Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligenceon the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency withorganizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect ofintrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who aremoderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarifyand extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabiltysampling with purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multipleregression with interaction quasi moderation.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsicmotivation does not affect the performance of teachers, emotional intelligence does notaffect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect theperformance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance ismoderated by organizational culture, and there is the influence of emotional intelligenceon performance teachers are moderated by organizational culture.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, Performance teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, professional competence, organizational culture on teacher performance and to analyze the influence of organizational culture in moderating the influence of motivation and professional competence on the performance of government school teachers in SMA as the city of Tegal. The object of this research is all teachers were civil servants in SMA as the city of Tegal. This research uses a quantitative research with a sample of 154 teachers. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizationalcommitment to job satisfaction mediated UPT performance of teachers in the Departmentof Education and Culture Doro Pekalongan. The population in this study were allprimary school teacher (SD) in the Department of Education and Culture Unit DoroPekalongan as much as 219 people. Sampling this study using a sampling techniqueproportional sampling is a way of sampling by selecting each sampling unit inaccordance with the size of the sampling unit so that the study sample is 142 people.Hypothesis testing is done by using the direct hypothesis testing and test mediation. Theresults showed that motivation significant and positive impact on teacher performance,organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance,motivation significant and positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitmentsignificant and positive impact on job satisfaction, teacher performance significant andpositive impact on satisfaction work, the performance of teachers do not mediate theeffect of motivation on job satisfaction, teacher performance does not mediate the effectof organizational commitment on job satisfaction.Keywords: motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on theperformance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives ofthis study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personalityand motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated.This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior HighSchool (MTs Swasta) Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Samplingtechniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolutedifference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: personality has asignificant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has a significantand positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderatethe influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: personality, motivation, organizational culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effectof labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated bythe role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extendprevious research on the effect of labor discipline and competence of teachers on teacherperformance are moderated working environment.This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Patiregency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this research is proportional to thepurposive sampling method.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows labor disciplineeffect on the performance of teachers, teacher competence has no effect on theperformance of the teacher, the work environment affect the performance of teachers,working environment weaken labor discipline relation to the performance, and the workenvironment does not affect the relationship of teacher competence on performance.Keywords: work discipline, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of affective professional commitment and professionalcommitment to the normative organizational commitment moderated teacher idealization influence.The study population was a teacher at SMK Negeri Pati regency as many as 331 teachers. The totalsample of 140 respondents. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of motivation intrinsic and emotional intelligence to the state senior high school teachers’ work performance with the moderation of transformational leadership style. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous research about the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 116 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The technique of sample collection used in this research is non-probability sampling with the purposive method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Based on the research result can be conduded that: intrinsic motivation influences teachers’ work performance, emotional intelligence influences the teachers’ work performance, transformational leadership style do not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation to teachers’ work performance, , transformational leadership style strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence to the teachers’ workperformance.Key words : intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership style, teachers’ work performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on TeacherPerformance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong Districtof Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method throughdescriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal tothe population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers.Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used arevalidity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (testheterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test(Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of competence and motivation towardorganizational climate moderated Teacher Performance (Studies in SMPMuhammadiyah of pati regency). This study included in the quantitative data withmengguna primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this study is in the form of questionnaires in which thepopulation of as many as 99 teachers, while the data is processed as a teacher.Measurements using a Likert scale with seven (7) alternative answers. Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) and the F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regressionanalysis. Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the influence of self efficacy and resiliensi to the profesionalcomitment of the teachers of SMK Negeri in Pati regency with moderated by clan culture. The studypopulation were teachers of SMK in Pati regency. The sampling technique uses proportional randomsampling. The number of samples is calculated using the formula Slovin. Collecting data usingquestionnaires. The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 140. The data were analyzed usingregression-based model of quasi moderator absolute difference. The results showed that (1) professionalcompetence influence on teacher performance, (2) professional commitments do not affect the performanceof teachers, (3) organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, (4) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional competence on teacher performance (5) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional commitment to teacher performance.Keywords : self efficacy, resiliensy, clan culture, profesional comitment
