Abstract

Internet banking allows customers to make payments online. Internet banking is also provided accommodation banking activities through a network of computers anytime and anywhere quickly. The issues in this research are How Legal Protection of Bank Customers in Cyber Crime Against Internet Banking,and how the Internet Banking Agreement Between Banks and Customers. The approach used in this research is normative juridical and juridical empirical. Legal protection for customers by administrative provisions and by the guarantee of deposit insurance. Based Administrative Provisions that explicitly protection or protection gained through the establishment of institutions that guarantee public deposits, and implicitly that protection is generated by the bank supervision and guidance effectively.

Abstract

This paper aims to expose about the empowerment of village community to improve well-being. Community empowerment is an activity that the culprit is a group or community, who do social activities for making changes that the output is in the form of a change towards better or can be called with the agents of development. Empowerment of village community is no stranger anymore, Government programs aimed at empowering communities now no visible or famous arguably average less successful and not populist. The purpose of the existence of community empowerment in particular village community is to improve the standard of living, especially economic development. When the villagers welfare increases then the development education will increase the level of health, When education is already good then it can effect both on the development of human resources and human resources is important in the development of assets in addition to the resources of the Fund as well as infrastructure.The development of various aspects of running smoothly, then they would've success building and it is the starting point for the achievement of well-being. Village community is the most important target object or in terms of the empowerment of the villages, because the starting point of the development of the State is in the village.

Abstract

A primary issue in this study is that Way Kanan, a 13-year-old district, since it was formed from the expansion of the North Lampung Regency, is not strong enough to show the ability to carry out effective public services, even it is still categorized as a remote area.The public organization structure of Way Kanandistrict that is essential element of organizational capability, has not effectively supported the management of existing resources towards the achievement of the main objectives of regional division that is the welfare of society.Research question is: how does the capability of public organizations basic service providers in Way Kanan district can effectively support the implementation of the main tasks of the organization? This study used a qualitative approach, through direct observation, in-depth interview and documentation. To test the validity of the data, triangulation techniquesare used. The results showed that there elements of the capabilities of the organizational structure generally are less effective to support the implementation of the main tasks of the departments, especially the elements of the chain of command, centralization, formalization and span of control, while other elements: the work specialization and departmentalization, can be considered quite effective.

Abstract

This research is motivated a condition that is now increasingly fast-moving business where competition is more advanced in the field of cigarettes. Integration thus a need to have a marketing strategy in order to maintain and towards higher market share. As for the issue of this study is "What are the factors of product quality, service quality, positive effect on consumer loyalty Class Mild cigarette?". The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each - each variable, the quality of the product (X1), quality of service (X2), customer loyalty (Y). In this study, the data collected through questionnaires to 70 respondents who consume Class Mild cigarettes. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability, test analisisi multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and determinisasi coefficient (R2). Data that has met the test of validity, reliability test, test analisisi multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and determinisasi coefficient (R2) is processed to produce a regression equation as follows:Y = 20.521 + 0.568 X1 + 0.405 X2. The results of the analysis found that both factors of product quality, service quality, has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Testing the hypothesis that to use it t test showed that two independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable customer loyalty. Then through the F test can be seen that the variable product quality, service quality, significant effect together - together in customer loyalty. Calculation results obtained Rx, y = 0.649 and determination coefficient R²x, y = 0.649 or 64.90%. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination, giving the sense that the magnitude of change in consumer loyalty 64.90% variable is explained by the quality of product and quality of service while the remaining 35.10% is explained by other factors not authors carefully.

Abstract

Increased exchange rate of US dollar against the rupiah resulted in the value of liabilities owned firms in US Dollars to be increased. This condition can affect the confidence of creditors and investors on the company's ability to meet its financial obligations The ability company in fulfilling its financial obligations is closely related to the company's capital strength.Policy revaluation of fixed assets taken companies that go public are expected to show the picture of the company's capital strength is better and show the wealth more reasonable position. This research was conducted to measure and verify whether there is a significant difference between the leverage ratio before and after the revaluation of fixed assets represented, Debt-to-equity ratio, Long-term debt to equity ratio, debt ratio, and Shareholder'sequity to total assets ratio. This study was conducted on 5 companies go public the revaluation of fixed assets during the period December 31, 2012 until December 31, 2013.The test results with Comparative Analysis of Two Samples Independent and with a significant level (α): 0:05 prove to a significant difference between the leverage ratio before and after the revaluation of fixed assets represented, Debt-to-equity ratio, Long-term debt to equity ratio, debt ratio, and Shareholder'sequity to total assets ratio. This proves that there is not much different between the existing leverage ratio.

