado hospital. The result of this study from 110 case is 17 people was pregnant and 62 people was not pregnant, and 31 people which is not clear in this case did not do investigations. Obtained from distribution by age mostly from age 14 are 17 people, obtained from distribution based on resort is Polresta Manado, this study proves that the results of visum et repertum can be found in existence of sexual violence to victimsKeywords: Visum Et Repertum, rape victims

Abstract

Purpose: To describe the knowledge and attitudes of pastor GMIM Via Dolorosa in terms of addressing violence against women. Methods: The study was descriptive qualitative grounded theory approach, technique-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD) to four pastors GMIM. Results and Conclusion: All four pastors have a fairly good knowledge about the handling of victims of violence against women, although not too deep. Pastors overall have positive attitude in the handling of victims of violence against women. Keywords: knowledge, attitude, pastor, handling victims, violence against women

Abstract

Violence in school age children according to the Convention of The Regulation of Whaling (ICRW) in 2015 reached 84% in Indonesia. Benefits of the research is to improve the ability of the author, information data and reference materials further research, and as a source of data for the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Ministry PPA). The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the attitudes and prevention picture Christian elementary school teacher Tabitha 2 Manado. Methods This study included descriptive study using qualitative techniques. Population taken 10 teachers, eight teachers to follow in-depth interviews, six focus group discussions following the teacher aged 35 to 57 years. The results obtained by the attitude of some teachers have counseled child victims of violence and perpetrators of violence. Prevention agreed by all the teachers, the religious approach. The conclusion is based on in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) attitude and the prevention of an elementary school teacher Christian Tabita 2 Manado ie they will ask first the problem and then follow up the issue with the report to the authorities as to prevent them going to do a religious approach and more often membingbing children -child. Suggestions necessary role of government to be more given the socialization of violence.
