Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowerment on organizational commitment and performance of educators, organizational comitment and motivation to the performance of educators, organizational comitment to the performance of educators, the indirect effect on the performance of the empowerment and motivation of  teachers organizational commitment mediated. Location of the study conducted at the National Education Foundation Pati2014 . The number of samples in this study were 101 respondents and include research or census population. The method of analysis is qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analyzes were performed using multiple regression test to test the hypothesis that the level of significance set at 5 %. To analyze the models with SPSS 16.0 .. The results showed that the direct effect of empowerment for (0.200) on the performance of educators and of (0.414) to organizational commitment, motivation for (0.108) affect the performance of educators and by (0.512) the organizational commitment, organizational commitment for (0.716) affect the performance of educators . Empowerment indirectly affect the performance of (0.296) educators, while the effect of motivation on the performance of (0.367) educators mediated organizational commitment. The results of this study can be used by future researchers as materials science research in the field of organizational behavior science or the like. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah dan peta kemampuan keuangan daerah  pada  kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2009 - 2012. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 kabupaten/kota di Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data dengan: tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah dan analisis peta kemampuan keuangan daerah  dengan metode kuadran (Bapennas, 2003) dan analisis regersi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menujukan:Tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi Jawa Tengah dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2012 naik sebesar 2,65 dari 10,75 sampai 13,40. Walaupun  tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerahnya meningkat, namum tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah ini masih tergolong rendah, sehingga ketergantungan anggaran dari pemerintah pusat dan provinsi masih tinggi. Terjadi pergeseran peta kemampuan keuangan Ekonomi daerah 35 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah yang semula pada kuadran I  Tahun 2010 dan 2011 menjadi kuadran II  pada tahun 2012 (Kabupaten Cilacap dan Kabupaten Semarang). Kemudian  semula  pada tahun 2010 dan 2011 pada kuadran II menjadi kuadran I dan tetap pada tahun 2012 (Kabupaten Banyumas, Purbalingga dan Jepara).   Kata Kunci: Tingkat kemandirian keuangan, peta kemampuan keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) to the value of the company with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2008 to 2011. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company in accordance with defined criteria. Regression analysis was performed on the basis of the results of the data analysis. This study concludes some of the following:. (1) Variable Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) proved to affect the value of the company, 2) proven managerial ownership variables affect the value of the company, (3) managerial ownership proved to act as moderating the relationship Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) with the value of the company. Abstract

The study specifically identified the link between compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction toward performance of Elementary School teachers received certification of Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Kaliori Kabupaten Rembang. The research employed questionnaire to collect data from respondents. Five research hypotheses were formulated and tested. The data used were primary data. Purposive sampling was used to select samples and Multiple Regressions Analysis was used to analysis the data with the aid of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16.00. The hypotheses indicated that there is no significant relationship between compensation variables with performance. There was significant relationship between compensation and motivation to job satisfaction. There were significant relationship between compensation and job satisfaction toward performance. The study recommends that job satisfaction should be a plank to determine their job satisfaction and tenure transparency  should be emphasized rather than combination of salary and commission to enhance better performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training, organizational  culture on the performance of early childhood teachers and test work motivation may mediate training and organizational culture on the performance of early childhood teachers. The population of this research is early childhood teachers in UPT Dinpendik Kec.Rembang Rembang much as 291 people. The research instrument used in this study is the validity and reliability, the analysis tool used is multiple regression, hypothesis testing using t test and mediation. Questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, the Likert scale of measurement used are 5 alternative answer to the secondary data obtained by observation, documentation and interviews.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of career development , job involvement and job characteristics on employee performance with organizational commitment as mediation . This research was conducted at the District Education Office employee at Apex 's status as a civil servant (PNS) which amounts to 128 people . The sampling technique using purposive sampling method , the method of sampling using the specified criteria . The number of samples in the study amounted to 102 respondents . The results of the analysis and discussion showed that career development not effect on organizational commitment, job involvement positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job characteristics and not effect on organizational commitment , career development not effect on employee performance , job involvement  positive and  significant effect on employee performance , job characteristics positive and significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Commitment positive and significant effect on performance . The test results showed that the mediation of organizational commitment is not proven to be mediating variables influence career development , job involvement and job characteristics on employee performance . Abstract

This study to pupose the effect of teacher individual characteristics and job characteristics on performance by mediating organizational commitment  (studies in early childhood education teachers in the district Rembang ).  The research was conducted on early childhood education in the District of Starch penddik 156 people. Sample taking the entire population for the research sample . Analysis of the validity of the test data using the components of the matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , multiple regression analysis , t test and test with an adjusted r 2 r square.  Results reveal that the competence effect on organizational commitment . Positive effect on the employment characteristics of organizational commitment .Iindividual characteristics has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Job characteristics affect employee performance early childhood educators . Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of Individual characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of job characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators. Abstract

Improved performance at the District Education Office employee Apex, plagued by a variety of factors that empowerment is very minimal, less training and career development is not open, how the employee can improve and enhance the quality of work. The purpose of this study to know the effect of empowerment, training and career development of employees at the District Education Office Apex. The research was conducted on the District Education Office employee Apex as much as 128 people. Sample taking the entire population for the research sample. Data analysis using matrix component test the validity, reliability test with alpha Crombach, multiple regression analysis, t test and test with an adjusted r square R2. Results reveal that empowerment does not affect on employee motivation. Positive and significant effect of training on employee motivation. Career Development positive and significant impact on employee motivation. Empowerment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. Career Development positive and significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation is not mediate the effect of empowerment on employee performance. Motivation is not mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of personality on the performance with the job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation (A Studies on BPPKB in Pati ) . The research was conducted on employee in BPPKB PATI as many as 135 people. Statistical technique used is to test the validity of the components of the matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test , multiple regression analysis, t test and test with adjusted r square . Results of the research known that personality has positive influence on job satisfaction. Personality is not a influence on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment. Personality has positive influence on performance. Job satisfaction has positive influence on performance. Organizational commitment has positive influence on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on performance. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of personality on performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of personality on  performance. Abstract

Container Terminal in Semarang is a state-owned enterprise ( SOE ) which specifically serves the container handling activities where one activity is the loading and unloading of containers from ship to dock and vice versa from the dock to the ship . Currently the company is faced with the problems that led to a decrease in employee performance overall company performance is also affected . The decline in the company 's performance is shown by the amount of work that is not timely , so the company's operational performance is also declining . The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of organization citizenship behavior and motivation on employee performance with the mediation of job satisfaction on employee Container Terminal in Semarang . This study focused on employee Container Terminal in Semarang , the questionnaire method of data collection , sample by purposibe sampling , the statistical method of path analysis. The results showed that ( 1 ) OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) had no significant effect on job satisfaction .. ( 2 ) Work Motivation significant positive effect on job satisfaction The better job motivation factors will affect the employee job satisfaction in completing the work. ( 3 ) OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) significantly affects employee performance, the better the factors of OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) will affect on improving employee performance. ( 4 ) Work Motivation significant effect on the performance of employees ( 5 ) Job Satisfaction significant effect on performance employee, the better the job satisfaction factors will affect the improvement of employee performance .
