Journal of Telematics and Informatics
Journal of Telematics and Informatics (e-ISSN: 2303-3703, p-ISSN: 2303-3711) is an interdisciplinary journal of original research and writing in the wide areas of telematics and informatics. The journal encompasses a variety of topics, including but not limited to: The technology of sending, receiving and storing information via telecommunication devices in conjunction with affecting control on remote objects; The integrated use of telecommunications and informatics; Global positioning system technology integrated with computers and mobile communications technology; The use of telematic systems within road vehicles, in which case the term vehicle telematics may be used; The structure, algorithms, behavior, and interactions of natural and artificial systems that store, process, access and communicate information; Develops its own conceptual and theoretical foundations and utilizes foundations developed in other fields; and The social, economic, political and cultural impacts and challenges of information technologies (advertising and the internet, alternative community networks, e-commerce, e-finance, e–governance, globalization and security, green computing, ICT for sustainable development, ICT in healthcare and education, management and policymaking, mobile and wireless communications, peer-to-peer learning, regulation of digital technologies, social networking, special user groups, the 2.0 paradigm, the WWW, etc).
The journal is a collaborative venture between Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) and Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAES) Indonesia Section.

One of the utilization of x-Ray on medical area is radiogram. Result of the radiogram can determine patient diagnosis of disease. More clearly the result of imaging, can bring pecise and accurate diagnosis. To solve that problem, we need to calculate distance between X-Ray tube and object, type of film, screen kaset, and also situation or condition of body weight either mature, child or infant to determine exposure factors. Exposure factors is kilovolt, miliampere and time. That exposure factors means electrical load toward X-Ray tube to produce radiant intensity. Interlock system is used to prevent useless generation of X-Ray and doesn’t produce diagnostic value. In this research using fuzzy logic to determine exposure factors on thorax examination which is implemented in software by using pre-defined reference data. By input distance, body weight, body height in software will be obtained appropriate exposure factors setting for radiografer. By determining the focus distance of the appropriate (valid) film, then the fuzzy logic system can build an interlock system that will prevent the useless x-rays. The results showed that data taken from a radiographer in a local hospital in Semarang compared with the output of exposure factor software was appropriate and when interlock system is activated the fuzzy control system can prevent the generation of x-rays

Framework YII is a high-performance, component-based PHP framework for large-scale Web application development. YII provides maximum reusability in web programming and is able to increase development speed significantly. The YII framework provides many advantages ranging from programming architecture using MVC concepts, ORM database management features, Form validation, authorization and authentication, caching, and more. However, So far framework YII does not provide features that make the website is installable and can be accessed offline. To create a website that is installable and can be accessed offline, then the framework YII will be added service worker and manifest. Manifest is a simple JSON file that gives users the ability to save bookmark sites to the home screen. While the service worker is a script that runs the browser in the background, separate from the web page, and does not require a web page or user interaction to run it. Technically, Service Worker provides script network proxies in web browsers to manage web / HTTP requests programmatically. The Service Worker is able to efficiently cache mechanisms and enable websites to be accessed offline. This study aims to implement service worker and manifest in YII 2 Basic template framework in progressive web app development

Emotion Sampling Device (ESD) is a method used to evaluate the effects of a digital product such as an existing system on a smartphone against the user's emotions. Sometimes when we use a system we unconsciously give an emotion to it. The emotions of each user are divided into some common emotions such as happy, sad, shocked, scared, angry and uninterested. Using this method, the researcher aims to analyze the user's emotion against prototype or KRS Mobile design with KRS case study that exist in University of Muhammadiyah Malang. With a new and different look from KRS that existed previously at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang allows its users to give their own emotions to the prototype. In analyzing emotions, researchers adapted a toeri from the psychological side of Appraisal Theory to obtain data from questionnaires on respondents. The result of this research is the percentage of emotion from each respondent that will be made proving that the prototype is feasible or not to be applied.Keywords: Emotion Sampling Device, KRS Mobile, Prototype, Appraisal Theory

This paper deals with integer programming for computing alternative scheduling problems of multi-parallel machine operation. The purpose function used is weighted total tardiness. The model formulation comprises the formulation of the objective function and the formulation of the 16 limiting functions. The model was tested using a numerical example consisting of four multi-operation jobs and several machine alternatives in mathematical software Lingo 9. The programming results show that a feasible solution with a weighted total tardiness measure size of eight.

