We can make two catagories plastic, Thermoplastic and Thermosetting Plastic. Thermoplastic is plastic that did not need any chemical in forming bend and can be meld if it heated and than back to be plastic again. Thermosetting plastic need chemical in forming bend and can not be meld with heat to reformMany processes industry to mak this product. One of that process industry is Injection Molding. Injection Molding is a technique manufactur to make industries product in the production process. The basic element at Injection Molding is the injection section idle and the injector section is activeThe principle of this process is to perform and cooling the liquid in to Mold, afther it cold and freezed, than it can be put out from the mold. Pneumatic is a fluid power system, that the energy source from the air pressure in compressor machine, where the air store in the tank.The air pressure to activate the pneumatic system is about 1 – 10 bar. Generally the pressure to made power is about 6 – 8 bar, and to make bigger power about 8 – 10 bar. The force in pneumatic system is determine in this machin. It is depent on wide of actuator linear. Wider the actuator it is bigger energy produced and have a better work will bw done. Force that produced by actuator fold with the piston step and devide by the time it is the power that need to harvest the palm. To make this machine work it is need control valve, it valve to control direction, the flow control valve and pressure control valve

The background of this research is that there are still some of senior high school headmasters in Tanah Datar (Kab) who still don’t understand in implementing KTSP, based on their knowledge, understanding and their capability. This is a descriptive research. All of the sample were taken from all is population. This research used quistionaire and semantic differensial model to collect the data. The data were analyzed using average score formula. This research shows: 1) Senior high school headmasters are categorized quite ready in knowledge side to implement KTSP in Tanah Datar (Kab), with average score 8,21; 2) Senior high school headmasters are categirized quite ready in undestanding side to implement KTSP in Tanah Datar (Kab), with average score 7,88; 3) Senior high school headmasters are categorized quite ready in their capability to implement KTSP in Tanah Datar (Kab), with average score 8,20. Generally, senior high school are categorized quite ready to implement KTSP, with the total average score is 8,09

Ni – Hard IV is white cast iron alloy with high persentage on nikel ( Ni ) and Chromium ( Cr ) . It’s material is used in machine component that need high hardness and wear resistance, like roller on cement factory that used to raw material of cement ( clay, silica, stone and coal ).On operation the component which built with Ni – Hard IV will be fricted by abrasive material of cement. The expensive price component will be wear and unfunction. We need long time to make reservation for a new one.This problem can solved by making remanufacturing compnent . The damage component can be remanucfatured by arc welding method that use air in our enviroment on atmospheric temperatur as a cooler. It’s mean we applicate the normalizing Process method

The road condition and the Sumetera island climate is influence the endure \and capabilitythe transportation. The road condition can be see from the slanting, oblique and turns. Thecariability and the road surface. It alot of turn and slanting road, this condition it’s hard to be avoidin make highway, moreover in hill. The slanting is about 0 – 300and turns in certain place can be 10m in rotate. The couse chose the vehicle with 10 man capacity is for pleasant the passanger cousethe distance aout 300 km. The circle of machine (μm) it influence by the size of the machine. Wherethe machine circle connected with the reduction system transmission and continued by the Wheelit’s make the vihicle move. The circle motor can be define by the Wheel size, máximum speed,rolling resistance, air resistance and gradiebt resistance. From the count of the tire size, maximunspeed and wheel size then find the máximum circle motor is 3470 rpm. From the count of rollingresistance, air resistance and gradient resistance can be find power 68,33 Hp and speed at slantingup with full load is 5 km/h.

This research do to analize some Bicycle dealer company account report and to evaluate financial condition some bicycle dealer company in Pasir Pengaraian Town, is it good, not good or it worst. The method for this research is survey method that is tracing or observation. To analize financial report, use financial ratio that the result can measure and evaluate the work and the condition of company financial with more comprehensive include liquidate, solvablelity, profitablelity and activity.From the measurement report with the financial ratio, then the condition of UD. Prima Motor Pasir Pengaraian and CV. Surya Motor Jaya Pasir Pengaraian for ratio of liquidity, solvablelity and profitablelity, is in category good, but the financial both in category not good.

Pilar is a structure under the bridge. The presence of pillars in river flow cause changes in river flow patterns. These changes include the formation of down flow (downward flow) and Horseshoe vortex (horseshoe vortex) around the pillar. Changes in flow pattern will result in local scour around the pillar. Local scour is going on around the pillar causes the river bottom around the pillar so that the water flow transported formed scour hole. Scour hole is formed can destabilize the pillar. Stability is very important pillar in the forwarding function of vehicle load to the foundation. To overcome congestion in the center of Bandung Pasupati and Kiaracondong Flyover arebuilt. In the relation with that conditions this research has main purpose to investigate the trafficpattern after the Flyovers are operated and the investigation concern with the prediction of trafficpattern for the next 5 years and therefore the best solution can be found out.In this reseach basic model was assumpted of conditions of 2005. Developing the roadnetwork is first step in TFTP 97 Program, it should be suitable real field condition, include certainof centroid that are start and end of the journey. Input land use in TFTP 97 Program in this model isused trip generation data showing the number of journey demand, and next step is to run the roadnetwork.

Air pollution that was caused by motorized vehicle, which came from the emission of the vehicle, has produced bad impact on human health. This study has objectives to study the effect of the application of air pollution control device, whice was equipped with fiber optic, glass wool and active carbon, to emission of diesel motor vehicles. That control device was place on Mitsubishi Colt Diesel PS 100 car.The results of this study has indicated that air pollution control device that used fiber optic, glas wooll and active carbon component had the best performance to absorb Diesel motor vehicle’s emission. It could be seen by the reduction of O2 value, the reduction of CO2 value and smoke, whereas HC was not performed.

This research if to analize the soil value around the Politeknik Pasir Pengaraian camp. The analize data in this research is slice accross in early 2009 with purpose sample technic, from interview, field study (primer data). Analize method in this research is double regretion linear analize with OLS (Ordinary Least Squares), to estimate how big the influence of wide the field, distance from main road and distance from campus.The result find out that the variable wide filed, distance from the main road and distance from campus, significanly influence the soil value at the real degree ( = 5%). Estimation model to explicit = 61,99%.