Abstract

Research shows that there are the premise of allowing the use of non constitution of the deision of the court, namely. First the Constitution Court in examining the legislation required to explore the values of law and justice in the society based NRI Constitution of 1945, as the bighest legal basis and the law as the elaboration of the Constitution NRI 1945. The use of the of the law concerning the establishment of laws and the order of the haose of representatives as the basis for the Court’s decision in interpreted as the elaboration of the Constitution directly NRI 1945.The second practice of the Constitutional Court in the previous decicionNamber 27/PUU/VII/ 2009, dated June 16. 2010 among other things sateted “…. Along Act Rules agency products, and legislation governing formal procedural macanism or the flowing of a delegation of authority under the constitution, the laws and undanagn it can be used or considered as a measure or touchstone of the formal review. Third, the use of any other law as the basis of legal caonsiderations rather to create legal certainty as specified in Article 28 D paragraph (1) Constitution NRI 1945.Fourth, the prohibition of using any other law as the basis of legal consideretions is to reduce the authority of the court as an independent judicial to organize judicial administration to ubold the law and justice.Terms non constitution as benchmarks, including : First, non constitution norm is a norm NRI delegates from the Constitution of 1945, two non-constitutional substance is a subtstance or material that shold be regulated by law, As the third norm executor of the process of ofebtablishing laws.

Abstract

The Bank is a financial institution that has a strategic role in developing national development. Banking world recognize two systems, namely the economic system of conventional and Islamic economic system. Conventional economic systems are commercial banks and rural banks. Islamic bank is a bank that uses the basic Islamic law and doing business with the Islamic principles referring to the Al - Quran and Al -Hadith and Al- Ro'yu (reasonable minds). One Islamic products that exist in Islamic banking is murabaha financing. Their financing channeled Islamic bank will always involve risks, namely the risk of losses due to non-current provision of financing or financing problems. The problem in this research is how the application of the principle of economic law on the Sharia to financing murabaha Islamic Banking and rescue efforts against murabaha financing is problematic. This study is a normative legal research with descriptive type. This research is using the normative legal - normative approach applied to the type of normative approach, analytical legal substance (approach of legal content analysis). The data used are secondary data consists of primary legal materials, secondary law and tertiary legal materials. The findings of the research that murabahah on Islamic Banking uses wakalah that empowers the customer to buy the object or objects that have been agreed in the contract , so that execution of the contract murabaha does not conflict with existing provisions , whether the provisions issued by the National Sharia Council of Indonesian Ulema Council No. 04/DSN - MUI / IV / 2000 on murabaha and Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 7/46 / PBI / 2005 on Contract Assembler and Disbursement For banks Conducting Business Based on the principle of murabaha financing Syariah. Upaya rescue troubled on researching Islamic Banking customers , when acting in good faith efforts to rescue the troubled murabaha financing is done through financing by way of rescheduling restructuring (rescheduling), reconditioning (back requirements) , and restructuring (restructuring).

Abstract

This research is intended to identify and analize motivation and creative competence in improving students academic result. In addition, It is also aimed to build and develop creativity and motivation to the improvement of students academic result. Variables used in this research are creativity, motivation, and academic result.Population in this research is students from Law and Social Science Faculty who are active in even semester. There are 512 students from Law and Social Science Faculty in academic year of 2016/2017. Data source taken in this research are 77 repondents. This research data uses primary data which was gotten from quesionare. Analysis method that is used to examine hypotheses in this research, is double linear regression. Data gotten is then analyzed by using SPSS.This research result shows that motivation and creativity have impact to students academic result at Political and Social Science Faculty in Bandar Lampung University both partially and fully.

Abstract

The development of Sharia bank in Indonesia is very rapid. It is characterized by many conventional banks opening Islamic business units. All this makes the banking institutions vying to attract the hearts of investors to save their funds. So therefore the bank should be able to maintain customer confidence by way strive for the bank in a liquid state. If a banking institution in the state of illiquid it is certain that it is not healthy.The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of liquidity on BNI Sharia Yogyakarta branch of 2008-2010 as well as to analyze the influence of the number of customers and third party funds (DPK) for the provision of cash. Methodology of this study uses secondary data obtained from the literature that comes from books that discuss the object of study as well as related documentation on the subject of the research object. Data analysis techniques used in this research by using quantitative and qualitative methods consisting of analysis on the development of liquidity as well as multiple regression analysis.The results of the study of the growing amount of cash by using cash ratio that is increased and decreased in each month, on average they held cash amounting to 179 billion. For the development of the number of customers amounted to an average of 28 551 and third party fund its average value amounted to 15 trillion. From the results of multiple regressions it is known that the number of customers does not affect the variable provision of cash while third party funds affect the supply of cash in BNI Sharia of Yogyakarta branch.

Abstract

This research aims is to know discover the effect of human resource, leader commitment, utilization of information technology, and internal control system on financial statements quality in Pringsewu’s Local Government. Respondents on this study were all employees of Pringsewu Local Goverment’s BPKAD. From 53 questionnaires handed off, 53 are valid to be processed later on. Analysis data used in this study is by SPSS 18.0 program. Statistic method used to do the hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing result shows these following outputs. First is, human resource has positive influence on financial statements quality significantly. The second, leader commitment has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly. Third is, utilization of information technology has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly. Last one is, internal control system has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly.
