This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine theinfluence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance aremoderated by the role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is toclarify and extend previous research on the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance are moderated working environment.This study used a sample of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regencymuch as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is random sampling.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows personality doesnot affect the performance of teachers, teacher competence affect the performance of theteacher, the work environment does not affect the performance of the teacher, personalitynot influence on teacher performance is moderated by the working environment, and thereis the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance moderated by the workenvironment.Keywords: personality, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

This research purposed to examine motivation influence teacherâs competence about the job of
SMAN 1 Jakenan teacher be mediated by organizational commitment.The spesific purpose of
this research is to examine organizational commitment role in job motivation influence and
teacher competence through the teacherâs work.The useful of this research is to explaint and
enlarge the reseach before about organizational commitment role mediated job motivation
influence and teacherâs competence about the teacherâs work.This research use the sum of SMA
N 1 Jakenan teachers in Pati regency about 70 teachers.The sample removal technic in this
reseach is by census technic,its mean that we use all of the sample. According to the reseach,
we can conclude that: job motivation have positivs influence and significant to organizational
commitment,teacher competence have positive influence and significant to organizational
commitment, job motivation donât have influence to teacheâr work, teacher competence have
positive influence and significant to techerâs work, organizational commitment mediation effec
of motivation of the teacherâs work, organizational commitment doesnot mediate to the effect of
teacher competence of the teacherâs work.

This researchâs purpose is to find how the influence of self confident and emotional self control to the teacherâsefficacy moderated by Idealized influenced. The study population is a government school teachers in four JuniorHigh School in the district Juwana, Pati regency. Sampling using proportional sampling method . The number ofsamples by using the formula Slovin.. Collecting the data using questionnaires . The amount of data that can beanalyzed as many as 120. The data were analyzed using regression -based model of quasi moderator interaction.The results showed that ( 1 ) the dimensions of confidence affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 2 ) the dimensions ofemotional self- control affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 3 ) Idealized influenced influence on the efficacy of teachers, ( 4 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of confidence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 5 ) Idealized influencedmoderates influence of emotional self- control on the efficacy of teachers .Keywords: Self confidence, emotional self control , Idealized influenced, teacherâs efficacy

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and ProfessionalCompetence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School Patiregency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study wasto examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on theperformance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsicmotivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderatedthe organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High SchoolPati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with difference quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has apositive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsicmotivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and theinfluence of professional competence on performance teachers does not moderated byorganizational culture.Keywords: intrinsic motivation , professional competence, organizational culture, performance teacher and moderation

The specific objectives of this study was toexamine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacherperformance that dmoderasi by climatic role. This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance withorganizational climate as moderated variable in State Elementary School DistrictWinong of Pati regency.Sampling was done by purposive sampling method so that all teacherswho work in State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency totaling158 as respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study includetesting the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alphaformula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testingmoderation.The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significantimpact on teacher performance, organizational commitment has positive andsignificant effect on teacher performance, organizational climate has positive andsignificant impact on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation onteacher performance moderated by organizational climate, and the influence oforganizational commitment on teacher performance moderated by organizationalclimate at State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency.Keywords: work motivation, organizational commitment, organizational climate, teacher performance

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the quality of work life, the competence of the
organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediation Kajen nurse at General Hospital, as well as to
prove the five hypothesis that the lift in this study. Researchers used several theories to explain the four variables
consisting of definitions, dimensions and indicators as outlined in the questionnaire as a tool to search for
primary data from respondents with Likert scale. Data obtained from the questionnaire in though and analyzed
with SPSS and results: the quality of working life has positive effect on job satisfaction, competence significant
effect on job satisfaction, satisfaction keja significant effect on organizational commitment, competence no
significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the influence QWL the organizational
commitment, but its direct effect greater job satisfaction mediates the full effect of competence to organizational
commitment. An increase or decrease in the competence of nurses BLUDs RSU Kajen no direct impact on their
organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction of nurses will increase the organizational
commitment of nurses.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of professional competence, motivation, leadership principals on teacher performance and analyze the impact of school leadership in moderating the influence of professional competence and motivation to work on the performance of government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. The object of this study was the entire government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. This research uses a quantitative research with a sample of 153 teachers. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study aimed to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and achievementtowards self-efficacy of teachers which moderated the organizations culture. Theusefulness of this research is to explain and extend previous research on the effects ofemotional intelligence and achievement towards self-efficacy of teachers in whichmoderated the organizations culture.This study used a sample of teachers Junior High School in District Juwana Patiregency as many as 125 teachers. The sampling technique in this study is a randomsampling. The method used in this study is a quasi moderation regression with theabsolute value of the difference.Based on the results of this study concluded that emotional intelligence affect theefficacy of teacher. Achievement affect the efficacy of teacher. School culture affect theefficacy of teachers. Organizational culture moderates the effect of emotional intelligencethemselves against self-efficacy. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics andcompetence of the teachers performance with the mediation of job satisfaction inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and allquestionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used includetest validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbachâs alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation.The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachershas positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics andcompetencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristicson teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of theinfluence on the performance of teachers competence.Keywords: job characteristics, competencies, job satisfaction, teacher performance
