The proportion of urban land must have a balance, because it can affect the progress or decline of the city. An unbalanced proportion will cause flooding, drought, pollution, and food production problems. Bandar Lampung which is the location of research on the proportion of land shows the fact that BWK (urban zone) has the main function of more than one function that can threaten each other. To facilitate analysis, the main function of the city is divided into three groups: business, conservation, and other functions. This study shows that business functions use 60.29% of urban area, 21.70% conservation, and other functions 18.02%. The conservation area is in danger of diminishing as conservation functions are mixed with residential and business functions. Bandar Lampung requires a moratorium policy on opening new land for business activities (economy and settlements), but simultaneously encouraging the increase of conservation land area. Bandar Lampung requires the refinement of urban planning documents and improving urban spatial policy

The development of increasingly rapid technological changes that make the rise. No wonder if all of the current facility has much mapped into a digital form that is easier for everyone to search for it.This is the main attraction in the development of location-based services technology. The hospital is a professional health care institutions whose services are provided by doctors, nurses, and other health professionals. Along with needed her more in the hospital, then every community is expected to know the locations of the hospital closest to the place of residence to anticipate things thatare not desirable. It takes a Geographic Information System application that can help people to find out where the locations of hospitals that will go.In this study, the authors wanted to learn how to build the information system applications, so that the writer can know clearly about the design of information technology, and can be implemented in future studies.

Health is one of the basic human needs besides food, shelter and education, because only in a healthy condition people can live, grow and work better (Agoes & Jacob, 1996). Humans are instrumental in maintaining and improving the health of themselves and the environment. Hence, humans have knowledge regarding the effort to avoid and how to cure a type of disease to undergo treatment at a community health service centers. To go to the center of public health services often come across some obstacles such as the lack of geographical information of the community health service centers. As the development of technology that is growing rapidly, geographic information system is still manual is also being developed into a better form is a Geographic Information System Technology (Geographic Information System) and currently has known the terms Desktop GIS, Web GIS etc. Web GIS the basic concept is a system designed to work with data references spatial or geographical coordinates. GIS has the ability to perform data processing and perform certain operations by displaying and analyzing data. Resume This paper discusses the Web GIS, methods or tools used as well as the resulting output. Based on the description above, the writer gives the title "Web-Based GeographicInformation System for Health Mapping Applications"

Any design or concept of energy generating devices must be in accordance with the laws applicable in the fields of physics, one of which is the law of conservation of energy. This study aimed to determine whether this power plant can work with good efficiency. In the design of the power plant is used a 36 volt DC electric motor to rotate a flywheel (flywheel) and a 3000 watt generator with a series-v belt transmission. Initial power to drive the electric motor comes from the battery. Then the power output of the generator used to charge the battery back and the rest is used for other purposes (load). The result is anpoweroutputof the generator is smaller thanpowerthe input by the electric motor, so that the plant can not be used in a long time. The small plant efficiency is due to several factors diantarannya generator and electric motor efficiency is low and the battery charging load is too large so there is a balance between charging and konsunsi power by the electric motor

For communities in Thailand that carries day-time dwellers of aging people, women and children especially old communities that is mostly contained of wooden houses, strength of building structure has been depended upon the ability of maintenance of people. Even wooden houses are generally seen but craftsman carpenters are not enough available and more expensive. Thought, they are easily built with basic tools and skill as cutting and hammering but, their strength is varied because they are also related to personal vitality and ability in construction and budget. Under the study framework, the relationship of personal construction ability and load carrying of structure are the main consideration to explore an appropriated method of wooden house reconstruction that is strongly enough for live load, easy for everyone to build and reduce the cost. It must promote sustainable conservation and development while it is contributing sufficiency living. So, actual load carrying has been investigated by measuring of house and furniture before calculating. An ability has been tested by target groups’ workshops. The data has been classified by types of material; reused woods and general construction woods, basic tools as hammer and nails and 2 methods of construction; cutting and joining. Two data has been compared and matched together to find the decent alternative. It seems that, the alternative material probably suitable for people’s ability but it needs more design to strengthen and makes it easy to construct

It is being conducted by Haraguchi et al.1) that study of ultra-high insulation housing that combination of Air circulation type whole building air conditioning system and Passive active heating method. In the studied houses of 6 buildings on 6 regions with different climatic characteristics were verified by simulation has been performed. There is effective in reducing cooling and heating load in each studied houses of each area. However, the model of studied house built in Miyazaki city that is the warmest region of the six regions is the air conditioning load reduction rate is smaller than the model in other areas. This study actually measures and simulates how much energy-saving effect can be demonstrated ultrahigh insulation houses in areas with high external heat load during the summer. During the winter, even after the air conditioner has stopped, LDK temperature is less likely to decrease compared to the outside temperature. In the daytime, room temperature rises without air conditioning by heat in double skin and heat acquisition by solar radiation. During the summer, despite the whole air conditioning depends on one air conditioner, very stable room temperature is maintained. Regions where the external thermal load of the summer season is larger than that of Miyazaki City like a Naha city also annual air-conditioning load is reduced as heat insulation performance improves
