Abstract

The role of human resource management in the administration of the country into a topic that has always attracted scientists in the study of public administration (Frederickson, 1997; Osborne and Plastrick, 2000), especially in recent years. Major changes that occurred in government organizations 90s that preceded the emergence of the phenomenon of autonomy, democratization, globalization, and the information technology revolution to impose a new requirement changes the role of the government apparatus that requires public organizations that are a radical transformation in the field of management. Government officials are not only required merely to be flexible and adapt to the highly dynamic mobile environment but also must be able to anticipate the various forms of change and proactively prepare the necessary changes. In realizing the need to support all of strategic plans and staffing system, which is aimed at creating new roles, new competencies and new ways to organize the government apparatus. Abstract

Bank performance can be measured in terms of performance management as a business manager and in terms of its financial performance can be seen from its financial statements. To determine the financial performance of a bank, by analyzing the financial statements of banks consisting of a balance sheet and income statement, using the liquidity ratio, solvency, and profitability ratios. Data analysis methods used by the author to analyze quantitative data using liquidity ratios, profitability ratios and the ratio solviabilitas. From the analysis of the liquidity ratio Quick ratio consisting of 109.47% over the past year concluded that Quick ratio ≥ 100% , so it is included in a healthy predicate, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio was 101.56% for the year concluded that the LDR ≤ 110%, so the predicate is included in a healthy, Loan to Assets Ratio ratio 82.57% a year, so it is included in a healthy predicate. The results of the analysis of the solvency ratio by using the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 9.60%, it was concluded that the CAR ≥ 8 %, so the ratio of bank solvency considered healthy. The results of the analysis of the profitability ratio which consists of Return On Assets (ROA) ratio is 4.09% for the year, so the predicate is included in a healthy, Operating Expenses/Operating Income (BO/PO) ratio was 80.56% for the year, so the predicate is included in the healthy, Gross Profit Margin ratio was 24.12% for the year, so the predicate is included in the healthy, and the net profit margin ratio was 119.21% for the year, so it is included in a healthy predicate. Abstract

A company is doing business will never be successful if there are no consumers who use their products. In a business relationship between companies and consumers are the responsibility of the company and the rights of consumers to be aware of. Corporate responsibility covers provide a safe product, deliver the product as promised quality, fair prices, and so on. The consumer rights include the right to safety, right to information, right to vote, the right to be heard, the right environment and the right to education. Abstract

The development of economics and information technology  spur on increasing competition, therefore the corporation management must seek and apply business strategy. This is done to make the corporation win the competition and superior to compete with its competitors. One of the concepts that can be applied is management accounting strategy and management controlling system that can help simultaneously to face business competition. In management strategy, there are many supporting elements to support management strategy to win competitive superiority, such as accounting system frame, the three concepts (product life cycle, experience curve, the growth of market share), and the main contribution in management strategy. The threat  and opportunity caused by competition, based on research analysis says that controlling management process can be used to manage the strategy appearance to face threat and create opportunity. Theoritically, it shows dynamic relationship between management strategy and controlling management system that can help corporation to face competition and competitive superiority.
