Abstract

In the face of the complex issues, including poverty problem. Indonesia needs a big and strong leader, by AB Susanto called Quantum Leadership. With the quantum-spirited leadership of a visionary leader who should be able to move and control an organization or company. In the fight against poverty in Indonesia, as now desperately needed leaders who minded philanthropist1 is a sensitive leader who has a high responsiveness in addressing social problems of society and leaders who hove high social responsibility or ‘!corporate social leadership”. A leader must be willing to either sacrifice time, energy and mind, more willing to fight for a small increase in people’s lives rather than personal interests.

Abstract

This research is to describe the emergence of women leaders and more emphasis on research prototype descriptive as well as qualitative research as well as field research. So this study will not test hypotheses but simply presents the results of research in the field. This research also to conculded that the village head jangrana is a leader who emerged from genetic factors and social factors can thus be said that ecological factors are factors that are owned by the emergence of leaders of the village head. Conclusion is jangrana mayor also has the ability to influence and persuade people jangrana Village, District Kesugihan, Cilacap regency. Keywords: Pemimpin, Kepemimpinan, Wanita.

Abstract Human resource development program conducted in organization because the organization is a social system that can’t be separated from its environment. Abstract

Abstract The development of information technology triggers a phenomenon known as media convergence in which the pooling of information technology services that had been insulated by the characteristics of each form of media. It triggers the technical development of news presentation, format and public goals including the subject of several interested parties. In fact, convergence is likely to trigger a change in public behavior that once served as principals of journalism by using the same media facilities with professional journalistic media. The problem is some negative effects also occur in some public groups that are not ready to receive media convergence is so necessary supervision and regulation of related party.
