Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance and institutional performance in BKM Ngudi Makmur in Klumprit Village, Mojolaban Sukoharjo. This research was accomplished by using surveys. The population in this study is that all the board as many as 68 people, with a sample of 13 people Method of data collection by interview, observation and documentation, while the methods of data analysis conducted by qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Results of analysis of performance measurement that views of the monitoring and financial reporting consistently shown that there is significant influence between financial performance and institutional performance in the smooth and success in BKM Ngudi Makmur. Abstract

This research has the goal of 1. To determine the effect on customer satisfaction at the facilities of PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. To determine the effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. The hypothesis in this study are: 1. Allegedly there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction among facilities in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. Allegedly there is a significant effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 3. Allegedly a significant difference between the facility and the product simultaneously on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. The data required in this study is primary data that comes respondents, and secondary data such as company profiles, theories relating to the issues discussed in this study. Data collection methods used in this research is to spread questionnaires to the respondents, and through interviews of some employees, the secondary data obtained from company documents and books relating to the subject matter covered. The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that: 1. There is a significant relationship between facility on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. There is a significant effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 3. There is a significant relationship between facilities, and products simultaneously on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. Abstract

A company is doing business will never be successful if there are no consumers who use their products. In a business relationship between companies and consumers are the responsibility of the company and the rights of consumers to be aware of. Corporate responsibility covers provide a safe product, deliver the product as promised quality, fair prices, and so on. The consumer rights include the right to safety, right to information, right to vote, the right to be heard, the right environment and the right to education. Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan BPR  semakin pesat yang ditandai dengan keberadaan BPR mulai menjamur di berbagai  tempat. Dengan  semakin  menjamurnya  keberadaan  BPR,  maka pantaslah  kalau persaingan  dalam  bisnis  ini  menjadi semakin  ketat.  Berbagai  upaya  pemasaran  kini mulai dikembangkan.  Perhatian  terhadap  kualitas pelayanan  merupakan  kunci  keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan model ekonometrika yang dibangun  digunakan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan  yang  terdiri  dari reliability  (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance  (X3), emphaty  (X4), dan tangible  (X5) terhadap kepuasan  nasabah  (Y)  PT.BPR  Kartasura Saribumi.  Agar  mendapatkan  model  ekonometrika yang terbaik,  maka  dilakukan  pengujian  terhadap  asumsi-asumsinya.  Dari  hasil  analisis diperoleh model ekonometrika Y = -3,534 + 0,146 X1  + 0,317 X2  + 0,150 X3 + 0,492 X4  + 0,246 X5 + eKata Kunci:  Model  ekonometrika,  Asumsi,  Kepuasan, Reliability,  Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty,  Tangible

Abstract

Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan pendapatan terhadap proporsi pengeluaran makanan dari suatu rumah tangga dengan menggunakan pendekatan model linier permintaan lengkap (Almost Ideal Demand System) yang dikembangkan oleh Deaton dan Muellbauer (1980). Model ini dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar komoditas makanan agregat serta pengaruh harga dan pendapatan terhadap proporsi pengeluaran makanan dari suatu rumah tangga. Kajian ini menggunakan data mentah cross-section SUSENAS 1996 dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jakarta untuk kota Padang dengan responden sebanyak 326 rumah tangga. Dengan menggunakan sistem persamaan regresi sebanyak 5 persamaan, hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai elastisitas harga sendiri untuk semua kelompok makanan bertanda negatip yang berkisar antara - 0,09 dan - 0,34. Sedangkan semua nilai elastisitas harga silang bertanda negatip yang mengindikasikan bahwa kelompok makanan yang satu dengan kelompok makanan yang lain merupakan kelompok makanan yang komplementer. Pendapatan rumah tangga berpengaruh positip terhadap proporsi pengeluaran untuk kelompok padi/umbi dengan nilai elastisitas sebesar 1,25 yang merupakan nilai elastistas pendapatan yang terbesar dan bersifat elastis, sedangkan elastisitas pendapatan untuk kelompok makanan yang lain bersifat in-elastis.   Kata Kunci :   Model Linier Permintaan Lengkap ( Almost Ideal Demand System ), Elastisitas Harga Sendiri, Elastisitas Harga Silang, Elastistas Pendapatan, Harga Agregat, Sistem Persamaan Regresi

Abstract

The existence of an audit of human resources can be seen as a support to help organizations meet the challenges it faces in terms of human resources perspective. Audit of human resources is important and absolutely must be done to determine whether the employees are working well and behave according to plan,  very important for the company and for the employees concerned . Audit of human resources is a systematic examination and assessment, objective and documented the organizational functions that are affected by the management of human resources with the purpose of ensuring compliance with the principle of appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency in the management of human resources to support the achievement of functional goals and objectives of the organization as a whole better for short-term , medium -term and long-term. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran.  The problems are formulated is: is  there  asignificant relationship  between motivation and  discipline to  employee performance either  partially  or simultaneously.  The  hypothesis  is "suspected  of motivation and  discipline has  a  significant  influence on  the performance  of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran either  partially or simultaneously".  Data collected primary  data obtained through  a  questionnaire given  to the  respondent,  and the number  of respondents as  many  as  14 employees. The  analysis includes  the coefficient of determination,  multiple  linear regression analysis,  t testand  F  test. Results  showed that the proposed  hypothesis accepted  as  true,  which  means  that there  is  asignificant influence either partially  or simultaneously between motivation and  discipline to  the performance of employees of PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi Cabang Masaran.Keywords: motivation, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

Jurnal ekonomi Bisnis dan kewirausahaan ini  Vol II No 2 ini menghadirkan 5 artikel dari berbagai Sub disiplin Administrasi Bisnis. Artikel pertama berkaitan dengan  dunia kewirausahaan dengan judul analisis faktor dominan yang berpengaruh pada pada peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri perhotelan Gryadi  Blue Pasific. Artikel kedua berkaitan pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi cabang Masaran, oleh peneliti Juni Trisnowati. Dimana hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artikel Ketiga adalah menggeliatnya bisnis dan investasi properti di surakarta oleh Destina Paningrum yaitu mengulas tentang perkembangan dan mengeliatnya bisnis properti di Surakarta. Sedangkan artikel keempat yaitu kesesuaian citra diri dan kesukaan merek pada konsumen oleh Rusnandari Retno Cahyani. Artikel terakhir adalah pengaruh persepsi pengalaman auditor dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit (studi kasus mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Surakarta), oleh Sarsiti. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah ada pengaruh persepsi terhadap pengalaman auditor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit secara parsial dan persepsi kompetensi auditor dan independensi auditor secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of tangibles, reliability responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. The hypothesis in this study are: Suspected tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect to student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. Among the five variables, which variables have the most impact. The data required in this study is primary data and the sample was taken of 128 respondents using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection methods used in this study is the questionnaire and performed analyzes with SPSS version 16,0, with the results all questionnaire are valid and reliable. Analysis of the data used in this study is a multiple linear regression and t test. The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect to student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. Among the five variables, variable tangible that have the most impact. Keywords: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the prediction of the possibility of an auditor switching in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 based on the Public Accountant Firm’s size and management switching using a linear probability model. The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of property companies. Property companies that meet the requirements in the study as a sample of 33 companies. To estimate the linear probability model using the ordinary least square method. The model that has been obtained was tested by t-test and F test. The results of the data analysis can be concluded that the model obtained can be used to predict the possibility of a property company auditor switching based on the predictor variable of Public Accountant Firm’s size and management switching with a predictive reliability level of 84.84%.  Keywords: linear probability model, auditor switching, Public Accountant Firm’s size, management switching, ordinary least square method.
