Abstract

Studies in this study about the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The issues raised in this study were: (1) examine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. (2) to test whether organizational commitment mediates the organizational culture and motivation of the teacher's performance. The population was 219 elementary school teachers in UPT Dindikbud Doro Pekalongan. Retrieval of data using the formula Slovin population. Using multiple regression analysis model. Results of the study: (1) organizational culture are statistically significant and potif toward organizational commitment, (2) motivation significant and positive impact on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture proved significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (4) motivation significant and positf on teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (6) organizational commitment mediates the effect is not proven organizational culture on teacher performance. (7) notproven organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation on teacher performance.Keywords: organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and test the Influence of Professional Competence and Discipline Work on the Performance of elementary school teachers throughout the District Tirto Pekalongan with Organizational Climate moderated.This type of research is a field research (field research), using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers in the district elementary Tirto Pekalongan regency totaling 213 teachers. Samples were taken using purposive technique of proportional random sampling, some 139 teachers. Techniques of analysis using multiple linear analysis testing, ² test, and hypothesis testing using t test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: professional competence has no effect on teacher performance, Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Climate Organizational positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Climate Organizational Professional Competence to strengthen the influence of teacher performance, and Organizational Climate Work Discipline strengthen the influence of the teachers' performance.Keywords : professional competence, discipline work, organizational climate, and teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of the Leadership Principal Moderating Effect of Professional Competence and Motivation for Primary Teachers performance throughout the District Talun Pekalongan. In this study population all primary school teachers in the district Talun civil servants, whereas samples taken as many as 136 people as respondents with purposive sampling technique. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Professional Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Leadership Principal has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Leadership Principal does not moderate the influence of professional competence of the teacher performance, (v) Leadership Principal Work Discipline does not moderate influence on Teacher Performance.Keywords: Professional Competence, Motivation, Leadership of Headmaster and Performance Teachers.

Abstract

The aims of the study are to determine: the effect of professional competence toward teacher’s performance, the effect of social capital toward the teacher’s performance, the effect oftransformational leadership toward the teacher’s performance, Does transformational leadership moderates the effect of professional competence toward teacher performance, Does thetransformational leadership moderates the effect of social capital toward the elementary teachers’ performance throughout the District of Doro in Pekalongan regency. This research is conductedto the entire elementary school teacher in district Doro in Pekalongan Regency. This research takes 142 elementary teachers as the sample. The sample is chosen byusing Professional sampling. This research uses statistical techniques by doing the validation test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumptions, and test the feasibility of the modelBased on the survey results it is revealed that the professional competence gives significant and positive impact on teacher performance, social capital does not affect theperformance of teachers, leadership transformational gives positive and significant impact on teacher performance, leadership transformational does not moderate the influence of theprofessional competence of the teacher performance, and leadership transformational moderate the influence of social capital on teacher performance.Keywords: Professional Competence, Social Capital, transformational leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to test the servant leadership, compensation effect on motivation, leadership and compensation does serve effect on organizational commitment, whether the motivation effect on organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of AIDS Commission in 35 districts and cities in Central Java, amounting to 140 employees and also AIDS Commission, Central Java Province, amounting to 12 people. So the total population used in this study were 152 employees. The sampling technique used is by using census sampling the entire population sampled. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership is a positive effect on employee motivation AIDS Commission in Central Java, the compensation has no effect on employee motivation, servant leadership has positive influence on organizational commitment on employee AIDS Commision in Central Java, motivation positive effect on organizational commitment, motivation proved to mediate the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment. Abstract

This study is about the effects of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style at SMK in Pemalang regency. The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style. The population in this study are 133 SMK’s teachers in Pemalang regency. The research data in this research is primary data which conducted by using questionnaire. The data analysis based on Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed that psychological capital did not effect on the teacher performance. Organizational commitment have a positive effect on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style have a positive effect on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of psychological capital to the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to the teacher performance.
