Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resource is a major asset that affects the progress of organization. One important thing is that the success of a variety of activities in the company in achieving the objectives not only depends on technological advantages, provided operating funds, facilities or infrastructures owned, but also on the human resources aspects. Motivation is a very important thing to be noticed and taken control of by the head of the organization or the company. There are several factors that can influence the productivity such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is developed based on Herzberg's theory of motivation. This research used causal type of research where it will investigate the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to employee productivity in BAPPEDA Sulut. This study reveals those intrinsic and extrinsic motivation has significant effect partially on employee productivity in BAPPEDA Sulut. Therefore, to increase employee productivity in BAPPEDA Sulut these two factors should be considered intensively. Keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, employee productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is a very important aspect to be noticed by the company, because of the employees performance will affect the quality and quantity in the face of competition. To produce a quality performance of employees at the PT. Bank Sulutgo Tagulandang then that should be accompanied by motivation, career, and work discipline of employees in the PT. Bank Sulutgo Tagulandang. In achieving this it is indispensable a good relationship between the leadership of the PT. Bank Sulutgo Tagulandang with employees so that every employee has the urge to do a job that has been given. PT. Bank Sulutgo Tagulandang are expected to develop and encourage the motivation of the employees who work in order to do a job that produces a good employee performance achievement. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the effect of motivation, career development, and work discipline on employee performance “(Case Study at PT. Bank Sulutgo in Tagulandang). The result of this research Based on the results of research in the field Bank Sulutgo Tagulandang employee performance is influenced by motivation, career, and work discipline. Abstract

ABSTRACT A job is an activity, and often performed in exchange for payment. A person usually begins a job by becoming an employee, volunteering, or starting a business. Quite often we see people who move jobs from one profession to another profession. There were also several factors that cause employees out or moved out of a job or profession with different reasons. This study aims to analyzing leadership style and job environment towards employee turnover intention. 45 employees of PT.Meares Soputan Mining/PT.Tambang Tondano Nusajaya were surveyed as respondents. The finding shows that leadership style and job environment have significant influence on employee turnover intention simultaneously. While partially, only job environment has significant influence on employee turnover intention, whereas leadership style does not have any significant influence on employee turnover intention. Creating the good environment is very important to reducing the turnover intention of the employees. Keywords : Leadership style, job environment, employee turnover intention

Abstract

ABSTRACT ­­ This study was conducted to examine the factors of North Sulawesi tourism business potential in the perspective of foreign local business owners. This study was specifically conducted in four regions of North Sulawesi, Manado city, Bitung city, South – east Minahasa, Bunaken island and Siladen island. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative exploratory. The population in this study consisted of foreign local business owners. The results showed that the diversity that North Sulawesi has makes the foreign business owners running their business in North Sulawesi and also helping the quality of local people in the tourism industry. This study also shows that the government regulation holds the foreign business owners back to freely own their own business. North Sulawesi is a land of magnificent coral reefs protecting, active volcanoes, reminding the islanders and Eco – tourism is the most potential that North Sulawesi has.   Key words: Tourism, Foreign local business owners, potential, Eco – tourism

Abstract

ABSTRACT Services are rapidly becoming a larger portion of many organizations’ regionally, nationally, and globally and are considered as a tool for revenue streams. There are lot types of business that offers service quality and store atmosphere and one of them is restaurant. The sample of this research is the consumer of Danau Tondano Restaurant. The samples taken are 70 respondents. This research is a causal research and the data are gathered from using questionnaires and used multiple regression analysis. This research concludes that there is a significant effect of restaurant atmosphere and service quality on customer purchase intention simultaneously. But partially the effect of restaurant atmosphere on customer purchase intention is significant while the effect of service quality on customer purchase intention is not significant. Danau Tondano Restaurant should invest more on the appearance of the restaurant itself in order to increase the restaurant atmosphere. Abstract

ABSTRACT Human needs to look more attractive and youthful it is a way of life since the days of the beginning of human civilization. The human desire to look attractive becomes one of the basic human needs in addition to food, clothing, and shelter. The study aims to address the effect of price and brand trust on consumer at Natasha Skin Care Manado. 89 customers of Natasha Skin Care Manado were surveyed as respondents. The result show that variable price and brand trust have significant effect on customer retention simultaneously, also price has significant and positive effect on customer retention partially and brand trust also have significant and positive impact to customer retention. As the recommendation, the company must give attention to the marketing strategy of company, especially to the variable price and brand trust, because this variable has impact to the customer retention. Abstract

