Abstract

In this study, the problem taken was premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Medan City in 2021, by looking at the shift in the norms of right and wrong, good and bad, especially in the context of sexual behavior becoming increasingly real. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Medan City in 2021 by using logistic regression to carry out a prevention by looking at what variable factors have a significant relationship to the level of premarital sexual behavior that occurs in Medan City. In this study, there were 100 samples that had been taken using Cluster Random Sampling with four predictor variables, namely media, attitudes, knowledge and parental roles and the response variable, namely premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. Based on binary logistic regression, the model obtained is with the smallest G test value and each model on multiple variables, it can be seen that the entire value of Cox Snell and Nagelkerke (R2) 0.50 in the overall parameter significance test which states that the level of effective contribution given by each predictor variable to the response variable has not enough to be used as a model of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Medan City in 2021. This means that there are other variables besides media, knowledge, attitudes and parental roles that can affect the level of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Medan City in 2021

Abstract

The level of poverty is a condition that is financially impossible to meet an adequate standard of living of the local community, not only in terms of health and education, but also in terms of basic needs. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the factors that influence the poverty rate of Sibolga City from 2011-2020 by applying the backward elimination method which sequentially selects variables that do not affect the equation model. The estimators obtained are. The percentage of determination obtained is 83.4% with a significance level of 5 percentand the most influential factor of the independent variables that remain in the equation model is the average length of schooling.

Abstract

Risk is one of the problems in human life that can make people feel uncomfortable. Various kinds of business that humans will be done by humans to be able to anticipate risks, one of which is by way of insurance. The development of insurance in Indonesia is inseparable from the performance of employee and a Good Corporate Governance system, so that State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) implement Good Corporate Governance, such as at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Medan Branch Office. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to the employees of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Medan Branch Office on April 1, 2022 at 12.30 WIB. In this study, there are two most influential factors, namely the independency factor and the fairness factor, so that the estimator equation model using the backward elimination method is where is the independency factors and is the fairness factor.

Abstract

This type of research is class action research (Classroom Action Research), with the research subject being Grade III. A Student of SD Negeri 104201 Pond in the academic year 2022/2023. A total of 23 students, with details of 10 boys and 13 girls. The object of this research is the learning outcomes of students. This research was carried out in two learning cycles. 4 (are four) stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation/observation, and reflection. The data collection tools are tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of data analysis from 23 students obtained classical completeness in the teacher's initial observation before using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, namely 13%. The acquisition of cycle I significantly increased with 52% classical completeness and was followed up in cycle II with 87% classical completeness.

Abstract

Online college learning systems must be performed effectively in order for students to achieve. There are some factors that influence a student's feat of learning whether it is a factor within a student or factor outside of a student. The study was done with a view to discovering any construction that affected the performance of student learning. The method used was the Structural equation Modelling (SEM). Research materials are the results of the 2017, 2018 and 2019 advanced student studies of students from the university of Sumatra, using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis obtained parameters: coefficient lecturer.044, coefficient 063 student and coefficient campus 0.190.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Among all the districts/cities of North Sumatra province, Medan has the highest cases of tuberculosis sufferers with a total of 12,105 cases in 2019. This study aims to determine the factors that significantly influence tuberculosis. The factors analyzed were age, gender, occupation, education, BCG immunization, history of diabetes mellitus and HIV infection. This study uses secondary data for the period January 2019 to December 2020 obtained from the Sentosa Baru Health Center. With the help of SPSS, this study uses a stepwise method with forward selection and backward elimination as the method for analysis. Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) is used to select the best model in the stepwise method. With the AIC criteria obtained, the best model is forward selection because the AIC value is lower at 28,527 compared to backward elimination at 41,664. Of the 7 variables studied, there are 3 factors that have a significant effect, namely age, history of diabetes mellitus, and HIV infection so that the model g(x) = 2.802 1.056 X1 0.614 X6 2.477 X7.
