Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the influence of self efficacy and resiliensi to the profesionalcomitment of the teachers of SMK Negeri in Pati regency with moderated by clan culture. The studypopulation were teachers of SMK in Pati regency. The sampling technique uses proportional randomsampling. The number of samples is calculated using the formula Slovin. Collecting data usingquestionnaires. The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 140. The data were analyzed usingregression-based model of quasi moderator absolute difference. The results showed that (1) professionalcompetence influence on teacher performance, (2) professional commitments do not affect the performanceof teachers, (3) organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, (4) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional competence on teacher performance (5) organizational culturemoderated the effect of professional commitment to teacher performance.Keywords : self efficacy, resiliensy, clan culture, profesional comitment

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find how the influence of self confident and emotional self control to the teacher’s efficacy moderated by Idealized influenced. The study population is a government school teachers in four Junior High School in the district Juwana, Pati regency. Sampling using proportional sampling method . The number of samples by using the formula Slovin.. Collecting the data using questionnaires . The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 120. The data were analyzed using regression -based model of quasi moderator interaction. The results showed that ( 1 ) the dimensions of confidence affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 2 ) the dimensions of emotional self- control affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 3 ) Idealized influenced influence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 4 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of confidence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 5 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of emotional self- control on the efficacy of teachers . Abstract

Munculnya era baru yaitu era industri 4.0 menjadi tantangan dan peluang dalam segala aspek kehidupan dan termasuk di dalamnya yaitu dunia pendidikan. Saat ini buku yang terbesar peredarannya masih didominasi oleh buku cetak, hal ini tentu menjadi peluang untuk memunculkan buku non cetak sebagai solusi menghadai era revolusi industri 4.0. Salah satu buku non cetak yang bisa dibuat yaitu bahan cetak berbasis aplikasi Android. Sebagai matakuliah yang wajib diambil oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Sastra Arab, Universitas Negeri Malang, yaitu Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i. Seiring munculnya era revolusi industri 4.0 perlu adanya terobosan baru dalam matakuliah ini. Orientasi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan desain bahan ajar Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i berbasis android. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa analisis Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) yang berupa penyusunan materi bahan ajar yaitu aplikasi android dan desain bahan ajar yang terdiri dari 14 materi yang telah dibahas. Abstract

Abstrak Pada era pandemi saat ini, dunia Pendidikan menghadapi tantangan dan masalah yang sangat serius. Di mana para pengelola lembaga pendidikan dan guru berupaya agar pembelajaran tetap berlangsung secara daring dengan infrastruktur yang serba terbatas. Hal ini sebagaimana terjadi di Madrasah Aliah (MA) Bilingual kota Batu. MA Bilingual kota Batu menerapkan pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan secara daring pada kelas X di MA Bilingual Batu mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data utama melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci kepala sekolah dan guru serta beberapa peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap obyek. Untuk menjaga kualitas data menggunakan pengecekan dengan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) semua pihak, baik kepala sekolah, guru, wali murid maupun peserta didik memiliki peran penting dalam upaya pencapaian keberhasilan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran secara daring. (2) perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara terpusat dan detail, (3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyesuaikan dengan materi yang terjadwal. (4) evaluasi dilakukan melalui hasil pengumpulan tugas secara online. Dari hal tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi aktif peserta didik menjadi kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Bidang Studi Bahasa Arab, Pembelajaran Daring.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the patterns of al-Mukassinȃt al-Ma'nawiyyah in Al-Qur'ȃn on Juz 30, namely: : (1) al-Tauriyyah, (2) al-Tibȃq, (3) al-Muqȃbalah, (4) Ta’kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusybih al-Dzam, (5) Ta’kîd al-dzam bi mȃ Yusybih al-Madah, and (6) Uslûb al-Hakîm. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that al-Mukhassinȃt al-Ma'nawiyyah in the Qur'an at Juz 30 are al-Tibȃq, al-Muqȃbalah, and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusybih al-Dzam. And not found the existence of al-Tauriyyah, Ta'kîd al-dzam bi mȃ Yusybih al-Madah, and Uslûb al-Hakîm. Al-Tibȃq is in 26 places, al-Muqȃbalah is in 19 places, and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusybih al-Dzam is in 1 place. Al-Tibȃq is more numerous than al-Muqȃbalah and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusbihu al-Dzam, because al-Tibȃq is simpler than both, and al-Muqȃbalah is more than Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusybih al -Dzam because he is simpler than him, Tibȃq al-Ijab more than Tibȃq al-Salb. Al-tibȃq is found that there are times when there are antonyms between two nouns, two verbs, and two different words, most of which are bantonyms between two nouns. Al-Muqȃbalah has found that there are antonyms between two meanings, three meanings and four meanings, most of which are antonyms between two meanings. Whereas Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusbih al-Dzam only exists in 1 place, which is to determine the nature of praise for something after that it brings the letter istitsnȃ 'followed by another nature of praise. Whereas the second purpose of Ta'kîd al-Madah bi mȃ Yusybih al-Dzam is to exclude the compliments of the denounced reproach. يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف أساليب المحسّنات المعنوية في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم، وهي: (1) التورية، و (2) الطباق، و (3) المقابلة، و (4) تأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم، و (5) تأكيد الذم  بما يشبه المدح، و (6) أسلوب الحكيم. المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو الوصف الكيفي. من نتائج البحث يعرف أن المحسّنات المعنوية في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم هي: الطباق، والمقابلة، وتأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم. وليس هناك التورية، وتأكيد الذم  بما يشبه المدح، وأسلوب الحكيم. الطباق فيه في 26 موضع، والمقابلة فيه في 19 موضعا، وتأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم فيه في موضع واحد. الطباق أكثر من المقابلة وتأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم لأنه أبسط منهما، والمقابلة أكثر من تأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم لأنه أبسط منه. الطباق فيه نوعان هما: طباق الإيجاب وطباق السلب، وطباق الإيجاب فيه أكثر من طباق السلب. الطباق فيه يكون الجمع بين اسمين، وفعلين، وحرفين، ومختلفين، والأكثر يكون الجمع بين اسمين. والمقابلة فيه إما مقابلة بمعنين، أو بثلاثة معان، أو بأربعة معان، والأكثر هو المقابلة بمعنين. وتأكيد المدح بما يشبه الذم فيه نوع واحد فحسب، هو أن يثبت لشيء صفة الذم  ثم يؤتى بعدها بأداة استـثناء تليها صفة ذم أخرى. وليس هناك النوع الثاني منه، وهو أن يسـتثنى من صفة مدح منفية صفة ذم.
