Abstract

This article will discuss the interpretation of the Qur’anic verses in Harian Bangsa newspaper, specifically appeared in rubric of “Tafsir al-Qur’an Aktual.” The article includes themes in Desember 2014 and Januari 2015 only. From the explanation of Qur’anic exegesis appeared in the media, this article will discuss about the values contained to inform the religious teaching with comparing between Qur’an’s exegesis the earliest issues. The analysis shows that indeed the content of Tafsir al-Qur’an Aktual rubric is more oriented on the social religious.

Abstract

The media plays an important role in the process of socio-cultural change in the community. With the support of technology, media has helped to break the distance between macro-social and micro-social also between macro-cultural and micro-cultural. Media brings the themes of the public to the private sphere where it entered and affected by the condition, orientation and local customs. This paper attempts to examine how the role of the media in the process of social and cultural changes in society. It can be concluded, that the role of the media lies in the ability to embed the pictures in our heads, underlie responsiveness and public attitudes toward various social objects.

Abstract

Koran presented a challenge to everyone who doubted it to create something like the Koran. This challenge applies without any time limit. Therefore, the miracle of the Qur'an valid today. This article reinforces the argument that one of the authenticity of the Koran is the Koran's ability to survive throughout the centuries without any editorial changes even one letter. Metaphysical assurances given by God proved because until now no one was able to disrupt the contents of the Koran by changing the wording. Instead of editorial changes, changes in vowel or the letter will soon be known because so many Muslims in this world for generations who memorized the Koran. Moreover, with the printing and computerized systems today will further ensure the integrity and preservation of the Koran.

Abstract

Gus Dur is a controversial and inspirational figure who has contributed brilliant ideas to religious life and nationality. To manifest religious life were fair and peaceful, the tap religion should be opened as wide as each religion entitled to the recognition of the country; Pluralism is a guarantee for every Indonesian to worship according to their religion or belief peacefully; In addition, the indigenization and contextualization of Islam, appreciate the culture and creativity of the nation itself. Indonesian Islam has own repertoire in appreciating the teachings of religion. In the context of a state, an ideology that can be accepted by all components of the nation and ensure the rights of all citizens is Pancasila; Furthermore, Democracy must be fought systemic and cultural continuously without radicalism.

Abstract

Living hadith is the sunnah of the Prophet who freely interpreted by scholars, rulers and judges according to their situation, or also known as the "living sunnah". There are three models of living sunnah are traditions of writing, oral traditions and tradition of practices. This paper take the focus living oral tradition that comes with practice run of Muslims. The research in this paper is the literature research as it relates to issues raised by the researchers is living oral traditions related to the theory into practice yet. In this paper the authors are many examples related to living oral tradition by providing a variety of religious propositions as the foundation of normative for the living traditions of the Muslim community in Indonesia.