Beef quality can be examined visually by observing the beef color or texture using human eyes. This manual method is very simple yet very subjective because of differences in knowledge about fresh or defective beef characteristics and differences in accuracy. Therefore, a system that can automatically classify beef quality whether it is still fresh or already defective is needed. In this research, we developed a system that can classify beef quality based on its color and texture features using Support Vector Machines classifier. Statistical approach and Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) methods were used for the feature extraction process. The total of data used in this research was 480 images, divided into training and testing datasets. The highest accuracy was 97% for cold beef when the system was tested using color features of HSI color space.

The number of visitors the immigration office who made passport or passport renewal every month is very volatile, this problems make the Immigration Office maintain quality of service, thus requiring prediction methods when there will be a surge of visitors so that the quality of service is maintained. The immigration office should have some information to make predictions. Perfect information will make it easier , good predictions and accurate predictions. The exact method is one of the method predict accurately. Its called artificial neural network that a computational method mimics system of neural network biology. Artificial neural networks are formed to solve a particular problem such as pattern recognition or classification because of the learning process. This study uses Heuristic Backpropagation to increase the speed of the training process of neurons in making predictions.

Pengetahuan dan informasi sangatlah penting bagi setiap orang. Begitu juga informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Desa Sebaung yang ingin selalu update dengan berita terbaru tentang perkembangan desa. Berdasarkan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 10 responden (masyarakat), maka menghasilkan fakta yaitu ada lapisan masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui informasi yang diberikan dikarenakan proses penyampaian informasi yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi perpesanan berupa Telegram, maka akan memudahkan penggunannya dalam memperoleh informasi. Hal ini juga menjadi sebuah solusi dalam permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Sebaung, khususnya dalam hal penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan adanya aplikasi Bot Telegram. Dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan mengangkat judul “Pemanfaatan Bot Telegram untuk pelayanan dan penyampaian informasi masyarakat di Desa Sebaung, Kecamatan Gending†yang bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi Bot Telegram Desa Sebaung sehingga dapat membantu memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang salah satunya berupa media online khususnya Bot Telegram. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang positif bagi masyarakat yaitu dengan terbentuknya aplikasi Bot Telegram Desa Sebaung maka masyarakat merasa penyampaian informasi dari desa akan tersampaikan dengan cara yang lebih efektif dan efisien kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut juga telah terbukti dengan pengujian program yang dilakukan oleh penulis kepada masyarakat secara langsung. Dengan adanya Bot Telegram Desa Sebaung, maka proses penyampaian informasi akan semakin mudah dan cepat untuk tersampaikan kepada masyarakat

STEKOM is an institution accommodating almost 500 employees, always evaluates their performance and giving awards to achievement every year’s completed. Fuzzy logic is very suitable to be used in performance appraisal because it can process complex and variatif data, as well as uncertain to be valid data. One of the models in fuzzy logic is the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging method system by reducing the operator Averaging Mean and assigning a consistency index value used to analyze fuzzy preference relationships, then using the results of the analysis in the preference aggregation process. This article will explain how to apply the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging model in fuzzy logic to assess the performance of STEKOM employees by assigning weight to each attribute and variable, then from the weights and variables will be rated according to the value obtained so that the decision will be taken as a solution in giving awards and promotions to employees that can meet the principles of fairness, equality and approriateness.

Correction answers to the essay still use manual way to judge based personal weight determined by each teacher. Correction value calculation result of the answers to the essay can use the quick way by computational methods. Used computational methods based text mining to test the system using the information retriveral vector space model. The result of the test method vector space model obtained by election the second-highest rank of valid answer content to answer valid student and teachers. Answer approach contained in rank-2 closest rank-1 with the result of the closest distance between the has a similarity value for student 0.45 and 0.10 teacher similarity value.Keywords: correction, vector space model, rank, similarity
