Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Speedy Internet Service Providers, especially the marketing mix applied. Then to find out the results of the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges as well as an overview of the strategy so that it can be applied to increase product sales. By using SWOT, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS research techniques and Cartecius diagrams. This research uses qualitative methods, namely case studies that produce descriptive data as outlined in words. Data collection techniques in this study the author made a direct visit to conduct personal interviews with Speedy Internet Service Providers and equipped with sales data several years back. The conclusions from the analysis carried out on the company's marketing strategy have carried out the marketing strategy correctly and precisely and in the calculation of the SWOT analysis as outlined in the Cartesius diagram the producers are in the position of quadrant 1, Growth. Which companies can develop, maintain and improve product quality so that people continue to believe in the products provided.

Abstract

Store atmosphere is an atmosphere that refers to the physical characteristics of exterior buildings and interior spaces, which shape the store image and bring in customers. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado Sam Ratulangi. The problem in this study is the problem of parking where when going to Gramedia is less comfortable, jammed and narrow, there is a lack of sanitary hygiene, and sometimes changes in shelves and location marks make consumers confused. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative research, using questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population is all Gramedia Sam Ratulangi Manado consumers whose population size is unknown. Samples taken amounted to 80 respondents using probability sampling method that is by simple random sampling technique. The statistical analysis used in this study is a simple regression analysis using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The amount of store atmosphere influence on purchasing decisions is 54.7% and 45.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as product quality, price, promotion and store associate factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the structure of KUD in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. While the benefits that the author can provide to the cooperative are as a matter of consideration for KUD leaders to take policies as meeting the capital requirements of the KUD. how much influence the short-term and long-term debt on cooperative solvency in accordance with the problems stated and supported by a review of the literature on capital, capital structure and type of ratio analysis that the authors take this conclusion is not the achievement of solvency ratios due to increased fund and cost profitability collection methods used in this study are interviews (data collection with direct interviews with parties related to the data needed) and (cooperative financial statements). In analyzing the data the writer uses descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of this study there are those that cause the current to fluctuate ratio from year to year some of the working capital invested in the ratio is not smooth. Judging from the cash ratio it is also known that the condition of cooperative liquidity is still low due to the lack of effective cooperative spending policies, increasing the solvency ratio of cooperatives from year to year caused by an increase in the role of own capital compared to foreign capital. While an increase in profitability ratios is caused by an increase in profits achieved by cooperatives, this means that cooperatives have been efficient in their use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the marketing of ibrahim savings products planned by the Bank Muamalat Manado Branch. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with data collection using data using interview and literature studies, while secondary data and primary data from Bank Muamalat employees in Manado Branch. The strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Manado is to analyze internal and external factors. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy applied is that there are two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors, internal factors using the method of segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. As well as analyzing external environmental factors such as political, economic, social and technological factors also analyze industrial environments such as newcomers, competition in industry, threats from substitute products and buyers' bargaining power.

Abstract

Banking has a very important role in the wheel of the Indonesian economy, because it provides services in various business fields. Banking as it is known is not an ordinary business entity as a company engaged in trade and industry, but a business entity engaged in financial services. Internal control within the company is maintaining and ensuring that every activity in the company is in accordance with and in line with the company's goals. With strict internal control, it is expected that all company operations can run smoothly. not only in the case of operations that will run in an orderly and good manner according to the procedure, but from the company's financial perspective it can also be monitored better so that there are no mistakes and acts of fraud. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control and cash receipt accounting systems available at BRI Tahuna Branch. This type of research is qualitative. Methods of data collection in the form, is conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are the Implementation of the Internal Control System at Cash Receipts at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tahuna Branch has fulfilled the elements of the Cash Receipt Internal Control System and is running well. This is indicated by the clear separation of duties, responsibilities, and authority limits in each work unit in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the health of a bank, at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. by using the Rgec method. The Rgec method consists of several components, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital. of these components also have indicators. which will later rank a bank which is ranked in what category, based on calculations through the company's financial statement data. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data source used is secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that during the 2015-2017 period, (1) Bank BTN risk profile was in a healthy condition with NPL of 1,60%, 1,40% and 1,30% respectively, and LDR of 109,54%, 103,63%, and 104,19%. (2) GCG for the period 2015-2017 is 2 with healthy criteria. (3) Earnings in the 2015-2017 period are in a healthy condition with ROA of 1,47%, 1,55%, and 1,47%, NIM of 3,96%, 3,81%, and 3,57% , BOPO was 78,67%, 77,96% and 77,12%. (4) Capital is in a very healthy condition with a CAR value of 16,96%, 20,33% and 18,86%. (5) Rgec as a whole is in Composite Rating 1 which is very healthy with a value of 85,71%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction in the products of PT. Hasjrat Abadi branch Manado. This study uses interview data collection techniques and observations with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The focus of this study is customer satisfaction with the services of PT. Hasjrat Abadi branch of Manado measured from several aspects: 1) Consumer satisfaction in the process of car purchase administration, 2) Consumer satisfaction with the quality of products purchased, 3) Consumer satisfaction with response from officers regarding Consumer complaints regarding car disturbances or technical problems, 4) Customer satisfaction with handling problems or technical problems of the car. Results of the study indicate that administrative procedures at the time of product purchase are still lacking. Likewise with customer satisfaction with the quality of the vehicle during use. Many complained that some items from the car products purchased were still lacking. Or not according to what was promoted. Furthermore, some customers say that the company is less alert and responsive to complaints submitted by customers on technical matters of The the products purchased. The latter is also carried out that repair services for damage experienced in purchased car products are still not satisfactory. In the sense that the improvements carried out have not been maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: (1) To help investors pick efficient and inefficient stocks, (2) Investors know which stocks that have an optimal return and appropriate risk, (3) Investors know about CAPM metodh in determining the best investment decisions. CAPM is a model for estimating returns earned on risky securities or as a benchmark in evaluating the rate of return on an investment. The samples were selected by purposive sampling technique, the samples were determined by the specific criteria: (1) Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange belonging to the Business-27 stock index (2) Companies whose shares are included in the Business-27 stock index consistenly. The selection criteria in this study is choosing the efficient stocks in which individual return > expected return (Ri>ERi). Efficient collection of shares must be a priority in investment decisions made only efficient stocks that can be purchased. The results of this study indicate that: There are 18 stocks included on Efficient shares ie AKRA, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, CPIN, GGRM, INDF, INTP, PGAS, SMGR. These shares have a Ri> ERi value, investment decisions should be taken by investors was to buy efficient stocks. Based on data analysis there is a non-linear relationship between systematic risk and expected stock returns.
