Abstract

This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence and professional competence of the teachers performance organizational culture moderated in junior high school districts Pemalang Park. The study population was junior high school teachers in the district park totaling 155 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. Engineering analysis using statistical program SPSS version 22. The results showed that emotional intelligence and professional competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. In this research, organizational culture does not have a significant positive influence and not on teacher performance and organizational culture are not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence, the professional competence of the teachers performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Professional Competence

Abstract

This study is about the effects of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style at SMK in Pemalang regency. The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style. The population in this study are 133 SMK’s teachers in Pemalang regency. The research data in this research is primary data which conducted  by using questionnaire. The data analysis based on  Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed that psychological capital did not effect on the teacher performance. Organizational commitment have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of psychological capital to the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to the teacher performance.Keywords: Psychological Capital, Organizational Commitment, Transformational Leadership Style, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study examines the influence of motivation, quality of work life against organizational commitment and its impact on performance. In this study involved 142 people respondents, all of which are composed of Personnel of nursing, Midwifery, Keteknisian Medical Personnel, medical personnel, Power Kefarmasian, Power in public administration/other Nutritional, energy and energy Keterapian of CIVIL SERVANTS and the PTT in the RSUD dr M Ashari Gen. Pemalang. Method of data collection is done using a questionnaire that is a collection of data by providing or distributing a list of questions to respondents in the hope of providing a response on the basis of those questions. This technique is used for primary data retrieval. Data collection in the study wore a questionnaire which is the technique of data collection is done by giving a set of questions or a question in writing to the respondent to be answered. Konfirmatori factor analysis results prove that all the indicators of each variable is able to explain motivation, quality of life variables work towards organizational commitment and its impact on performance. The results of the analysis of the distribution of the questionnaire found that motivation does not influence on organizational commitment, the quality of working life and organizational commitment affect, motivation and quality of work life influence on organizational commitment and impact on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality of Work Life, Commitment, Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Organizational Commitment and Discipline Work To Performance Through Job Satisfaction As the District Education Office Mediation in South Kaliwungu Kendal. In this study population of all civil servants in the Department of Education District of South Kaliwungu Kendal, while the sample used at least 138 people as respondents with total sampling technique. By the criteria of the respondents is a civil servant in the Department of Education District of South Kaliwungu Kendal. Measurements using a Likert scale with seven (7) alternative answers. Test instrument used was the validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Commitment Organizational positive effect on job satisfaction, (ii) Work Discipline positive effect on job satisfaction, (iii) Commitment Organizational positive effect on performance, (iv) disciplines work berpangruh positively to performance, (v) Job Satisfaction slight positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, firm size and sales growth on dividend policy and dividend policy influence on the value of the company on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013 period. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013. Sample in this study using purposive sampling method, amounting to 32 companies. The Results obtained in this study are variable liquidity, leverage and profitability significantly negative effect on dividend policy. Company size and sales growth have no effect on dividend policy. While the variable dividend policy does not effect the value of the company.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Coorporate Value

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of current earnings, likuidity, profitabity, growth,  institutional ownership,  business risk to dividend payout ratio and control variable firm size . Overall, this study uses six independent variables: i.e. current earnings, likuidity, profitabity, growth,  institutional ownership, risk  business, and  control variable firm sizein non-financial companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2009-2013. The sample was taken using the method of purposive sampling, and those meeting the selection criteria were also taken. The sample used was of 17 firms. The results of this research showed that growth,  institutional ownershipdid not significantly effect to dividend policy. As for profitabilityearnings per share, likuidity, profitabity, business risk, firm sizehas significantly effect to dividend policy. The determination coefficient result showed 31,20 %. That’s about 31,20 % indicated the ability of the independent variables explained the dependent variable while 68,80 % explained by the other variables. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Against Teacher Performance Moderated Transformational Leadership Styles On High Schools Teachers in District Rembang. With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in High Schools in Kabupaten Rembang. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and no significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and no significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the Transformational leadership style has weakens effect on teacher performance, (iv) transformational Style  leadership has weakens and no significant effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principals leadership style transformasional had no effect on performance  Work Discipline Master.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Performance Teacher, and Transformationall Leadership Styles

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to examine the influence of compensation and perception of fairness to the performance by organizational commitment as a intervening variabelin the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. This research uses multiple regression linear that uses data collection techniques with questionnaires to measure using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Object of this research is the employees at RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati regency. Number of samples in this research were 175 respondents that uses purposive sampling as sampling technique. Survey results revealed that compensation and perception of fairness have positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. compensation and perception of fairness have positive and significant influence toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Organizational commitment has positive and significant influence toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between compensation and perception of fairness toward employees performance in the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Regency. Abstract

This study has aimed to examine and to analyze the influence job characteristic and psychological capital for organizational citizenship behavior on moderation person organization fit at Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati. Data collection used survey method for 103 respodens. They were public servant on Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Pati with census methode. The technique of data testing used statistical method, they covered validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t-test and moderation test. They were used to test and to prove hypotheses of  study. The result of validity test pointed out KMO value was 0,683 for job characteristic variable, 0,731 for psychological capital, 0,690 for person organization fit variable, and 0,793 for organizational citizenship behavior variable. They were reliable in test, so alpha cronbach value was over 0,7. Based on resulting of their analysis, its examining pointed out job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior influenced positive and significant for psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. While person organization fit moderate the influence job characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior and person organization fit moderate the influence psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the sensitivity of taxes and retribution on capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. To test the hypothesis, this research used panel data regression with hausman test as a determinant method of the appropriate regression model to be used. Taxes and retribution are the independent variables, while capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures are the dependent variables. The results showed that the capital expenditure only sensitive to retribution while goods and services expenditure sensitive to tax and retribution.