ABSTRACT The interest rate is important for banking institutions in determining both deposit rates and lending rates, especially for deposit interest rates usually depend on the central bank's policy of a country. Deposits is important for the bank to increase the amount of deposits or deposits placed in the bank. Based on the test that the coefficients statistics can be explained the effect of interest rate on Amount or Demand of Deposits in BRI South Tomohon at Tomohon city. Customer has positive and significant effect.The correlation coefficient suggests that the influence of deposits interest rate to amount of deposits savings in BRI South Tomohon, have a positive effect for 48.4 %. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengeluaran pemerintah adalah dapat bersifat “exhaustive” yaitu merupakan pembelian barang-barang dan jasa-jasa dalam perekonomian yang dapat langsung dikonsumsi maupun dapat pula untuk menghasilkan barang lain lagi. Di samping itu pengeluaran pemerintah dapat pula bersifat “transfer” saja yaitu berupa pemindahan uang kepada individu-individu untuk kepentingan sosial, kepada perusahan-perusahan kepada subsidi atau mungkin pula kepada Negara lain sebagai hadiah (grants). Jadi “exhaustive expenditure” meghasilkan faktor-faktor produksi dari sektor swasta kepada sektor pemerintah. Sedangkan “transfer pyments” hanya mengeser tenaga pembeli dari unit-unit ekonomi yang satu kepada unit-unit ekonomi yang lain dan membiarakan yang terakhir ini menetukan dari pengunaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk seberapa besar pengaruh belanja langsung dan belanja tidak langsung terhadap perekonomian Kabupaten Sorong Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Sorong Selatan dan Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan asset dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sorong Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa sacara parsial atau bersama-sama belanja langsung tidak berpengaruh secara singnifikan terhadap perekonomian kabupaten Sorong Selatan dan belanja tidak langsung tidak berpegaruh secara singnifika terhadap Perekonomian Kabupaten Sorong Selatan. Kemudian secara simultan kedua variabel secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian Kabupaten Sorong Selatan.   Kata Kunci : Belanja Langsung, Belanja Tidak Langsung, Perekonomian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A company must do more than make good products, they have to inform consumers about product benefits and carefully position their products in consumers’ mind. Recently, advertising, publicity and public relation are proved as effective moves by top companies to deliver their purpose as a main preference to all consumers. The study aim to find the influence among advertising, publicity, and public relation on consumer preference in Manado Quality Hotel. The research method is purposive analysis and the data is obtained from questionnaire that distributed to the consumer of Manado Quality Hotel. The analysis method is multiple regression analysis. 100 consumers of Manado Quality Hotel were randomly selected as samples. The result showed that Advertising, Publicity and Public Relation have a positive influence on consumer preference. However, Publicity is showed not significantly on consumer preference. The company should improve the quality of advertising and public relation as their marketing tools. Keywords : Advertising, Publicity, Public Relation, Consumer Preference.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) merupakan salah satu produk komoditi yang bergizi dan baik untuk kesehatan manusia. Sebagai komoditi yang penting, perlu adanya manajemen pada sistem   rantai pasok komoditi tomat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengevaluasi kondisi jalan, moda transportasi, infrastruktur dan jalur tempuh dalam proses transportasi komoditi tomat dari Desa Tonsewer, Kecamatan Tompaso Barat, Kabupaten Minahasa ke Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan, Manado. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari bulan Januari sampai Februari tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengangkutan komoditi tomat dari Desa Tonsewer ke Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan belum efektif dan efisien dengan melihat kondisi jalan, infrastruktur, moda transportasi dan jalur tempuh yang diambil. Setelah mengkaji data penelitian dan hasil observasi, peneliti merekomendasikan Jalur Alternatif Pertama (memasuki Desa Tinoor) dengan alasan penghematan waktu tempuh dan bahan bakar, meskipun beberapa infrastruktur seperti rambu-rambu lalu lintas, marka jalan dan cermin tikungan perlu dilengkapi.
